The upcoming ENA drama, Longing for You, directed by Han Cheol Soo, and Kim Yong Min, with the screenplay penned by Kwon Min Soo, follows the gripping narrative of a detective who, while pursuing a murder suspect, finds himself confronting his family's concealed secrets and desires.
The drama casts Na In Woo, Kim Ji Eun, Kwon Yool, Bae Jong Ok, Lee Kyu Han, and Jung Sang Hoon.
Na In Woo takes on the role of Oh Jin Seong, a tenacious detective at the Woojin Police Station. Kim Ji Eun portrays Go Young Joo, a determined and relentless prosecutor who will stop at nothing to catch the criminals.
Oh Jin Seong and Go Young Joo are childhood friends who have grown up together in Woojin, relying on each other. Despite harboring feelings for Go Young Joo since childhood, Oh Jin Seong keeps his affection hidden and cherishes their friendship.
As a chain of serial murders unfolds in Woojin, a special investigation team is formed, leading to potential shifts in the relationship between the two childhood friends, now turned investigation partners.
