One of the best crime/thriller movie I've ever watched. It was really well written and directed. It was suspenseful and thrilling to a very satisfying end. Uhm Jung Hwa's portrayal of victim's mother was so convincing that it felt like I was on the harrowing journey with her, especially in one particular gut wrenching scene. I would highly recommend this movie to anyone who appreciates and enjoys crime/thriller genre.

Wow! What a mind-blowing movie.I write this review in hopes that more will watch this movie. For those who like a thriller/crime/mystery
genre this is really worthy to kill your time off and to pass it is your loss.It has everything what a thriller or mystery movie should be and doesn't lack anything IMO.

Thriller element:This was executed nearly perfect! As the story progresses you will get more thrilled and more suspense. read more You have no choice but to stimulate your sympathetic nerve activity and at every turns to keep guessing what had happened. XD The feeling is like when you're watching someone's running from the one who have an intention to kidnap her. They got pretty close and dangg! The victim fell down over the medium size tree branch and you as a viewer will crazily hastily wish for the victim to stand up faster and to continue running but.....( Use your creative imagination to illustrate what will happens next :P ) Yeah, you will get that kinda feel. Maybe this situation is not good enough to explain how good this movie was. Blame it on me.I really want to explain this practically but my english is'nt that good either so to avoid unnecessarily talking just watch & judge it by yourself.

Moreover all the plots and the acting is done very well (I especially love Uhm Jung Hwa's acting :D ) also I don't find any flaw with the story. Overall I really enjoyed watching this movie & I'd highly recommend this to fellow MDL user :)

Both the movies has been set on a kidnapping base. In both the cases, the perpetrator uses a buffer to kidnap and make things happen!

While I was watching Montage, I was reminded of Memory by how they both lost there kid in an accident and the heart ache they felt when the statute of limitations was near...
Granted they are different in a lot of things, but both are so heartbreaking...

That film was a solid 7 till the last 30 minutes, generic korean thriller and a lot of plot holes but okay.
Then, oh boy, it went downhill very fast.
Too much unnecessary and boring drama/sobbing. I shouldn't trust that 8.1 damn.

Don't watch it if you can't bear cringe, you'll die.

I thought it'd be amazing. It fell flat for me, too.The acting was good and I liked the main detective but it wasn't thrilling enough. Decent end though.

Finally! Another 10 in my book!!! :D This is what crime movies should be like!! Detail oriented!!! Present & past fully outlined! The cast was amazing - I particularly loved Kim Sang Kyung <3 That is the kind of detective I like! So glad I watched this! I sat here watching with my eyes pealed for any clue they might give me, while biting at my nails *bad habit*, sitting on the edge of my seat as more of the mystery was revealed and then came the twist! I never suspected it! I love it when I am surprised at how clever the story goes!
