Do Sang Woo will be added to the cast of the upcoming K-drama "Oasis."

On January 5th, it was officially confirmed that Do Sang Woo will be joining Jang Dong Yoon, Seol In Ah, Choo Young Woo, and Park Noh Shik

This will be his next project after "Alchemy of Souls Season 2: Light and Shadow." He is currently starring in the K-drama together with Lee Jae Wook, Go Yoon Jung, NU'EST's Hwang Min Hyun, Shin Seung Ho, Yoo Joon Sang, and Oh Na Ra. He is currently portraying the role of Seo Yoon O, the uncle of Seo Yul, Hwang Min Hyun's character.

Do Sang Woo made his acting debut in 2011. He is known for being part of the K-dramas "It's Okay, That's Love," "Hyde, Jekyll, Me," "Ex-Girlfriend Club," "My Daughter Geum Sa Wol," "The Smile Has Left Your Eyes," "Backstreet Rookie," "The Red Sleeve," "The One and Only," and more. 

"Oasis" will be about three individuals and how they will do everything for their dreams, friendships, and love in the setting of the turbulent times of the Republic of Korea from the 1980s to the 1990s. 

The upcoming series will be a collaboration work directed by Han Hee and Yoon Sung Shik and writer Jung Hyung Soo. It will be produced by Sayon Media Co., Ltd.

Do Sang Woo will play the role of Kim Hyung Joo. He will meet Doo Hak, Jang Dong Yoon's character, in an accidental place and will be united with him through loyalty. 

"Oasis" will reportedly premiere in March. The upcoming series will be part of the KBS K-drama lineup. The upcoming K-drama will have a total of 16 episodes.
