Things Begin To Heat Up In This Gripping Second Film!

Kenshin is trying his best to live a peaceful life. He lives at the Kaoru's dogo along with his new friends, Miss Megumi and the humorous Sanosuke.

Of course, a man with the past that Kenshin has, there are always those desiring his downfall. Others seek him out for help. And the new government does just that when Shishio shows up with a massive army and colorful lieutenants, each one embodying a different form of crazy. Shishio, however, seems to be every dark trait rolled into one. This is a guy that makes the Joker look partially sane.

After Kenshin sees the decimation of Shishio's first attack, and the weeping and wailing families of Shishio's victims, he agrees that Shishio must be stopped.

I love how, in each film, Kenshin's enemies become harder and fiercer, bringing about more difficult challenges. And with each challenge comes the ultimate one for Kenshin: will he resort to killing in order to save?

Once again, the characters are spot-on. They are colorful and flamboyant, each bringing something interesting to the table. New characters are introduced, and none of them disappoint.

And, of course, the action sequences are unparalleled. At least, for me, as I've not seen anything remotely close to this. I've seen some featurettes on youtube, and I'm astounded by how fast and precise the action sequences are put together.

But, as good as the action sequences are, they are not hollow because they go together with a fantastic story, with Kenshin as its centerpiece. A man trying to change, and being challenged at every turn. Being told that he's insane to even try by virtually everyone except the one person who believes in him: Kaoru.

Pathfinders are those who create their own path. And most of the time, it's unique and original to the point where they are mocked by society and those who say, "You're crazy! It can't be done!" Pathfinders prove that it can if we only have the courage to try.

I'm also not sure you can stop with this film. A cliffhanger almost invites you to look at your clock and then say, "The hell with it!" before immediately starting the next one!

A trash of a movie - Apittha Khlaiudom appearance is the only highlight

In Net I Die, wanted 2 highlight the ills of social media fame, by creating a revenge tale emerging after the death of a “net idol” – an online influencer.

VERDICT _ It was a cardboard cliche of a story, filled with simple-minded characters and desperate post-production efforts. Net I Die aims for social cause, but is really an amateur product and a film uninvested.
The soundtrack is spare and alternates between awkward silences and cacophonic clashes. The contrived addition is at best, annoying.

P.S Rewatch value is 0 - but MDL insisted me to add some ratings on it

Good movie, great acting, but it hit too close to home for me. Literally anyone, and that’s pretty much everyone that has been in a serious relationship of any kind that ends, will totally relate to this. Sometime, no matter how hard you try, you just can’t keep that magic. Like any other new relationship at first, it’s exciting, interesting, fun getting to know each other, it has that “feel good” new feeling. After a while, you can’t picture yourself without that other person. Then it starts to feel repetitive , nothing new anymore, and at times boring, the magic gone. Even the desire for intimacy disappears. It’s time to call it quits. That is this movie in a nut shell. It just didn’t feel good after a while as I watched it. BUT, it was good if you can keep your own past relationships and memories at bay. I just couldn’t.

Came for Wallace... and STAYED for Wallace LOL

I'm a sucker for actiony, psychological-thriller crime movies & I figured 'Three' could fit the bill (aaand it did.. in a sense lol). Let me explain, this movie is great; the plot is interesting enough and although some characters couldn't help but fall into their usual cliché categories, the movie still manages to hold itself up. I mean, how could it not? Your leading man is the deadpan KING Louis Koo for crying out loud! When you're not laughing at his classic line deliveries or wow-ing at how cool he looks in that suit, your focus is taken to Wallace Chung's unhinged gangster character. Wallace really stole the whole movie for me tbh; he always manages to ooz charisma no matter what role he takes on. The action scenes were pretty status quo though; nothing you've never seen before.. I think the graphic surgery scenes had me more on edge than anything ngl. I was left craving more uhm.. "more"? Lol. Like more story, more action/suspense & more WALLACE OFC lmao. All-in-all, Three (2017) makes for a nice short-sweet-and-to-the-point actiony crime type movie you could speed through for when you have an hour & 1/2 to kill; I'd personally watch it again :) xo

"My Brother Loves Me Too Much" is the sequel movie to the proluge mini-series and should be watched after watching the mini-series. It is about the dreamy and romantic love-starved Setoka who finds herself being surrounded by hot guys who wants to woo her,and mids of it all there is her older brother Haruka...always protecting and cherishing her from the shadows.

This is a re-watch,and darn how i enjoyed it! It is stupidly cringy at times...but the chemistry and relationship between Setoka and Haruka really makes up for it.I just love them in every scene together.Haruka`s endless love for Setoka is beautiful...always guarding her and loving her secretly!Ahhhh...i love romance!

One of the most frustrating thrillers I've ever seen

Midnight is basically a really draggy cat and mouse chase film with all the mice sharing one brain cell.

At first I thought this film would be similar to Blind, an iconic thriller which was also about a disabled female lead being chased by a psychopath after witnessing a murder. But I realized after watching that comparing the two was an insult to Blind.

Every single character was dumb and had almost 0 common sense (especially the cops). I had hopes for the female lead's mom as she was good at reading people but in the end, she disappointed me as well.

Overall, Midnight felt like it was written by a thriller rookie who did not do their research on crime and just decided to recycle bits and pieces of movies of similar concept.

**SPOILERS**

what kind of person thinks that telling a psychopath your dreams and goals in life would actually make him feel bad and not kill you lol also PTSD doesn't exist here apparently.

as the first part ended this started - not that it had any continuity/connection - it just started in the middle of a scene or so it felt. Nana being tied, this time to a chair in an unoccupied classroom. what bothered me the most, was the fact that the actress playing the FL seemed to be different - and spent a while wondering did she just change in a yr, enough that she seemed like a different person?!? as there's no info about the actress playing Nana in this or the previous cast& credits info on this site -
idk

this movie is more or less along the same lines as the prequel - Nana needs "breathers" that Kaoru provides. Kaoru's reactions make this hilarious - as he is also battling his own feelings towards Nana, feeling's - he feels will take away his "power" and make Nana reject him, if she notice's them - so he tries to put on an indifferent front, while still making sure he stocked-up on BDSM paraphernalia to satisfy Nana's needs.

this time around i felt more like Nana was too self-centered - it was all about her (as it was in the previous ep) but i guess Kaoru getting a chance to live out his fantasies is something - and yet he always pining for her, almost obsessed with her... and her being stoic and cold - even indifferent towards him, when around her group (heck when her bff was badmouthing him) was making it glaringly clear, that she had the upper hand - and worse she didn't really care about Kaoru, his needs or him as a person -
so this time around it was harder to like her. but the trip to the country side was much needed for them both as she realized she need Kaoru as much as he needed her (about love i'm still on the fence - as i feel to Nana, she felt they both were the same perversion wise) guess that's a type of "happily ever after" as that means it aint the end of them... and maybe Kaoru has a fighting chance.

like i mentioned in the first movie even though this BDSM themed, its for everyone as it's BDSM light (almost No nudity maybe a butt-cheek or two), and it's more about their relationship then pain and degradation - facing each other and the truth. so this as the previous part, was a enjoyable watch and i'm totally vanilla - so give it a chance i was pleasantly surprised (●'◡'●)

cliche but unpredictable

●FIRST IMPRESSION
I watched this movie solely for Yoo Ah In, but it was an OK storyline. I liked the other two couples more. Kang Ha Neul's storyline was the most beautiful and touched me. Chef and Airhostess story feLT subtle and pleasant to watch. The movie is cliche but the way its executed is unpredictable. Well, the genre is rom-com I couldn’t feel the comedy as I actually didn’t get any laugh and I watched it to lighten up my mood.

●ACTING/CAST
Even though I didn't like YAI plot, I enjoyed his performance. Even if he just stares at the camera with no dialogue, I feel his emotions just like magic.
Kang Ha Neul, am not his fan but whenever I watch him he never disappoints me. anyone in his place would do the same and His eyes were filled with those gripping feelings which one cannot ignore.

●MUSIC
The composition is light and fills in more magic to the scenes especially the piano score.

●FAV SCENE
When Esom and Kang Ha Neul were walking down the road and he makes her listen to his composition.

●AFTERTHOUGHT
If the title is Like for likes there should have been more internet posts and others stuff. it didn't seem like the writers used the title to its worth.

●REWATCH
Maybe I will watch it again to understand it better or the points which I have missed. And of course for YAI.

A CAPER FILM ON ‘oil heist’ - DISASTER + TWISTS + LIGHT COMEDY

In the first place, i never did i know abt the casts... & itself was a COMPLETE SURPRISE ELEMENT 4 me

Seo In Guk, the man who never disappoints! COMPLETELY SPEECHLESS - with long hair - damn handsome (Wears suits at the beginning of de flim ). LEE SOO HYUK him being the villain soared his hotness level to the moon. I love this duo working together sm ...hahah

VERDICT - Although the concept of “stealing oil” is new, the film follows the same old equation of caper movies; The team completes the operation successfully after several immediate crises. Led by SEO IN GUK, the team members clash now and then due to different understandings and interests. In particular, Jeop Sae, who only pursues his own interests, plays a troublemaker who gets on Pin Driller’s nerves. But, the bigger issue lies outside of the team. Gun Woo doesn’t give a thing about how things are in the team. So, in the end, the team unite as one force against the common enemy during their crisis.

well this was a WTF ending - but knowing there is a sequel, i guess it was planned all along - and that's why this just cut off at the end, but as the 2nd part was made a yr later, that's quite a while to wait if ur curious.. oh well it is what it is -

first off didn't really want to watch this, considering the content - as I aint into BDSM, heck i hate pain and the though of dominating anyone makes me feel "its too much work for the pay-out..." the tough of being dominated, even more ridiculous. so was on the fence going in - but bored and was just looking for anything to watch, so clicked and this was fun - think cause both the mains r so innocent and there aint no sinister - abuser/user taking advantage of a weak injured soul helped elevate this from something dark to light and even wholesome..

seeing these two teens venture into unknown territory was funny and cute to watch - and the fact that there were genuine feelings involved made this feel almost like a romance with a light BDSM twist. so cute and fun - u don't need to be an enthusiast to enjoy this

Seo In Guk & Lee Soo Hyuk Chemistry

It was when I watched them in Boss In the Mirror (Korean Variety Show) that I decided to watch this movie. First, I have loved their chemistry off and on camera, especially In Guk and Soo Hyuk's. I will be lying if I said it was not their looks that captivated me because, in all honesty, it really played a vital role. Though, other than their looks, they are also both good at acting, and watching them on one screen is such a gift to all viewers. I was really glad I get to watch them both here and in the Korean drama Doom at Your Service. Lee Soo Hyuk's character here is very unlikeable but I can't bring myself to hate him, he looked too good to be hated. Lol. Plus, I really loved him in DAYS almost that it overpowers his role here. Of course, Seo In Guk will always offer us good acting no matter what his role is. This is now my new favorite character of his, next to his bad-boy self in The Smile in Your Eyes.

The story was okay but it isn't impressive enough to be embedded in one's mind. Actually, I think it's the actors that carried the movie. Not sure if that was intentional. The casting was good and the teamwork is better. I like everyone even the villain. lol. Oh, and I will never forget to commend the actions, I'm always impressed with how they direct the action scenes.

All in all, just a personal opinion, my 2 hours did not go to waste. I couldn't say it was worth it but still, I had a good watch.

a love story somewhere in between lighthearted and deep

To be honest, after watching the trailor, I've been expecting this movie to be more deep and more heartwrecking as it actually was. The problem: Putting 15 years (!!) of story into 2 hours doesn't allow you to go into depth. That's why I wish this was a drama instead of a movie.

But, I guess that was my only problem with this. The story had its deepness, but it just felt rushed, I always felt like we were jumping through all these different years and different stages of a relationship. I really missed the "giving us something to remember" thing that makes movies for me more outstanding and special.

What I really need to mention: FL's crying scenes. Hands down, I think those were the best crying scenes I've ever seen from any actor/actress anywhere. My heart shattered when she cried, and I'm not even such an emotional person... :(
Also: Many touching scenes without being too dramatic. Saying more would be a spoiler, but many scenes were just beautiful, mainly protrayed by the cinematography.

So: Not 2 hours to regret, a movie that's neither lighthearted nor heartwrecking. A little plus: Li RongHao's ending theme song and the song "Tong Hua" they included in one of my favorite scenes.

well talk about psychological mind f*ck - this that, on steroids. what can i say other then this infuriating - both Jungo and Hana Very messed-up individual's and u can debate about the why, from now to kingdom come - the fact that they messed-up(!) doesn't change - let alone them committing murder to keep living the way they were living.

sadly there's nothing here incomprehensible - the only bit that bothered me - well other then the blood bath scene, was like a WTF moment, as it didn't seem like their first time, that would be indictive off a loss of innocence or the slaughter of the familial bond or some such... maybe it was prophetic?!? going to show what was to come? the blood lust in them? idk, so back to the start of my sentence and what i wanted to point out - the first scene where they meet - Jungo asks Hana "where her family is" not parents, not identifying them by name, nor her for that matter - so i was sure they not related in the least and he just knowing she had no kin alive, found a good victim to train/adopt... and he did a "great" job - considering how f*cked-up she turned out -

Oshio was a good person, but i didn't get him enabling a man he said "wasn't good enough to have a family", raise a child that had just lost everything?!? and after him finding out, that was too late - him trying to take her out of the situation - like what was the point of running after her?!? the sec he ran after her i knew he wouldn't make it - stupid move, considering her reaction. not that it was justifiable in anyway - that's why the end left me infuriated, cause she out there now moving onto other men messing with them, as she will never be normal. bottom line this one messed-up puppy

MY BOYS :)

This was an absolutely amazing movie, like better than what I was expecting. Gameboy's was a series that I watched on a whim and really didn't think much of because most Pinoy BL's I've seen have been pretty average. BUT I actually thought the series was really well done for a series that takes place during Quarantine AND most likely on a tight budget. It had a very very cute story and the acting is just superb. Kokoy and Elijah have really good chemistry in my opinion. This movie was EVEN BETTER than the series itself because now we actually got to see how the actors physically interact with each other in person and it did not disappoint me. I feel like they fed off each others energies really well and it seemed like they had all actually been friends for a really long time.
Let me not forget about the sex scene between Kokoy and Elijah. It was honestly one of the best sex scenes in all BL. I haven't seen a scene like this where they switch roles mid sex. I like that they put something in there like that because it's a bit more unique to the BL drama scene. Plus, the way it was filmed was absolutely alluring and beautiful.
I really enjoyed this entire movie from beginning to end. The music was great, the acting was great, the filming was great, the location was great, the lighting was great. I really don't know how else to express it.
I will be watching this again.
