I need help finding a drama.

So when I was younger my sister and I watched this really good drama. It went along the lines of ;

a famous girl got into an accident and her husband didn't want it becoming a big deal so he got this one girl to get plastic surgery to look just like her?? I really don't remember it but I think it went like that??

I am think  its the korean drama Mina that starred Kim Sarang. 

I personally haven't watched that drama, but i've been looking for subbed videos of it for years after i read its plot somehwere. I have been unsuccessful so far, even just videos of it is hard to search for. If you happen to find said drama, please PM me links... thanks
