I enjoyed pieces of the drama as a whole but there were quite a lot of what I call "draggy" or "tiresome" scenes/parts - the first 33 episodes were really good then it dragged from episode 38-58 and even after that in-between some more good scenes it was still dragging on one thing that I hated until almost episode 80! -_- Then it got good again until someone else came to try and wreck the happiness *sigh* then it dragged for a couple episodes again 104-106 - after that it was good until the end (even if I wasn't able to see the last 5 minutes of the drama :'( ...) To be honest I skip watched most of the drama - I only watched Boon Ho/Joo Hyuk's scenes together and a few of their scenes apart and a few scenes of Joo Ri and Jung Woo (skipped a lot of their scenes later however). I didn't watch anyone elses scenes involving their own stories and lives b/c I didn't care about them. I went into this drama for Joo Hyuk and Boon Ho (their characters) so... yeah... and I could only find this drama on Soku a LONG time ago when I downloaded it from them - I checked today so I could see if I could find the last episode 111 pt.5 to watch but I couldn't find them anymore :/ and it was raw on that site anyways (it is a Chinese site).
Story is about Boon Ho who under pressured circumstances pretends to be her dead bosses girlfriend since she is pregnant and needs to protect her unborn child from her rotten ex and his even rottener mother. b/c of this she and Joo Hyuk form a bond which later paves the way for Joo Hyuk to fall in love with her. (don't worry the "secret" doesn't last the entire drama it comes out rather fast).
Cast: Joo Sang Wook as Joo Hyuk - My absolute favorite character in the drama (why can't JSW play more characters like this??! He's so good at these kinds of characters and these characters make me find him attractive - while his "comedic" dramas I find him unattractive) lol - He is from a rich household, he lived overseas for awhile and had his heart broken, he comes back for his brothers funeral and stays and starts to be drawn to Boon Ho (although he doesn't know it at the time) and he lets himself be dragged into a "relationship" with another girl that his mom wants him to be with and the girl herself chases him but he was as cold as ice and stone in it. His face was like a rock that wouldn't break and whenever he'd see Boon Ho his face immediately broke into a smile ^_^ He is a guy that when true to his feelings is trustworthy, reliable, honest, and giving - I really liked him and in the end he was my main reason to finish the drama ;)
Seo Ji Hye as Boon Ho - She is sweet and nice but way too "passive" (can't think of the right word to describe her) but she always felt OVERLY guilty for things she did and or people she hurt unintentionally and she is also too full of 'noble idiocy' that I hate in drama characters -_- She'd sacrifice her own happiness b/c of her guilty conscience - seriously annoyed me at times. She also cried a lot. But other then those negative things she was a generally nice person and her character outside of those factors was likeable. I liked her with Joo Hyuk the best.
Eun Soo (they baby) was so loveable - such a cutie pie!!! I really liked having that baby in almost every scene after episode 40 ^_^ I loved seeing Eun Soo, Joo Hyuk and Boon Ho together ^^
Jung Woo and Joo Ri were an entertaining couple at times and at times a bit obnoxious (more like Joo Ri was the obnoxious one) and she could be silly and a bit cute too while Jung Woo was more serious and calm as opposed to her quirky weird character lol
Music was nice - I liked the songs by Kim Byung Hwa and Jang Seung Hyuk the best ^_^
Re-watch value.... probably not - I might go back and "record" Joo Hyuk/Boon Ho scenes and delete the rest of the drama lol (takes up less space that way. If you're a fan of Joo Sang Wook you might want to find it and watch it however as his character is the best in the drama!

This charming movie was really entertaining; it combined comedy, slice of life and drama genres effortlessly and was a very sweet movie.
The 5 main characters all have very different personalities, stories and struggles, and each one is developed really well, I enjoyed watching the antics of each character. The acting from all 5 members was pretty good, being early days in their acting careers.
The music perfectly reflects the rock/rebelling feel of the movie. The contrast of these rock themes with the schoolyard songs is again reflective of youth against maturity.
I definitely feel this is a movie that can be re-watched over and over due to its easy pace and interesting storylines.
It very well embodies the average life struggles, highs and lows of teenage boys as they move inevitably towards adulthood.
For an Arashi fan this is a must-watch, but even non-fans are sure to get something out of this movie!

Many different turns, the movie quite succeeds (yes!) at its portrayal of life, friendship and changes.
It was very entertaining, especially in the cutscenes which entered the mind of the person narrating.
Very entertaining was the appearances of the actual performers when a character was listening to a song.
The funny moments did not diminish the story or withdraw anything from the main theme.
All in all well worth the watch! You will definitely enjoy if you want a light hearted, comical view of friendship, love and changes in life.
PS:keep in mind how tech changes throughout the movie. Cassette -> CD -> MP3. It was spot on!

Was it worth it: Absolutely.
What I liked the most: The pacing was spectacular.
What I disliked the most: The 10th price annoyed the crap out of me 85% of the time he was on screen.
Moment Meter: 6/10 – I’m torn on this one. A moment to me may not seem like one to others.
Other thoughts: This drama flew by for me. I was astounded to find I had less than a handful of episodes left when it felt like there should have been more. This is an achievement for a Sageuk. I swooned for Joon Gi as I do every time I watch a drama of his. IU also did an excellent job. The female characters had very active roles and remained vocal to the end; again, something that’s hard to find in a Sageuk and something that I value highly. I had a hard time finding the reason why IU’s character had to be a time-traveler, but it was made very clear at the end. There are a lot of characters, but not as many as you think, so try not to get too overwhelmed. All of the casting was spot on, and I actually downloaded a song from the show to put on my phone (Im Seon Hye – Will be Back). The ending was left wide open for a continuation, though I’m scared that it may not be as good and drag this one down.
Conclusion: The story moved along well and there was a little bit of something for everyone. Pro Tip: Don’t get emotionally attached to any of the characters. You will regret it.

Was it worth it: Yeah.
What I liked the most: I knew nothing going in, so I appreciated the unique plot gimmick.
What I disliked the most: The story got a little hairy towards the end and I checked out for a bit.
Moment Meter: 6/10 – Lots of good ones, especially at the beginning.
Other thoughts: My jury is always out about Jong Suk’s acting ability. Is he really a good actor? Or am I subconsciously forgiving of it because of his very appealing face? I don’t trust myself there. That aside, I really liked the premise of the story. It was unique and I’m a sucker for suspended belief. At times the technicality of things slowed the story down a bit, but it was also somewhat necessary too due to the unusual story. Han Hyo Joo did an awesome job and I found her to be very likable. This is another one where you really have to pay attention or you will quickly find yourself lost.
Conclusion: The story line was unique and the actors were gorgeous. A little better than your run-of-the-mill drama, but not a chart-topper for me.

I have watched the My Sunshine as a drama, I have watched the directors cut and the movie...Contains spoilers..
I like Tiffany & Wallace Chung as actors. So when I see them in a drama I could not miss it, ( Please not that I have watched this drama long time ago and just writing my views on it)
Let me tell you I had hard times recognising Tiff here. She looked totally different.
During the University years Mo Sheng is a girl who enjoys taking photos, one day while she was taking photos, she was Yi Chen sitting under a tree and reading a book, he seemed like he did not notice Mo Sheng so she starts to take his photos, when he finally notices her, she gets embarrassed and tells him that she's just taking photos of nature and suddenly he got into the camera angle.
Starting from that moment she follows him like a puppy dog, I mean in a cute way not like a stalker but like a small fan girl.
Yu Chen is the most popular guy in school so every girl wants him but none can him..
He eventually falls in love with lively Mo Cheng, his friends make a bet on which girl he's going to date, he says I would bet on Mo Cheng.
They start to date, one of the most funniest scenes was Mo Cheng joins one of the law classes of Yi Chen and the teacher asks a question and picks Mo Cheng she could not answer she looks for Yi Chen desperately he says he did not listen and after that she says put them all in prision which made all the class laugh, later on one of the students said she's not from our departrment..
One day Mo Cheng's dad visits Yu Chen and says he is not against their relationship if he agrees he can send both to USA but what he ( her dadt )does not know is he is responsible from Yu Chen's dad's sucide.
In an anger Yu Chen tells Mo Cheng that he does not want to see her face ever again and that day Mo Cheng agrees with her dad and decides to fly to USA for Photography Education
While she's in USA she gets married with a lawyer to be able to protect a child, the child of the lady who was her neighbour who had an abusing husband who was helping her when she most needed.
She never loved the lawyer. The lawyer is potrayed by Kevin Tan he is also one of the hottest asian actors of his age.
So while Ying Hiu ( Kevin Tan ) was drunk he tried to kiss Mo Cheng ( he was also in love with her not in the begining when she first send him money without knowing who he is) when he met her immediately fell in love with her. After that incident she decides to get divorced and thinking that she got divorced she returned back home.
One day while she was shopping Mo Cheng sees Yi Chen and Xiao Me step sister of Yi Chen but she's desparetly in love with him, she immediately thinks that they were together
Yi Chen drops her wallet, wallet found by the security who stops Mo Cheng as he is thinking the wallet is hers as there was a photo of hers inside the wallet, the next day she tooks her photo from the wallet and takes the wallet to Yi Chen's office gave it to his secretary and his secretary to Yi Chen..
Yi Chen follows her and asks the photo back, she says she has no idea, but Yi Chen is clever so finally she agrees to give the photo back.
One night while he was drunk he forcely tries to kiss her, but she's scared.
Yi Chen emotionally tortured her alot, when she tried to explain the reasons she got married he did not listen to her..
He was most possibly thinking she gave up on her while he was still deeply in love with her..
And again this was his fault he never explained the reasons why he said I never want to see your face again.
We also learned that after Mo Cheng left Yi Chen even started drinking & smoking.
He was devastated after her leave..
They eventually got married but up until they finally slept together Yi Chen continued to torture her..
After the intimate night seeing that his wife never betrayed her and she was still a virgin, he got softened and he showed love towards her.
while they were deeply trying to live their love, our hot lawyer shows up, Yi Chen knows that the divorce was fake he never actually divorced her, while he was trying to that out, he takes Mo Cheng for honeymoon and switches off his phone, Our hot lawyer is trying to get back Mo Cheng so he is tracking them out,
Mo Cheng learns that he never actually divorced her much later.. Yi Chen learns about Ying Hiu's ( Kevin Tan)'s company's problems and he eventually agrees to sign the divorce agreement.
By the time Mo Cheng falls pregnant and Yi Chen becomes much more caring.. On the final scene we see that they took their child to the university campus telling how they met.
It was very emotional I have cried most of the scenes. Music was great. I loved the opening music and still listen to it.. ( Zhang Jie is singing it)
I seriously disliked her wardrobe, but maybe they did on purpose as she was playing little naive, lively girl.
Oh and the English Ying Hiu (Kevin Tang), you suppose to be a businessman living in US and your English is bad.
As someone who watched 3 versions of this drama I recommend you to watch this version first and then if you wish watch director's cut and the movie ( the actors are different in the movie, the plot is the same, the only difference is she does not fall pregnant ( Mo Cheng) and she learns that Yi Chen came to US to find her. It is also less violent.

In a nutshell:
Story:
- Illogical and frustrating, filled with stupid character decisions.
- Most of the characters are disgusting people that will make you unable to feel any empathy for them.
- Product placement is completely out of control - they are literally hanging bottles of booze from trees...
- The story relies heavily on juvenile misunderstandings and medical emergencies to create drama.
- Even the romantic scenes offer nothing new & original, it just repeats stereotypical "sweet scenes".
Acting/cast:
- From bird feather bowties to t-shirts two sizes too small - Peter Ho's styling is absolutely atrocious!!! :D
- 80% of the actors have difficulty conveying emotions, especially crying scenes can get cringy.
- Peter Ho was quite good, but unfortunately his character has been written as shallow and boring.
- The combination of less than stellar acting combined with bad writing doesn't really create an enjoyable or immersive experience.
Music:
- Considering this drama has a lot to do with music they really half-assed it. The main character supposedly has a beautiful voice, but it's nothing special in my opinion. She sings the same song again and again.
- The other songs in the drama are nothing special, but since there are no horrible songs in the OST it's pretty average and ok.
Rewatch:
- There is no way in hell I'm rewatching this. There were a few romantic scenes I enjoyed, but the writing of this drama made me unable to enjoy it overall.
Overall:
- Stay away from this drama if you hate bad writing, stereotypical plots and below average acting.
- Watch this if you are a fan of the actors or if you aren't too worried about silly drama plots.

In the drama Wei Wei was so passive in outgoing, she hardly let him to kiss her. There was basically no chemo between ZHENG chuang & Yang Yang.
The Bromance not as strong as it was in the drama.
So a little bromance is OK, we are not watching River Chen Bromance.
On drama v Wei Wei pissed me off by being overly innocent not even letting him to kiss and when he tries to kiss behaving like he is raping her.
obviously not everyone was happy with the drama and same thing is valid for the movie.
In the drama I disliked the main lady Wei Wei and couldn't ship her ZHENG. Here we have a lot more chemo and they're matching. Also Xing Boran is not or doesn't look as cold- reserved as ZHENG.
In the drama Cao Guan was platonically in love with Wei Wei but than fell in love with Er Xi.
Before I forget Er Xi in the movie portrayed by another actress.
In the drama Wei Wei gets married with Xiao Nai through the end, in the movie they were not married yet when the movies finished.
Other than these it follows the same plot with few differences.
If you do not know the drama it would feel like everything is hanging in the air, so first watch the drama and watch the movie later on.

This is your typical melodrama so be prepared haha. This is also very funny to watch after watching Golden Rainbow, since there's like 4 actors that are in both and they have varied roles from that drama.
Anyways, onto May Queen! It's a very long drama, but it's worth the watch. It has your typical tropes of birth secrets, revenge, love triangles, etc. etc. For the romantic portion, it was very sweet for once to see both male leads treat her with respect until, well, something happens to one of them (a typical kdrama trope, but I won't go into detail because that will be a spoiler). At times, Hae Joo is encouraging to watch, yet her naivety may annoy some at times. Many of the supporting characters, however, are quite lovable (Jung Woo, Bong Hee, etc.) and you'll appreciate them in times when the plot really tenses up.
I believe some of the best acting was during the childhood portion. Yoo Jung always does so well..and the man who was her father also did a great job. I can't say much about the others since I haven't seen them in other dramas. I would say that Geum Hee is very tiring to watch. It seems the only thing she does is cry, collapse, and hit whichever male figure is near here. Though she does play a crucial role later on, and she does change some, for the greater portion of the drama she's just...there. Crying probably. And Il Moon is just hopeless. Eugh.
I found the music beautiful and I wish I could find them somewhere to listen to online, and I mean the classical pieces--the actual OST was okay. Typical of any makjang drama.
And rewatch value is low because it's long! It took me roughly 40 hours in total to watch it all. But it's worth it. I was almost crying with joy when I finished it. It's a beautiful story, with tragedy mingled in.

GWi Lee Soo Hyuk for me he's a perfect match for a Vampire, he is a perfect with for supernatural characters. He has a pretty unique face comparing LJG, Baekhyun, Changmin, Kang Ha Neul, Bo Gum, Lee Min Ho etc
Yes Yang Sun's ex lover as her reincarnated self gonna play an important role in the drama but I do not really ship them here.
Didn't really like the music but whoever is their stylist is s/he done a great job. I loved the outfits. Actually when YS first saw Choi Hye Ryung as her reincarnated self Lee Myung Hee the outfit she was wearing reminded me what Hae Soo was wearing in Scarlet Heart Ryeo in one of the episodes.
The drama could be less boring but more attractive - exciting to us as audience.

I really liked the cast as such and the story, as well as how it developed. The chemistry between the actors was really great and I did believe them everything. Also the funny moments made me laugh really hard.
Sometimes it became a little tiring because of the back and forth between Kim Tan and Ch Eun Sang. I also would have loved to see some more kisses ;) But apart from that it was great!
I hope that there will be a second season sometime as there are so many story strings that can still be developed! Until then I will just rewatch it over and over again!
