I'm looking for a drama that has this scene

THE ASIAN WORLD LOVER

i'm pretty sure its Korean, the scene shows the female lead in a bus, while the male lead is driving a car next to the bus and calling her name or waving, something like that, and the people and also female lead in the bus see him, just wondering what drama has that scene, does anyone know? i've seen the drama but forgot which drama had that scene

Is it Boys Over Flowers? Or something around that time like from 2010 maybe? I think I've seen this before, like it's maybe something that happened a lot in dramas around that time...

I've seen it in Pinocchio. The girl hides behind the guy that rides the bus with her while the other guy drives next to the bus.
