I don't know why this drama hasn't got more fans. Personally, I thought it was very well acted, modern, with a lovely photography and enough romance to satisfy the romantics among us.

The plot is neither shallow nor particularly predictable. Until the end, the viewer does not know if the romance between the leads will have a future or not, because apart from the age difference - which isn't that big anyway - there are other, more important obstacles: opposite stances towards work and life in general, different social status, dissimilar goals. The good aspect of this love story based upon differences is that both learn one from the other. It's not the dramatic change of one of them overnight, in the name of love or another equally unrealistic reason.
The best part of the plot lies in the dialogues, though. They are clever, at times hilarious, at others quite deep. I loved learning of the process behind the creation of an advertisement, and why those people are often referred to as "the creatives".

The acting was very good, although I must admit at not having been swept away by Itoh Misaki's performance. There were times when she felt wooden and unconvincing. This lowers my acting mark to an 8, which would have been otherwise flawless, since everybody else did a great job, including Kame.

The music isn't my favourite, but it was chosen with great sense and is very fitting with the story told and the setting.

The photography deserves a mention too: there are some beautiful screen shots throughout this show. I can still see them with my mind's eyes today, more than 4 years after I've watched the drama. They are meant to create a visual pattern, parallel images which create a nice contrast between the incompatibility of the two main leads in the world of words, and the harmony between them on a more emotional level.

I will rewatch it. It gave me an energy shot at the time, therefore I keep it for future need of the same.

This drama literally kept me up all night! It took me a few episodes to get into it but once the story got moving I found it really enjoyable. The whole younger man, older woman is something new to me with Asian dramas so it was refreshing. I really liked the whole story. I loved all of the characters in this drama. Especially Ishida (and not bc he's played by Kamenashi Kazuya). His character is so fun loving and positive. Willing to work hard even when he's put down by others. You just can't help but love him. And Kame did an excellent job! This is the 4th drama I've seen of his and his acting is simply outstanding. When Ishida is playful and cheerful, you find yourself smiling. When he's hurt or embarrassed you feel empathy for him. When he's trying his best to succeed, you're rooting for him the whole way. He's just a big ball of positive energy so you can't help but fall in love with his character. Fujii is a really great character too. She's very career driven and when everyone else doesn't take the time to get to know the little guy, she goes out of her way to be encouraging and his number one supporter (even if he messes up and she's left to clean up the mess). They both had great chemistry with each other. The rest of the cast was really fun to watch and I never got bored with any part of the story. Overall, I thought this drama was very well done and I plan on watching it again in the near future.

I love this drama, I have watched it over 5 times. one thing I like a lot about this is that there is a lot of focus on the work environment which was a really refreshing perspective.I love how the main female character carries herself it is quite admirable and relate-able. There is great balance between tone of the drama, it is just the right amount of funny and serious.

I recommend this drama if you are looking for a very light-hearted, sweet, and realistic drama.
I loooooove this drama.

Let me preface this by saying that 1) I still consider myself new to dramaland, and 2) that I've really liked the "noona" romances I've seen so far - probably because I'm older myself. And I really wanted to like this one.

I don't *dislike* it. It was cute and had some sweet and funny moments, and I found the stories of the supporting characters interesting - but not riveting. Yuya is a genuine, lovable, goofy sweetheart, and I can certainly empathize with Minami the earnest workaholic doing her best to get ahead, but still missing something, somehow. However...the romance itself just didn't do much for me. I didn't really feel a lot of romantic chemistry between the two leads. I saw more of an older sister/mentor vibe, honestly.

Maybe it's not fair to compare to other dramas, but in Last Cinderella, I really believed Hiroto fell completely for Sakura in spite of himself, and she for him. In Witch's Romance, I totally believed that Dong Ha was a goner for Ji Yeon, even if I might not have been completely as convinced that she was as totally gone on him - I at least believed she had the hots for him. Whether or not she felt he was her "forever" person, they still had plenty of chemistry. I just didn't get that here - and these characters didn't even have that large an age difference to overcome - 8 or 9 years at the most. The other couples had 15 years (and in reality, the actors had larger gaps, 17 and 19 years respectively, whereas the actors in Sapuri are only 9 years apart (though I guess the argument could be made that the maturity difference between 20 and 28 is larger than between 25 and 39...).

I did like that I was honestly still guessing by the end in which direction this triangle would resolve. I saw more chemistry between Minami and Ogiwara (and he's younger than she is, too, just not so much), even though we're probably "supposed" to root for Yuya. Ogiwara isn't a bad guy - but he admits he's not necessarily a nice guy, either. I was surprised to find I liked him as well as I liked Yuya, even if he was indecisive.

I think I might have enjoyed the soundtrack as much as I did the drama. I gave this a low re-watch rating because, although in many of the dramas I like I find moments that I'm happy to rewind again and again (a really good kiss, a confession that makes my heart flutter...) but in this one...not so much, I"m sorry to say. If you like noona romances and are looking for a light romantic comedy to while away a few hours, this one is watchable, but it probably won't make it to your favorite list.

Sensitive portrayal of young man/older woman love story complicated by driven career woman's pressures in the advertising business and rival adult admirers in the office. Advertising background interesting. Kamenashi excels at such a young age. The long hair, though, didn't really suit him IMHO. What was he - a teenage beachcomber or company aspirant? Much as it would be nice to combine both, it doesn't happen in the real world. It has enough twists and turns to keep you watching, although I had my doubts a corporate advertising background would excite me. The supporting characters were also good and believable, with some nice sub-plots. I took some time to get to the final episode because I always dislike things having to end. It was a good ending, however, slightly weepy in a good way but a realistic and well conceived HAPPY ending. I think it deserves a better overall score than 6.9, but it's the sort of series you enjoy watching once, unless you can't get enough of Kazuya Kamenashi, but I doubt I'd watch it again.

Yet another Japanese crappy love/conniving triangle. In the 4 years I've lived in Japan, I've never come across or dealt with these so called love triangles. These drama writers need to get a grip, stop sniffing whatever glue their sniffing. Only redeeming points to this drama were the actors, music, and the ending... Wouldn't recommend this drama to anyone, not even to my worst enemy...
