Comments marked as "edited", that have NOT been edited

I've noticed, in the past few days, that some of my comments (not in the forums, but in the comment sections for dramas) show up later as "edited" even though I haven't edited them.

I've noticed it happens when people reply to our comments on the drama pages.  Not sure why it does that, seems a weird glitch, but it's been doing that for about a year now.
