Both male leads have a child from a previous relationship. You don't see as much of the relationship in OMHE as you do in O!ML.

In both series, top stars fall for older women whom they can't stand..

both male characters discover a child they didn't know about, though in Oh! My Lady the ml tries to hide that fact while The Great Show ml uses it for his advantage. also both female leads help the male lead take care of the kids.

Single mother comes to work as the manager/secretary for a rude AF top star celeb who ends up falling for her.

This is the basic premise for Oh! My Lady and a subplot for Good Casting.

Both are romantic comedies and have a divorced and newly single moms. Child care is the reason the couple ends up living together. Both are sweet, light, and funny love stories.

In Last Scandal, Sun Hee, an unhappily married mother, becomes a live-in maid to a celebrity so that she can earn money. Likewise, in Oh! My Lady, Gae Hwa, a divorced mother, becomes a live-in maid for the same reason. Both of these immature male leads mature thanks to these women.

I know there aren't many similarities between the two(in terms of plot) but if you like a drama that deals (or at least partly deals! with the relationship between a father and his newly found daughter like "My girl" you'll probably like "Oh my lady". Both are great dramas and you won't regret spending time to watch them! :) ( and there's also siwon;)

Both stories are about younger men falling for older women. In OML, lead actress works for and "with" him. In KWKY, leads are office co-workers. There are no major annoying love triangles or super mean/evil characters in both shows.
