Lee Yo Won and Choo Ja Hyun will work together for an upcoming JTBC drama. 

On May 26th, it was finally confirmed that the main leads of the upcoming drama "Green Mothers Club" will be Lee Yo Won and Choo Ja Hyun. 

The drama will be a collaboration project of director Ra Ha Na, writer Shin Lee Won and JTBC Studio will produce it. After finalizing the cast, they will proceed with the production. It will reportedly air next year and the official schedule is still under discussion. 

"Green Mothers Club" will narrate the story of each of the five mothers who are dealing with their complex. The drama will showcase their friendship, motherhood, and the mothers' different personalities. 

Lee Yo Won will play the role of Eun Pyo. She's a highly educated mother with pride. This will be the first time that Lee Yo Won will play a mother role in her entire acting career. 

Choo Ja Hyun on the other hand will play the role of Chun Hee. She's the top one among parents in terms of beauty and information or also known as "hackinssa" (A Korean slang that means a person who is very sociable and trendy). 

"Green Mothers Club”  will be Lee Yo Won's comeback to the small screen since 2019. She last starred in the drama "The Running Mates: Human Rights" with Choi Gwi Hwa, Jang Hyun Sung, Oh Mi Hee, Lee Joo Woo, and more. The actress also appeared in dramas such as "49 Days," "Avengers Social Club," "Different Dreams," and more. 

Choo Ja Hyun has two upcoming dramas on her sleeve. Aside from "Green Mothers Club”, she will also star in the upcoming Netflix series "Suriname" together with star-studded casts Ha Jung Woo, Hwang Jung Min, Yoo Yeon Seok, Park Hae Soo, and Jo Woo Jin.
