Series that you need to watch at least once a time

At early ep they bring us anticipated of the series. I swear I love the setting when the plot goes to revenge and how the main character will payback the villain.

However, as the story goes there are soo many plot hole that they did not reveal which I believe for those who does not read the manhwa definitely will questioned it a lot. I suggest for those who not yet the read the manhwa, to read it because Payback is one of my fav manhwa.

Positive : 1. Acting - For the first timer actors for such a heavy plot, I think they did soo well. I dont think is there anything I could complain on their acting.
2. Chemistry - Their chemistry definitely the best thing of this series.
3. Cinematography -I can see they try hard on the budget because the entertainment industry plot looks believable.
4. Ending - At least the series show the proper ending of how their relationship will be and how heal Sun is which I believe in Manhwa they did not get that except the bonus chapter

Negative : The direction of the plot and many questionable plot hole. Kinda dont like how the revenge plot settle in one ep which is the last ep. They rush everything by making villain die just like that which very underwhelming. For Sunny, it is disturbing on how he became but he deserve it. I wonder why he not getting prison because he kill one of the new actor tho n whose kill the Dream' Director in the car.. Yeah there are soo many questionable plot which we dont get the answer.

So Yeah thats why 6.5/10 for me.
Still for someone who want different setting of genre definitely need to watch this series. In the end the rating is subjective and depend on people preferences.

A GENTLE LOVE THAT FINALLY FEELS LIKE HOME ?

OVERALL IMPRESSION🌟
A sweet, comforting romance about a neglected young woman finding the affection, safety, and respect she has always deserved.

WHAT I LIKED💖
• The FL was innocent, honest, and lovable, gradually becoming more open as she learned to trust the ML.
• Zhou Ji was patient, gentle, and observant, never pressuring Zhi Yao and always respecting her boundaries.
• His loving family, especially adorable Grandma, gave the FL the warmth she never received at home.

WHAT I DISLIKED⚠️
• The FL’s parents and brother treated her as though she existed solely to serve them and provide money, without caring about her feelings.

PRODUCTION AND PERFORMANCES🎭
• Ye Ting portrayed the calm, disciplined, and protective ML very convincingly.
• The leads shared gentle chemistry that perfectly suited the soft romantic tone.

FINAL THOUGHTS💭
This was a heartwarming story about finding love and belonging after years of family neglect. The leads were endearing, Ye Ting was excellent, and I happily recommend it.

Ji Sung has no bad shows!

Ji Sung is, without a doubt, one of my favorite actors so this might be biased, but I had so much fun watching while this. From the trailer, I didn’t know what to expect but the kdrama definitely pulled through.

Every episode was funny, thrilling, and enticing. It made me look forward to the weekend and I'll be sad now that it's over. This was definitely better than I had expected. The female lead, kang ha-ri, was hilarious and had great chemistry with park hae-kang!

I also really enjoyed the found family plot. It was amazing to see. The relationships everyone formed made me so happy. This found family arc ─ a bond stronger than blood ─ was well done and such good development for hae-kang.

I also really like how they kinda just helped everyone. Like literally everyone was living in hae-kang's apartment. Just wish that hae-kang and ha-ri had stayed together because the chemistry was there! Also, I love how lee chungwon was absolutely insane in a funny way. His bad guy character had me cracking up!

Such a good show. Definitely one of my favorites now.

Normal Childhood Sweetheart drama.

I watched this drama for Wen Yu last year and most of Bai Ye works didnt make me satisfied except this one (One of her best work to me). Even both of them didn't have youth feeling but their acting was quite passable to watch without being greasy. It was classic Childhood Sweethearts trop who always bickers not some story of loving the wrong person and then regretting it. The casting is very suitable, and Wen Yu has a great feel for the male lead. There are no melodramatic plots, and SFL always ends up losing more than she gains. Her father is a scumbag , but he's not a scumbag to his daughter. She 's a normal, albeit somewhat eccentric, character who doesn't take on the role of a typical student.

In the early stages, when the FL doesn't understand her own feelings, she's a bit greedy, wanting more than she has. She's playing with her childhood sweetheart while also pursuing her senior aka SML. The line spoken to SFL was also very manipulative, like, "If you were his girlfriend, I would stay away, but you're not yet." You're always clinging to the ML, how can anyone else pursue you? It's like you're tied to one while pursuing the other . Luckily, she confirmed her feelings for the ML quite quickly.

Recommended if you like simple childhood sweetheart drama.

O último florescimento de Kamo Serizawa

Song of the Samurai é mais uma demonstração de como a dramaturgia japonesa pode alcançar um nível extraordinário quando recebe investimento, cuidado artístico e atenção aos detalhes. Tudo parece pensado com zelo, da cenografia aos figurinos, passando pelas coreografias de luta, que são particularmente belas. Há cenas em que a câmera simplesmente permite que acompanhemos os movimentos e as nuances dos combates, sem transformar a ação em uma sucessão confusa de cortes. É uma produção que consegue fazer o espectador sentir que está testemunhando os últimos suspiros de uma era.

Mas é Ayano Go quem rouba o drama para si ao interpretar o infame e visceral Kamo Serizawa. O ator constrói um personagem errante, violento e completamente fragmentado, alguém que parece carregar desde a infância o desejo de florescer à sua própria maneira. E o mais interessante é que Kamo chega ao fim justamente como imaginava, completando de forma quase trágica o arco de um homem incapaz de encontrar paz fora da violência. Confesso que estranhei Toshi não ser o responsável por seu fim, mas o episódio final esclarece a escolha: talvez ainda não fosse a hora de o protagonista florescer. Seu verdadeiro adversário parece estar apenas começando a surgir alguém ainda mais forte, mais perigoso e, aparentemente, mais maníaco que Kamo. E isso torna a próxima etapa particularmente promissora.

The side characters stole the show

Well, the side characters definitely stole the show for me. Even with limited screentime, Jin Bai Hui and Lin Ze Qiu were really cute and really heart-warming character development; they ended up as pretty much the only couple I cared about. I think the acting was the most convincing as well for both of them.

The second ship (Tang Ting Ting and Duan Qi Yan) weren’t horrible, but they really stagnated and it was frustrating that they were both still acting like kids in their 20s; I can’t really pinpoint where the progression from friends to lovers happened, particularly after the time jump.

The main romance unfortunately didn’t work for me at all. I know there was a lot of chatter about the ML being miscasted because he looked too old, but I feel like this wasn’t an issue of appearance but rather an acting problem — he didn’t play the part of a teenager convincingly. The acting was just really flat. The dialogue was delivered like he was reading off a teleprompter. And there were little to no expressions on his face regardless of what range of emotions the character was supposed to feel, which is unfortunate because his character supposedly goes through the angstiest arc out of everyone. In those very emotionally charged scenes it was the FL doing the heavy lifting. The second lead was also kind of a boring character, so I didn’t really care about the main romance at all.

Plot-wise, I feel like it wasn’t the strongest either. Some subplots were your typical school subplots, but after the time-jump we got a lot of mini arcs that had to do with new side characters that I didn’t really care for: the celebrity Tang Ting Ting was managing, or Lin Zhi Xia’s work rival. I understand that the characters are out of school but I think the plot became a lot more scattered once they were adults and the friend group feeling didn’t really come through during these conflicts.

The main separation also didn’t work for me. Separation is such a common drama trope but it’s one I REALLY need to be written well, otherwise I’ll just find it frustrating. Something like The First Frost and Lighter and Princess both had really intense reasons for the characters to split up, and it had the right amount of angst once they reconnected. I feel like this one sort of skimmed over it when it happened and then skimmed over it again when they reconnected — I’m just not that sure it was necessary at all.

Overall, I didn't really like this and I feel like it could’ve been much more if the ML was somebody else, but I suppose it was low-stakes and light-hearted for anyone looking for that. 4.5 feels a little too low of a rating honestly, but I think I liked it more when it was over than when I was watching it.

Heads In The Clouds When You Should Stay Grounded

Another perfect example of the misguided laughable pathetic delusional thoughts and fantasies entertained by fanboys and fangirls alike towards the members of the Kpop/idol industry.......
You are not Cinderella or a toad who turns into a prince after a kiss from the princess. You are a customer and they are a product and a service in a twisted industry that doesn't care about either. Nothing more, nothing less. Best to keep thoughts and dreams of becoming that *special someone* to one or more members in it's community low and suppressed. I think ppl see these particular pieces as harmless, fluffy and cute dramas........but I think these works are what give rise to the numbers of stalking, harassment, invasion of privacy, obsession, and delusional thoughts of self importance IRL. There's too many who cannot differentiate between fantasy and reality and tired of hearing about the abuse and deaths occurring to the young ones in the industry 😞~
Good or bad, already happened or will in later eps, some of what I listed is what's occurring here mixed in with the same old half assed triangle of a pop star, high ranking executive, and employee..........a warm bubbly female employee at that who drips with delusion in every scene. Lol.......not one original aspect to be found~
No thanks. If I'm going to watch horrible over recycled tropes, it won't be this. Its fairly amusing watching the back and forth between Kdrama fans vs Kpop idols fans when they are cast along side their fav actors/actresses. I LOVE Kdrama and can tolerate idols from the industry crossing over to become actors. I think the faster they escape Kpop, the better off their lives will be. There's a large number who've successfully done it and I like quite a few..........but I'm not big on dramas with Kpop as a central theme. I'm also going to admit that other then a VERY few select songs that have made it through my preferences of hard metal, Kpop music is pure garbage to me. So that's a bias in regards to my review that should be known~
Lol......this will get blasted and that's fine. All good. But I watched 5 eps. That's 5 more than I should've. Hard pass~

What makes Moon Lovers special isn't its perfect story, but its powerful emotions. Wang So and Hae Soo's relationship feels like a beautiful yet painful love story.

And honestly, after watching this drama, the OST songs can immediately transport viewers back to their scenes. 😭🌙

Despite my high rating, this drama isn't without its flaws.
Some conflicts feel overly long and full of misunderstandings. There are also some character decisions that might make viewers think

"Why didn't they just talk about it?" 😭

Additionally, since there are quite a lot of princes, at the beginning of the drama it might be a bit difficult to remember who is Wang Wook, Wang Jung, Wang Eun, Wang Yo, and the others.

But as the story progresses, the characters become more distinguishable.

Bittersweet Love — uma história realmente agridoce ??

Confesso que comecei Bittersweet Love achando o Fan Xiao MUITO tonto 😭. Ele é tão inocente e passivo no começo que, em vários momentos, eu só queria que ele reagisse e parasse de deixar todo mundo fazer o que quisesse com ele. Mas, conforme a história foi avançando, comecei a entender melhor os personagens e a dinâmica entre os dois.

O Lu Bei é um verdadeiro red flag 🚩. Ele quer controlar tudo para conseguir ficar com o Fan Xiao, esconde coisas, toma decisões sozinho e, principalmente, não sabe se comunicar. Ele é extremamente passivo na forma de demonstrar o que sente e muitas vezes você fica pensando: “MEU FILHO, ERA SÓ CONVERSAR”. 😭

Ao mesmo tempo, acho que depois de um tempo você entende que esse é simplesmente o jeito dele. Ele não consegue expressar o que sente de uma maneira saudável, e isso acaba tornando a relação dos dois muito complicada.

E acho que é justamente aí que o título Bittersweet Love faz sentido. No final, os dois acabam experimentando o gosto amargo das consequências, da vingança e das escolhas que fizeram um contra o outro. Depois de tudo, fica aquela sensação de que agora eles finalmente podem tentar ficar juntos de verdade.

Eu entendo completamente por que algumas pessoas droparam esse BL. Ele é bem parado, tem uma narrativa mais lenta e exige um pouco de paciência. Também não tem tantas cenas NC, mas quando tem... 👀 são poucas, porém bem intensas. E a química dos protagonistas ajuda MUITO. Chega um momento em que você continua assistindo quase exclusivamente por eles, mesmo quando os personagens estão te estressando.

No fim, eu gostei bastante! Acho que Bittersweet Love definitivamente não é um BL para qualquer pessoa, mas, se você tiver paciência para acompanhar uma história mais lenta e personagens complexos, pode acabar se envolvendo bastante.
