After School's Nana will reportedly join Jeon Yeo Bin in the upcoming Netflix original series "Glitch"

On March 19, media outlets reported that idol-actress Nana will join the upcoming series "Glitch." Nana's agency Pledis Entertainment responded to the reports and shared that Nana did received the casting offer and she is currently reviewing it. 

"Glitch" will be directed by Roh Deok who also directed the movie "Very Ordinary Couple."  The script will be written by Jin Han Sae who also worked on the Netflix original series "Extracurricular." Studio 329 will produce the series together with Netflix.

The upcoming comedy thriller will reveal the story of Hong Ji Hyo who's searching for her missing boyfriend. The couple is planning their marriage when Hong Ji Hyo's boyfriend suddenly goes missing. She asks for help from a community of UFO enthusiasts to uncover the truth. 

Nana is currently starring in the ongoing MBC drama "Oh My Ladylord" with actor Lee Min Ki and CNBLUE's Kang Min Hyuk. She also participated in dramas such as "Into the Ring," "Justice," "The Good Wife," and more. Nana will also appear in the upcoming film "Confession" together with So Ji Sub, Kim Yoon Jin, and Choi Kwang Il.

Before pursuing her acting career, Nana first got into the idol world. She debuted in the K-pop group After School under Pledis Entertainment in 2009. She also became part of the sub unit of the group named Orange Caramel. She got her first acting role through the 2015 Chinese drama "Love Through a Millennium." Nana was recognized as an actress with her brilliant performance in the 2016's South Korean remake of the American series "The Good Wife."

The air date for the upcoming Netflix original series "Glitch" have not been revealed.
