FT Island So Today - it's in japanese, but a really great song. As for most touching MV - Haru Haru by Big Bang, the lyrics and the video go so well together - it's like a kdrama in a pill.
For me it's Like Being Hit by a Bullet by Baek Ji Young. I always feel like crying when I hear this song because the lyrics are so similar to the situation I had.....it always reminds me of it.

I like Suddenly also, mostly because its OST for City Hunter. Other great ost touching songs Without Words i Otokajo z You're Beautiful. And of course "Good words" by Lee Hong Ki, song isn't that great, but it was the most touching scene in the whole drama, only scene that nearly made me cry.

Another song that moved my heart is Hyun Bin's That Man. Baek Ji Young's version is also amazing. I just like that song very much.
