Less options for Edit the answers in Forum

When I wanted to edit one of my answers on a topic in the forum  (about the 2017 watch challenge) I saw that there are clearly less options for it. I can't change the colour of the text or anything else.

You can do that by pressing the "drop" button.

The window size is too small. I will look into this, to add full option for mobile.
