#bringDonback

I honestly think this is a very good series. The actors did a great job with their performances, and the overall production was really well done. However, there is one thing I’m still upset about—Don’s death. Seriously, why did they have to kill him? Let my man live! I was low-key watching the series mostly for Don and Pond, and Don was such a babygirl character that it made it even harder to watch him die. I was literally crying my eyes out during that scene.

One thing I really loved about the show was how well the music matched the mood of each scene. For example, when a scene was sad, the music became emotional, and when things got more intense or “spicy,” the music reflected that too. It really helped make the moments feel more powerful.

I do think it took a little too long for the main couple to get back together, but I liked how the show let us see what their relationship was like in the past and how much it had changed over time. That made their development feel more meaningful.

Overall, I’d give this series an 8.5/10. I would highly recommend watching it if you haven’t already—and if you have, it’s definitely worth a rewatch

a very good feud

I was a bit scared to start this drama because of the title. Feud sounds like it will be an exhausting story, but it turned out to be a very strong story. In fact, this is one of the rare cases where I think the English title actually fits better than the original.

OST: The OST is haunting and beautiful. It really fits the tone of the drama

Story and writing: The storytelling is goood and the writing feels solid. What surprised me the most is that the miscommunication actually worked?!. Normally this trope pisses me off so bad. It was clear that something had been misunderstood between the characters, but it wasn’t presented in a way that made me frustrated. Instead it felt tragic and inevitable rather than stupid.

The ending: the ending is the only part that wasn’t really my style. It created a lot of ambiguity, i don’t hate it, but i’m not sure i fully understand it. It seemed like time changed again and reset to the very beginning, but i’m not completely sure what exactly happened. Earlier the time travel made sense when she went back a few hundred years to fix something. But at the very end it becomes more symbolic and harder to interpret? I get the symbolisms, but i need some logic.

Antagonists: one thing i liked is that the real antagonist behind the feud wasn’t someone i hated. He had purpose and layers and was even willing to admit things about himself. That made him more interesting than a typical villain. In comparison, Long Yuan was much more annoying to watch. His stubbornness and arrogance made him annoying rather than interesting, and his outfit honestly looked so silly that i couldn't take him seriously.

Romance: ahhhh the love–hate dynamic between Bai Jiusi and A’yue is really the heart of this drama. Their relationship is intense, painful, and full of complicated emotions. It reminded me a bit of Till the End of the Moon, but it feels lighter because both characters are fundamentally good people. Their stories in the mortal world was my favorite part. Especially the illusion one. she wants him to understand her pain, but she cannot fully recreate it because she still loves him.. and because their relationship is so powerful, some of the side stories feel weaker in comparison. Aside from the antagonist and characters from the mortal world, most of the other immortals and Cloud Sect characters didn’t interest me as much.

Final thoughts: what really made this drama worth watching for me was the chemistry between the leads. Sometimes they didn’t even need dialogue, the way Bai Jiusi and A’yue looked at each other said everything. Honestly, watching them interact alone was already enough reason to keep watching the drama.

I don't know how to feel.

And I probably never will.
Onestamente non so cosa scrivere.

E niente, grazie tante Love After Addiction.

The truth is that this kdrama is not perfect but it is very good and entertaining

The story follows two people who, when they meet, immediately dislike each other and later are forced to live together because their siblings died and left behind a 20-month-old child whom they must take care of. Honestly, the story is very good in my opinion. At the beginning, it is a bit slow or boring, but by episode 2, everything becomes interesting. It is entertaining to see how the protagonists go from hating each other, to respecting each other, from respecting each other to becoming friends, and from becoming friends to starting to fall for each other. It is a series of the 'enemies to lovers' type, so if you like series like that, you will love this one. The acting and the chemistry between the protagonists are also very good. But there is something that is making people underestimate this series: it is the hate it is receiving.
With much respect I say this, I was reading the comments and the only thing I could see was everyone hating this K-drama, saying that the protagonist is bad, that she doesn't act well, that it is poorly developed, and everything. I am watching this series and I have realized that obviously it is not perfect, but it is a very good series. But of course, people only see the bad things and don't notice the good ones. I don't think that if they met the writer in real life they would tell him all the harsh criticism they give to the series (although I think some would be capable >v). Sometimes we only see that things are not the way we want and we don't see that actually the way they did it is much better than how we wanted. Besides, we shouldn't disregard the hard work of the writers and producers of this series, who, although they made mistakes in some things, put in a lot of effort. Well, I say all this with much respect and I am sharing my opinion about this, so if you don't agree, that's okay.

I will rewatch it again and again and again because the two leading actors are so GENG MAAAKK in acting, to the point they caught me so much that I feel like I'm watching a real-life story. I love them so much. And I will recommend it to my friends. I will miss them so much when the last episode ends. I hope this series will be a success. I hope many people will watch it.

Her Mischievous Kiss (2025) is a cute fantasy romance comedy miniseries with Liu Guo Hao as Feng Yan and He Ling Yao as Sang Lu in the leading couple’s role. This is a cute and lighthearted transmigration drama between a SUPER bubbly woman and a CEO who became mute after a traumatic event. Although the female lead’s cheerful spirited personality can be annoying, it suits its purpose in getting responses from the CEO and, gladly, it tones down a bit toward the third part of the drama to give the audience a few nicely done romantic scenes. The drama might not be of high rewatchable value, it is a passable one time watch! Enjoy it!
In the meantime, this drama can be found in YouTube under the caption: “The intern being bullied turned out to be the chairman's wife! Everyone knelt down in fear.”

Best comfort watch

This show is such a comfort watch for me. I keep finding myself coming back to it and rewatching episodes because it just lifts my mood and makes me happy every time. The acting feels so natural and perfect that it almost seems like the actors were truly born to play these roles. Their chemistry and delivery make every scene enjoyable and memorable. It’s one of those rare shows that never gets old, no matter how many times you watch it. Overall, I would definitely recommend giving it a watch—and honestly, a rewatch too. It’s the kind of series that you can return to again and again and still enjoy just as much as the first time. 😊

Why they minimize the previous three wives.

I watched this drama since this is sequel from the male-oriented drama. The typical male oriented always got some not good looking ML while he surrounded by the beauties.

The plot is still same like previous season ML transmigrates to ancient times and is bound to a favorability system. He already wins over three beautiful wives, but unexpectedly, an S-level favorability target, the leader of the Nangong Cult, appears. The conflict was less interesting than first season since it focusing on the leader making the three wives feel like wallflower.

The acting for the actors are somewhat amateurish. But the plot is solid, it's incredibly funny, and some actors deliver very convincing performances. I watched other adaptation and somehow they feel to flat but this drama still appeals to make interesting characters. A good work isn't solely achieved through expensive special effects, lavish sets, and props. Some say, "The core of a good drama is a good script and a good director" and i agree with this.

Recommended to watch if you fine with not good looking ML with the beauties FLs.

Too short and a bit creepy....

Sukfilm is obviously the master of cliché plots. It's not like all clichés are bad, but when the story centers around it, it makes things a bit akward. "if you make me upset I need to punish you" - WTF? - and then forcing a kiss. That's a red flag for me - kissing without consent is really not ok, even when the other person does like it. But with only three episodes roughly six minutes each, there is not a lot of time to tell a comprehenisve story.

I can't fault the actors who did a really good job and look appealing. But as usual it's the same fake locations which do not feel very convincing. So, it's a cliché centered story with not much depth because there was no time to tell it in a good way. Bonus points are awarded for the visuals which were really on point. But besides that it's more or less medicore.

Mr. Sahara & Toki-kun — Cute Casting Isn’t Always Enough

Mr. Sahara & Toki-kun is one of those dramas that feels pleasant while you’re watching it, but leaves almost no real impact once it ends. It’s not terrible, but it never becomes memorable either. The story follows a familiar structure for Japanese BL: a delinquent student with a complicated reputation and the teacher who slowly tries to understand him. On paper, that dynamic could have created something intense or emotionally messy. Instead, the drama keeps things very light and safe, almost like it doesn’t want to push the tension too far.

The casting is probably the biggest reason the show works at all. Kizu Takumi stands out immediately. He has a very strong screen presence and a kind of quiet sensuality that makes him impossible not to notice. Even when the story slows down, he still holds your attention. It’s the kind of performance where you can understand why viewers keep watching even if the plot itself doesn’t fully deliver. But the character of Toki feels very different from what the original image suggests. In the manga, Toki Kanade has white hair and a much rougher presence — someone who genuinely feels like a delinquent. In the drama, with the blond hair and softer styling, that edge disappears. Instead of feeling like a dangerous troublemaker, he looks more like a cute rebellious student who might skip class occasionally. That change removes a lot of the tension that should exist between him and Sahara.

And that touches on something that Japanese BL adaptations have done for a while now: pairing very cute actors together even when the story originally relies on contrast. It’s visually appealing, but it sometimes weakens the dynamic. When both characters feel soft and harmless, the emotional push-and-pull disappears. The relationship becomes sweet, but not particularly exciting. To be fair, the acting overall isn’t bad. The cast does what they can with the material, and there are moments where the chemistry works. But the story itself never reaches the emotional intensity it hints at. It stays comfortable, almost predictable, and by the end you realize the drama never really took a risk.

Final thought

Mr. Sahara & Toki-kun is easy to watch and has a few charming moments, especially thanks to Kizu Takumi’s presence. But it’s also another example of a BL that feels visually cute rather than emotionally powerful. And in the end, “cute” alone isn’t always enough to make a story unforgettable.

Kateikyoshi no Kishi: Knight desu — Selling a BL Without the BL

I went into Kateikyoshi no Kishi: Knight desu expecting an adaptation that would at least capture the energy of the manga. Not necessarily a perfect copy — adaptations always change things — but something that understands the spirit of the original story. Unfortunately, what we got feels more like a show that wanted to market itself as BL without actually committing to the BL part.

The biggest issue starts with the casting. Sawamura Rei as Kishi Naito and Tanaka Koki as Takasugi Toru simply don’t resemble the characters they are supposed to portray. In the manga, these two have a very specific presence. They are intimidating, rough around the edges, almost delinquent-like in attitude and appearance. That contrast is part of what creates the tension and the attraction between them. Here, that whole dynamic disappears. Instead of looking like two guys you would avoid in a dark alley, they look more like two very different high school stereotypes: one feels like the comic relief of the class, the other like the guy who might get bullied rather than feared. The physicality, the attitude, the dangerous edge the manga characters had — none of it really translates on screen.

Because of that, the relationship also never feels convincing. The director clearly tries to hint at attraction through visual cues — pink lighting, framing, slow moments that are supposed to suggest tension — but it never actually lands. It feels like the production is saying “this is BL” without building the emotional or physical chemistry that would make it believable. The result is strange: scenes that are clearly designed to look romantic, yet feel completely empty.

At times, the two leads honestly come across like cosplayers trying to imitate the manga versions of their characters rather than actors embodying them. Everything feels exaggerated, slightly over the top, but not in a way that becomes entertaining. More like they are playing roles that don’t really fit them. And the lack of genuine chemistry makes the whole BL angle feel even more artificial. It reminded me of the same issue that appeared in Mr. Sahara & Toki-kun, where the show technically presents a BL setup but the actors never seem comfortable inhabiting that kind of relationship. When the emotional truth isn’t there, no amount of visual hints can compensate.

The story itself isn’t terrible. It follows the basic structure of the manga and the concept still works at a surface level, which is why I can’t rate it lower. But without believable characters and without a real emotional connection between the leads, the narrative loses the thing that should have made it interesting in the first place.

Final thought

This adaptation feels like a BL that is afraid of its own identity. The story exists, the references to the manga exist, and the hints of attraction exist — but the heart of the relationship never really appears. And when the central relationship is missing, everything else ends up feeling like an imitation rather than a story.

Pure BL Comedy starring Pond & Phuwin and Neo

PLOT: Friendships/love within student groups. Pi (a dentist student) has a crush on Nan but can't bring himself to tell him. Mhok (Nan's best friend) likes Pi and shamelessly flirts with him, without much success. Duean (Pi's brother) and his friends help Pi, but Duean is also entangled in a complicated relationship with Meen.

+++ Three excellent actors who enlight up the series: Pond & Phuwin and Neo.
+++ Lots of humor (sometimes quite heavy-handed).

### Some reviews criticize the pressure Mhok puts on Pi, the actions of the fandoms, etc.
But that's not the point. The drama isn't serious AT ALL.
You can't do here a moralizing analysis; it's pure comedy (see the behavior of Duean and his group of friends).
Example 1: In real life, no medical student (Mhok) has that much time to devote to their love life... LOL
Example 2: Ridiculous twist with Pi's photos with glasses and braces, broadcast in 30 seconds on every phone.

=> To be taken as pure, entertaining fantasy.

+++ Bcp d'humour (parfois assez lourd).

Great Drama after a long time

It’s rare that I finish something and immediately feel the need to tell people about it, but this one is sticking with me. Honestly, just trust me and go for it. It’s a bit of a masterpiece in its own quiet way, and it’s honestly just sad to see it not getting the traction it deserves.

What really gets me is the cast. You’re watching these incredibly talented actors give these massive, grounded performances, and then you look around and realize nobody is really talking about them yet. It’s frustrating because this is exactly the kind of acting people say they want to see—nuanced, real, and actually impactful—but for some reason, the support just isn’t there yet.

I’m not trying to oversell it or pretend it’s something it’s not, but it’s genuine. It’s one of those projects that feels like it was made with a lot of care, and it shows in every scene. It’s the kind of thing that makes you want to support the people involved simply because they’re doing the work so well.

If you have a bit of time and you're looking for something that actually has some substance to it, give this a shot. We really need to start showing up for the artists who are actually putting in this level of effort. It’s worth the watch, and it’s definitely worth the conversation.

“From Zero Expectations to an All-Night Binge: My First Republican-Era C-Drama Experience!”

This was my first Republican-era Chinese drama, and I have to say it completely exceeded my expectations. I went into **Fall in Love** without really knowing what to expect. At first I thought it would just be another historical romance with predictable characters and slow pacing, but after starting the first few episodes, I was immediately hooked. Before I knew it, I had binge-watched half the series in one night, which almost never happens for me.

One of the things that impressed me the most about this drama is how engaging the story is. The plot moves at a really good pace, balancing romance, political tension, and emotional moments perfectly. There’s always something happening that keeps you curious about what will come next. The setting in the Republican era also adds a unique atmosphere that makes the story feel elegant and dramatic at the same time.

The characters are another huge highlight. The leads have incredible chemistry, and their interactions feel natural and full of emotion. Their relationship develops in a way that keeps you invested, making you root for them from the very beginning. I also appreciated how the supporting characters each had their own personalities and roles in the story rather than just being background figures.

Visually, the drama is stunning. The costumes and sets really capture the beauty and sophistication of the Republican era. Every scene feels carefully crafted, which makes the whole drama even more immersive. The music also deserves praise because it perfectly complements the emotional tone of the story.

Overall, Fall in Love turned out to be such a pleasant surprise for me. It’s romantic, exciting, and beautifully produced. If this is what Republican-era dramas are like, then I’m definitely excited to explore more in this genre. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys romance mixed with drama, history, and strong character chemistry.

Bailu and dylan Wang could've created history together , but ....

This drama already has so countless reviews posted by viewers .. so I don't know if I can add anything groundbreaking, So instead of a formal review I will pour my personal thoughts about the cast , characters and plot .. if we have something in common then good otherwise we aren't missing out on anything anyway.

Honestly, seeing Bai Lu and Dylan Wang together felt like dream casting for many fans, including me And acting wise, they delivered better than my expectations... Their chemistry was good, and visually they fit the roles perfectly. but ... A drama can't really survive without a good story line (actually calling it a storyline is a sin) .. if leads are the face of a drama body ..the storyline is its backbone Unfortunately, the backbone here was painfully weak.
in fact I am not convinced it was written by a mature person. It felt almost like an eight grader early teenager writing her romantic fantasies later being polished and turned into a script.
The corporate background especially made little sense.. like the drama has a modern corporate romance but the way this aspect is exploited to the point of ridiculing viewers' intellect was so audacious... I mean Five women from a finance magazine somehow end up paired with five men from a single venture capital company. The odds were so ridiculous it felt like the rest of the professional world vanished in an apocalypse and only these ten people survived. Even after forcing this setup, the romance still lacked depth.

The business side was equally unconvincing. There was barely any understanding of corporate etiquette or how the finance world actually works. Endless meetings filled with repetitive deal talk and exaggerated praise were apparently meant to represent venture capital work. It felt more like a surface-level imitation of the corporate world rather than a believable setting.

I hoped the characters might redeem the story, but sadly that wasn’t the case. The FL, who was initially introduced as smart and career-focused, ends up throwing away her dignity just to get revenge on a useless ex. The ML constantly fails to communicate clearly and drags a misunderstanding for far too long. A best friend who keeps screwing the ML's best friend but asks the FL to deceive the ML with her fake act of love destroying her love life multiple times on multiple occasions , lastly portrayed as a very good and supporting friend...you kid me not!!

In the end, the cast was fantastic, but the characters they were given were so weak and inconsistent that it took away the very charm of it. And when the writing collapses like that, even the best actors cannot completely save the drama. 🎭
