Contributor Stats Question

Hi! I was curious what type of edits count towards the Titles and People numbers on the contributors page (https://mydramalist.com/contributors)?

I don't have enough points to show up in the top contributors, but I can see my account's stats at the vey bottom of the page. I have the points from my edits, but I think the numbers listed under People and Titles are less than what I've edited?
