Jang So Yeon is confirmed to star alongside Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won in a new K-drama
Ahn Jae Hong, Oh Jung Se, Lee Jae In are reportedly joins the star studded cast of upcoming movie "High Five".
On March 5, reports stated that production company Annapurna Films is considering Ahn Jae Hong, Oh Jung Se, and Lee Jae In, Ra Mi Ran, and Yoo Ah In to star in the upcoming film "High Five".
"High Five" will narrate the story of five ordinary people who obtain superpowers after receiving organ transplants from previously super-powered beings. Because of this, they have to fight against a more sinister group who are only aiming in having more powers. The movie will be the comeback project of director Kang Hyung Chul who also worked on such films as "Scandal Makers", "Sunny", "Tazza: The Hidden Card", and "Swing Kids".
Ahn Jae Hong,Lee Jae In, Ra Mi Ran, and Yoo Ah In will play the characters with superpowers while Oh Jung Se will play the role of Lee Jae In's father.
The upcoming movie is already highly anticipated with the star studded cast and the collaboration of 41st Blue Dragon Film Awards grand award winners (Best Actor and Actress) Yoo Ah In and Ra Mi Ran on the film. This film will also have another anticipated reunion. Ra Mi Ran will reunite with Ahn Jae Hong who acted as his son Jung Bong in the hit tvN drama "Reply 1988".
Reports stated that the said cast decided to appear in the upcoming movie because of their trust with the director and the movie's plot.
Upcoming movie "High Five" is expected to start filming this June after the casting and other production works are finalized.
