Na In Woo and Lee Se Young will reportedly work together for a new MBC K-drama!
Kim Sung Cheol will reportedly lead the upcoming movie Pagwa.
According to media outlet Sports Chosun on February 19, Kim Sung Cheol will replace Byun Yo Han and will lead the upcoming thriller mystery movie Pagwa. The media outlet shared that Byun Yo Han was originally set to star in the upcoming film but eventually declined it and Kim Sung Cheol got the offer instead.
Pagwa will tell the story of a female killer in her 60s who is well-ordered. She got embroiled in trouble after encountering a man known as Bullfight. The movie will depict its story from the bestseller novel of the same name by Koo Byung Mo,
Kim Sung Cheol's agency hasn't responded to the exclusive report yet.
The upcoming movie will be the next work of director Min Kyu Dong who also helmed the works SF8: The Prayer, The Treacherous, Horror Stories, Whispering Corridors 2: Memento Mori, and more.
There is no confirmation yet on the release date and other casts of the upcoming film Pagwa.
If Kim Sung Cheol confirms his casting, this will be his second upcoming movie.
The actor is also set to star in the upcoming film Troll Factory with Son Suk Ku, Kim Dong Hwi, Hong Kyung, Lee Seon Hee, and Park Sun Woo.
Kim Sung Cheol will also join the upcoming K-drama No Way Out. He will also lead the new season of the Netflix original K-drama Hellbound Season 2 together with Kim Hyun Joo, Kim Shin Rok, Hong Eui Joon, Yang Ik Jun, and Lee Re.
The actor is known for being part of the works Our Beloved Summer, Vincenzo, Do You Like Brahms?, Prison Playbook, The Night Owl, Kim Ji Young: Born 1982, The Battle of Jangsari, and more.
