Absolutely No Rushed Ending Here

Do Not Watch This Without Watching Season 1. Nothing will make sense if you do.
STORY:
The story plot is what appealed to me the most if not the chemistry. The plot isn't predictable, unlike other dramas. i often find myself wondering how they are going to solve some cases or problems. I really hate rushed endings and as you can see above, there are no rushed endings in this drama.
ACTING:
I have to admit; sometimes, the acting can be a little cringy. But overall, the acting was fine. The chemistry between the two main leads is phenomenal.
MUSIC:
Talking about music, I actually have the theme song in my playlist. the OST really suits the scene that they play in also.
REWATCH VALUE:
Lastly, but not least, the rewatch value. I gave it a 10/10. I've always wanted a drama where the FL has a higher status than the ML and this drama gave me that. I hate where the dramas often have a weak female lead that can't even protect herself. Definitely go watch this drama.

Another Xianxia drama that will bring tears so get your tissues out. The story/plot was well written. Wasn't predictable and the plot flowed smoothly. I found myself counting down the days and waking up excited for another episode. The acting. One word. Awesome! As I said in the first sentence, you need tissues. The crying scenes did their part well. The acting was a little rough on some parts but overall, the acting was amazing. I'll be honest, I didn't really pay much attention to the music, but on the parts I did notice, the music fit the scene perfectly. For the re-watch value, I give it a 10. I will definitely find myself re-watching this drama until I find another drama that's as good as this one (which is unlikely). Overall, This one was spectacular. Give it a go and I PROMISE you won't regret it.

Best historical drama

Just like the heading, this is THE best historical drama I’ve seen so far. It kept making me trying to grab for more. The story is the best part. The story had great potential and so does the acting. The acting was on point. Crying parts also did their part(crying and dabbing my eyes out on episodes even before 10). Although the age differences between the actors is quite ridiculous, the male lead looks older than his age and the female lead looks younger than her age. So all in all, the cast was amazing(I couldn’t have thought of a better cast to be honest). I didn’t really like the music but i didn’t hate it either. The rewatch value is a 10 for me. Like I said, best Chinese historical drama I’ve seen so far.

You Won't Regret Watching This One!

After 2 Hours of sleep each day, I finished this in 4 days. Defintely worth my/your time. Wish I could wipe out my memories and start over slowly.

STORY
The story of L and R was well written. While most dramas are predicable, I promise this one is not. The plot goes smoothly and doesn't have many plot holes unlike other dramas I've watched. I've given this a 10/10 because of how the plot goes smoothly into one thing to another. The schemes were obviously well thought out by a intelligent mind and with many thoughts. The past of all the characters made them who they are today whether good or bad. The characteristics of each character portrayed exactly how they were written. The plot is one that you'll never find in any of the other dramas/fantasy for sure.
ACTING/CAST
To be honest, I've never heard of any of these actress/acters before. But their talent is incomparable. Acting was so on spot that I often forget about the real world. Crystal Yuan did her role perfectly and so did Cheng Yi. Great chemistry and acting. Xian Ji (Crystal Yuan) went from a naive girl who doesn't have her 6 senses to an female warrior/God of War. You can clearly tell that her personality changed over the things she experienced. Si Feng(Cheng Yi) did an amazing job on his role. When he was sick/ weak, his acting was on spot. Being hurt by the Lover's Curse and having heartbreaks, he learned many things out of life. For the support roles, they did phenomenal job on their part. They made me cry, hate, love, and ect.
MUSIC
To be honest, I didn't really paid much attention to the music. But I can say that for the most part, the music went really well with the parts. Sad music in the sad parts. Intense music in the intense part. Humor music in the Funny parts.
REWATCH VALUE
I would defintely re-watch this since it is my favorite drama/fantasy.

Best drama ever

I first started watching it because I loved the trailer. The plot was amazing and the acting was super! The fighting was amazing and the fantasy is unlike anything before. You do need to be patient while watching this though. The action really starts above episode 25. The summary was wrong about one thing though. It wasn't Yuwen Muyan but was Cin Mei. Other than that, the story and plot and the acting was amazing. Great chemistry between the two and acting was a natural. Very highly recommended for those who love action and romance!!

Very similar to Legend of Yunxi

This drama is very similar to Legend of Yunxi but even better. The cast is amazing and the chemistry couldn't be better. The side story is very cute. Kiki Xu(Fu Xuan) does not play the bad/evil girl in this story, but instead plays the Nice girl and Ju Jing Yi's (Fu Rong) sister in this drama. Instead of a evil, heartless sister like other dramas, she is very caring and adores her little sister. Fu Rong ( Ju Jing Yi) has the ability to dream about the future therefore predicting the future. She tries to avoid everything she has dreamed about but couldn't exactly fight fate. The costumes are also really nice and the script looks/sounds really planned out. The acting is even better. Emotions come out of the screen and into the hearts of the viewers. Ju Jing Yi did better in this role than in Yunxi. Zhang Zhe Han( Duke Su) also did an amazing job on his part. He is more caring in this drama than the other one. Lots of evil plots and scheming, but at the same time, relaxing. Music is sung by Ju Jing Yi and I love it. Looking for a good romance drama, but with mystery and a good plot? this one is for you!

Did Not Understand The Ending.

I started the drama because my sister was watching this and it looked interesting. So I gave it a try.
STORY:
It started out amazing, but then it started dragging. I watched it until episode 10, then took a break. I decided to watch the whole thing so I can write an review. The story line was ok. I thought it needed a little more work. My Opinion. The male lead's decision was a bit hard to understand sometimes. He would often bully/tease her, and she would never defend herself. So in other words, toxic. The end was kind of confusing. He kept denying her death, and thinking she wasn't dead and that she was waiting for him to go find her. The plot wasn't what I was expecting, but it was ok for the most part.
ACTING/CAST:
The acting was amazing. Both leads did have great chemistry, though. The male lead was...ignorant. The female lead was...naive and fearless. She did love her master, but because of the misunderstanding between them, she started hating him.She went from naive princess to a brave princess who loved and protected her people. The male lead was ok. Not what I was expecting, but his acting was good. He also was too secretive sometimes. He made her do things she didn't want to do and ended up killing her master in the end and forced her to look. They got in fight often, and like I said, toxic.
MUSIC
I love the music. I even added it to my play list on repeat.
RE-WATCH VALUE:
I would re-watch some parts if I ever get bored. Other than that, I don't really don't fell like re-watching it.
Like I Said, This Is My Opinion, If You Don't Agree, Than That's Fine.

Good Story.

STORY:
The story/plot was good for the most part. Legend of Chu Qiao was a amazing drama. I thought maybe they could have added an 59th episode because of the rush ending. It's like the producer was like "Maybe we should just end it here"
The ending was unexpected and surreal. He ended up dead? In the book, he was saved by his family so the book didn't have a bad ending if ya'll were wondering.
ACTING/CAST:
Chu Qiao/Xing'er became a strong female warrior through the teaching of Yu Wen Yue and her mother. She learned to trust/ love in the end. I can understand her attitude on life in many ways. On the other hand, Yu Wen Yue is cold, blank faced, and heartless to his servants and everyone around him until episode 40 and over. The things he did in the end was a different Yu Wen Yue that was changed by love. The two leads have had a lot of misunderstanding between each other and eventually solved them out. He ended up dying because of his love and Chu Qiao/Xing'er finally realized who to rely on and who didn't deserve her trust.
MUSIC:
The music was ok. It definitely wasn't my favorite.
RE-WATCH VALUE:
I would definitely re-watch this in my spare time. this drama is one of my favorites after all.
