What a powerful and touching drama - I love Prince Sado now <3

Story: Based on the true story of King Yeongju & Prince Sado - a powerful display of rulers who think differently - The king cherishes power and authority over humanity and the Prince desires equality for everyone - from children of traitors, slaves, concubines and commoners. We see him come head to head with his father countless times - and I'd cheer him on every time. If you read the history of these two (which I recommend you don't) then you'll know it will be a bittersweet end. But even so, even if I did cry a bucket of tears, the end still left me hopeful of a better future to come ;)

Cast: Prince Sado (Lee Je Hoon) the son of King Yeongju (Han Seok Kyu) a honest and righteous prince with enduring principals - if he believed something was wrong he wouldn't ignore it - He has my respect for that, when some people would cave - he never did, he stood his ground even if he had to suffer immensely for it - he earned trust of his "followers" and the viewers <3 Plus he is handsome to boot^^ His eyes would captivate me when he'd speak - and the emotions displayed there were magical <3 King Yeongju a political terror if I may say so - he didn't blink if he killed someone or did wrong things - he fought tooth and nail with his son throughout the entire drama - he'd make me really mad most all the time and sometimes his discussions early on drove me up the wall - but the actor really did well in displaying his love/hate for his son. Seo Ji Dam (Kim Yoo Jung) I liked her while she lasted for 13 episodes (the older version I could care less about so I won't even mention her) she was great when she was Sado's sidekick and helped him out. When she's "older" she's just kind of there... Lady Hye Gyeong (Park Eun Bin) I didn't like her when the drama started but as time passed she grew on me and I could see the love she had for Sado (even though her love for power would sometimes speak louder). Shin Heung Bok (Seo Jun Yeong) he had a guest role when the drama started but he became the reason Sado & his father came head to head with each other - even though his time was short - he left a deep impact. The rest of the cast did a splendid job in their roles too ;)

Music: "Erase and Erase" by The One (my favorite) & ??? by Block B

Re-watch Value: 8/10 It's very political but really draws you in - so I will re-watch this again someday - even if only to see Lee Je Hoon (Prince Sado)'s eyes <3 I LOVED his deep dark eyes - they pulled me in every time ;D

I highly recommend anyone who likes historical or political dramas to check this one out - you won't regret it ;)

Wow, I didn't expect to finish this drama as fast as I did, I thought it would take me at least a week but it really only took 2 days, It captured my attention by episode 2 and I really sunk into the drama by episode 5. It made me feel a whole range of different emotions.

Story: The description is almost totally way off (it only tells very small details that have nothing to do with the real storyline) - It's about 2 teachers who teach a class full of different types of students - smart students, students who don't care, bullies, and our main ones who have a love/hate type of relationship. The teachers deal with problems that come about in their classroom and try to encourage the students to do well and keep coming to school. It's a really touching school drama. All the different things that happen keeps you totally engaged in the drama. The main thing that kept me totally involved in the storyline was LJS & KWB's relationship - I wanted to know more about what happened between them :)

Cast: Go Nam Soon (Lee Jong Suk) My favorite character <3 both him and Park Heung Soo (Kim Woo Bin) had the best scenes together - I cried, I laughed and loved the bromance & the hurtful scenes between them. Jung In Jae (Jang Nara) She deserves the best teacher award - she was so compassionate and loving towards her students <3 Kang Se Chen (Daniel Choi) a somewhat rude & cold teacher who is touched by In Jae's way of teaching & caring for her students - they team up & run the class together ;) Oh Jung Ho (Kwak Jung Wook) the most troubled student and the one you feel like wanting to care for and mother the most lol - Other "supporting characters" that I enjoyed: Lee Ji Hoon, Lee Yi Kyung, Song Ha Kyung, Lee Kang Joo, Han Young Woo, & Kim Min Ki.

Music: Don't Think You're Alone by Kim Bo Kyung was my absolute favorite song on this drama <3

Re-watch Value: 8/10 I'll definitely re-watch this drama again, It was so good!
I highly recommend anyone who hasn't watched this drama and are a fan of any of the actors/actresses or if you are a school drama fan, then this is one you don't want to miss.

Let me first start off to say I started this drama solely for Joo Won as he is one of my favorite respected actors who takes on seemingly a different role every time and is always believable as the person he portrays - he is a true genuine actor who loves what he does <3 I have not seen the original Japanese version or ever read the manga (not a huge manga or anime fan to begin with).

Story: Music: Piano's, Violins, Chellos, Flutes, Trumpets & all the rest surround this drama as students are brought together to form their schools own concert team. We follow the lives of Yoo Jin & Nae Il and the struggles they go through in order to achieve their dreams, love and friendship ;)

Cast: Cha Yoo Jin (Joo Won) My favorite character out of the whole drama, he was a bit cold, harsh sometimes and rude/arrogant but you could tell he liked all the attention he got from Nae Il and the rest of S orchestra ;) He is always a joy to watch and he fit the role perfectly - I had no doubt that he would (after all he is Joo Won - a master of acting, who always takes his projects seriously). Nae Il (Shim Eun Kyeong) This was my first time seeing this actress at work but I couldn't have wished for anyone else (honestly if it would have been any other actress this might not have turned out so good) she totally fits the part of being childish & naïve and I had a blast watching her pester Yoo Jin throughout the drama ;) When I first saw her (since I never saw the original) I was like 'what's wrong with her?' lol, but she was totally loveable - no wonder Yoo Jin fell for her ;) Il Rak (Go Gyeong Pyo) (I have previously loved this guy on Flower Boy Next Door) and he doesn't disappoint here, he was my 3rd favorite character & one of Cha Yoo Jin's "idiots" lol (You'll understand if you watch the drama). The only characters I disliked in this drama were Mastero Franz von Stressman & Song Mi Na - ugh whenever they came on screen my stomach would churn -_- I could have done completely without them. & may I say the strict music teacher Do Kang Jae reminded me of the Grinch whenever I saw him :p

Music: My favorite piece was the Violin solo by Il Rak (by Tchaikovsky (sp?)) & a piano piece Nae Il played once, and the concert that S did when they were all dressed up 50's style^^ I'm not really a "classical music" fan - but sometimes some of it is fun ;)

Re-watch Value: I will probably re-watch this one day as it was enjoyable - but not too soon ;)

I debated what I should rate this drama - 9 or 8.5 but since I love Joo Won so much and I know he put in a lot of effort - I've given it a 9 - the acting was stellar ;)

Wow, what a drama! If you're like me and you like physiological things, mystery and crime then you'll enjoy this show! This kept me at the edge of my seat on every episode!

Story: A whole group of people pulled into a game where there is huge money at stake, surrounded with lies and manipulation - can the truth speak out? It really makes you think - and that's what I liked about it. When you are on a game where lying is key - should you be even more honest? or should you do your best to manipulate others? I myself am a very very bad liar - as soon as I even try and lie - I'll start laughing and end up giving myself away... I am however very suspicious of people and their intentions - I don't trust easily..."Trust is built up over time but it can break in a split second."

Cast: Ha Woo Jin (Lee Sang Yoon) He was one of the biggest reasons I started this drama. & He became my absolute favorite character. His character is insanely attractive and mysterious, and he holds that quality that you know you can trust him no matter what. As soon as he is released from jail he meets Nam Da Jung (Kim So Eun) who asks him to help her on 'Liar Game'. This is my first time seeing her but I absolutely loved her, she's a great actress & I'll be looking forward to more projects by her. She totally fit the part of a naïve honest person. Kang Do Young (Shin Sung Rok) The mastermind of Liar Game - I swear he is evil to his core... Jo Dal Goo (Jo Jae Yun) I loved his character lol - this actor can always make me laugh :P Jamie (Lee El) She was hateful at first but as the show progressed I started to like her (weird) lol

Music: It was intense but I can't say I remember any songs...

Re-watch Value: 9.5 - very high, I will definitely re-watch this someday.

This quote really fits this drama: "Is love reason enough to marry someone, or should you be looking for an equal in both social status and knowledge?" - Throughout the drama the cast struggled with this issue, throwing lines out there like: "I love him/her but they don't match me", "My heart is with this person but our status's don't match.", "I'm rich, she's poor.", "she's a well-known doctor, while I'm a bum." - they have to face the challenge "To love or to marry well."

Story: Basically about the quote above - Do you marry someone you don't love just because your statuses match well and peoples eyes are on you? or do you marry for love even if it ends up making you struggle? < That's the main point of this drama and I thought it was very well played out.

Cast: Seo Young Ji (Han Ji Hye) A poor girl who lives with an alcoholic father and her 2 siblings who also dreams of being a fairy-tale writer. She goes on a blind-date in replace of Ah-Mi with the intention of turning him off - but no matter what she tried, he just became more attracted to her & they ended up dating. I liked her for the most part - there were a few times where she talked inferior that got on my nerves. But I think she is one of the best characters that HJH has played - it really suited her. Joon Woo (Kim Suk Hoon) His parents are rich and of course he benefited from that and opened his own Art Centre, he's been going a several blind dates recently but when Young-ji shows up, he is instantly charmed and attracted to her, when he finds out her true identity - he comes to face a decision - to follow his heart or to follow the comfortable laws of society. I loved him <3 Ah-Mi (Song Sun-mi) a Plastic Surgeon with a huge reputation in the field - she's had a hard background involving a materialistic father and hateful half-sisters - in order to beat them she wants to marry someone who will make her look good - she struggles with following her heart - she thinks marriage and love are two separate things, I liked her but she did make me upset a few times. Do Kyeong (Kwon Oh Jung) "I'm going to be a male Cinderella" - that's his goal in life and he sets his sights on Ah-mi - although what happens when he really falls for her?...He was entertaining ;p

Music: The OST was beautiful <3 "I'd rather dance with you than talk with you" by The Kings of Convenience < my favorite song & "dong hwa sok eh suh" by Kwon Oh Kyung < my second favorite song^^

Re-watch Value: 9/10 - I really liked it and will re-watch it again someday.

The title: The Secret Lovers - I didn't fully understand the name except that they were all kind of hiding who they were actually dating or in love with. And at the end the cast kind of talks to the audience and says "If there is someone who you are secretly in love with then tell them." - I wish there was a little more to the ending - it was a good ending but I wanted more good stuff lol

The thing that kept me interested and made me continue watching this really odd, weird, sometimes gross but also funny movie was Baek Sung Hyun - he was the life of this movie - him and his blind sidekick Hwang Jeong Min - they were hilarious together. I laughed a lot b/c of them - hit, bonk, duck, I got you again lol and the blind guy whenever he would laugh I'd laugh lol - this kind of humor is funny to me. The weird thing is I started this movie for Han Ji Hye and to be honest I didn't see the reason for her being on this movie - she has a very small role and not a very gripping one either - and Cha Seung Won - is he a vampire or something? lol, that's what I kept thinking about him throughout this movie - whenever he'd smile and show his "wolf" teeth - I'd think man he looks like a vampire O.o weird.... the only scene I really didn't like was when they went to the gisaeng house - (the gross scene - no it's not explicit or anything if your wondering - it was just something the blind guy said to one of the gisaengs that I found disgusting after I figured out what he really said - yuck).

Overall: this wasn't what I was expecting going it - the story really has no point - but if you like funny stories where people get hit a lot and you are wanting a laugh - this may be one to consider - I have a bad sense of humor - so the lead guy getting picked on by the blind guy who could fight was rather humorous to me lol ;P

Acting: great only by Baek Sung Hyun and Hwang Jeong Min - they were perfect in their acting and facial expressions ;)

I love this drama so much that when I finished it for the 3rd time I started to tear up b/c it was over lol - yes I am that attached to this drama <3 I'm always laughing while watching this drama and I only ever cry once :'(

Story: Jung Sook & Hyuk Joon's grandparents had arranged for them to be married when they grew up (there is a 10yr age gap between them) - When they find out his grandpa & her mother plan on keeping that arrangement - you can imagine the hilarity it will bring. It's a very fun, quirky, easy, sweet, and romantic drama to watch whenever you feel like it - I fall in love with it over and over again whenever I decide to re-watch it <3

Cast: Jung Sook (Han Ji Hye) she starts off as an 18 year old immature school-girl who had fallen in love with a man she met in passing - she sees him wearing traditional clothing and carrying an old piece of literature and develops a one-sided love on him - she later becomes his wife & her character growth and maturing start to show. Hyuk Joon (Lee Dong Gun) a 28 year old Prosecutor and firstborn son of a clan (people who follow the old traditions) he decides to marry Jung Sook and we slowly start seeing him falling in love with her^^ Prosecutor Suh (Hyuk Joon's friend and co-worker) he always cracks me up with his laughter ;D He was a great supporting character ;) Ga Young (Lee Da Hae) she plays the ex who wants him back - she's hateful at first but later turns out to be rather funny with her scheming ways :p (when she is fighting with Hyuk Joon's sister) it's quite entertaining ;) Grandpa - I loved him all the way until the end... All of Jung Sook's friends are entertaining^^

Music: Some of the funniest music I've heard in drama-land and a few American songs that I love like: Kiss Me Darling By Blink and Stupid Cupid by Mandy Moore <3

Re-watch Value: 10 - I just finished it for the 3rd time and enjoyed it just as much as if I had watched it for the first time ;D

I was expecting more from this drama special. I had been wanting to watch it for quite some time but now that I actually did - I wasn't impressed. The story was ok, but also boring, and sometimes didn't make sense - I felt like it had a lot of holes...especially during the last 15 or so minutes - it dragged...
Han Ji Hye played a piano teacher who falls in love with a piano genius who happens to fix & tune pianos - Choi Minho (he needs to improve his acting - it wasn't very good on this drama, I remember watching him on Medical Top Team and he did well there (so maybe his acting has improved now) but when this was made he wasn't very good yet lol - handsome but that was it..). By time I got to the end - I was like: "That's how it's going to end?!" O.o - it was a whatever ending. I was confused by how HJH's character was acting during the last part of the drama (I didn't understand her).
I won't re-watch this b/c it was too mellow and not interesting enough.
Music - I only remember them playing the piano, that's it.

I really liked this drama special. I watched it for Han Ji Hye and I'm glad I did ;)
HJH's character is blind but yet she goes to college & through an accident on her way to school ends up meeting Gu Woo Ram (a police officer) who I found to be quite a loser during the first episode but by the second episode I started to like him. Han Ji Hye was great as Kim Ha Yeon, she was strong & yet vulnerable. Then we have Tae Yang (the guide dog) he was a cutie^^
I thought this drama special was very well put together and very enjoyable to watch - nothing felt rushed.
The music was very good - I really liked it and it fit the show well.
I will definitely re-watch this drama special sometime again ;D
I can't say much more or I'll spoil it lol (the ending was my favorite part)

Another drama that gets a 10 across the board from me lol, This was seriously such a good drama though, my heart is overflowing now after finishing it (how will I recover? <3 ) The beginning is really sweet and romantic and very enjoyable to watch - I was drawn in more by each episode but I was totally sunk by episode 11 (what can I say - I LOVE action mixed with desperate romance <3 )

Cast: Park Shi Ho (Seung Yu) he's a pretty good lookin' guy to begin with but take his hair down and put dark clothes on him - man you got a stud ;D Seriously, I have a thing for guys dressed like that <3 He starts off as a cheerful playboy type that changes when tragedy strikes his family - he then transforms into this Wildman for a few episodes (seriously, my sister walked in and asked me if I was watching a tarzan movie lol) and after that he goes into serious hottie mode - I can't not fangirl over him right now <3 Moon Chae Won (Se Ryeong) a very strong and brave woman who will risk anything for the man she loves. I loved her character and I applauded her several times (I even cheered once). She is exceptionally beautiful in this drama - her eyes are like does eyes - so pretty and so big and clear ;D Hong Soo Hyun (Princess Kyung Hye) when I started this I honestly wasn't that thrilled to see her after watching her very bad performance on Give Love Away earlier this year - I had put her on my blacklist - but after watching this drama I have to say she redeemed herself in my book and is now going to be removed from my blacklist. I really liked her character on here, I was slightly annoyed with her during a couple of the earlier episodes when her dad was alive but after that I loved her. Song Jong Ho (Shin Myun) - I hated his guts so much >_< I was anticipating his death. I loved Seung Yu's side-kicks from episode 11+ ;D they were a great addition to the show ;D And I adored his little niece - such a cutie <3 I could mention more but I covered the main ;D

Music: I loved all of it, but one song in particular (the very first song played on the very first episode) sounds identical to the Christmas song (Ring Christmas Bells) that half the time I couldn't take it seriously - I liked it but my mind would sing the Christmas song that I know lol - My favorite part's of the OST come by episode 13+ (Perfect songs with the perfect singers) <3

Re-watch Value: 10 - I will definitely re-watch this drama again (I might skip some of the "elder" characters scenes early on though lol)

Highly recommended ;D

This was a relatively good drama up until the last few episodes where Yoon Se Na (Krystal) starts acting all pathetic....
Story: About a guy who falls for his prior girlfriends younger sister...

Cast: Lee Hyun Wook (Rain) the main reason I watched this drama and the best thing about this drama - Rain's acting is always top-notch, I loved the way he dressed on this drama and his hairstyle was attractive too <3 He was very compassionate and caring & had good business sense. His acting alone was a 9/10 at least. Yoon Se Na (Krystal) her acting is really weak (she needs to hone her skills) I liked her during most of the drama until the last few episodes where she started to irritate me by acting the way she did (I blame the writers) She had relatively good chemistry with Rain until the show got a bit too melodramatic where I believe her acting falls short in this department... Dal Bong (yes it's the dog) I loved him, such a cutie pie <3 Shi Woo (L or Myungsoo) I liked him early on when he had the blonde hair but after he dyed his hair his personality changed a bit and I found myself irritated with him constantly praising himself...Bae Sung Jin (Alex) a.k.a Lee Hyun Wooks best friend - I really liked him, he was a good supporting character who knew how to dress^^ He truly cared for Hyun Wook as a friend. The rest of the cast are fine but nothing worth mentioning (some of them I never understood and some of them had pointless storylines..)

Music: Nothing spectacular, nothing memorable, nothing I'd want to download or listen to...just ok.

Re-watch Value: 2/10 - I don't think I'd re-watch this drama...

Overall: rating 7.8/10 - I enjoyed this drama all except for episodes 14 & 16 (the two episodes where I found Se Na to be irritating). If the writers had more sense this drama could have gotten a higher rating from me - If they wouldn't have made the last few episodes a bit slow and melo - I personally would have liked to see more sweet cute and fun moments together between the leads - rather than the depressing feeling I got...

Ah, the feels this drama gave me <3 It's an old drama but the actors are great! What can you say when you've got great male leads like Kim Jae Won, Kim Rae Won & Jae Hee?! It's the first time I seen the female actors but they were very good at playing their roles ;) I started this drama for KJW (even went as far as watching it raw). It's almost like a short 'family' drama^^

Story: Involves family conflicts and friendships (school) lot's of crushes here and there lol but the main story revolves around Wuri, Da-In & Taesil.

Cast: Han Wuri (KJW) the eldest son who falls in love at first sight with classmate Da-In (FY) a deaf and mute girl (who was very pretty btw). It was so cute watching their scenes together^^ I shipped them from the get-go <3 Taesil (KHJ) who has secretly been in a one sided love with Wuri since a young age, she's not your typical 3rd wheel girl on a drama (you know the nasty rude mean ones) she was actually quite pleasant to watch, she was very nice and sweet - I just wished she would have let go of her one-sided love sooner than she did...Then comes Younghoon (KRW) - I screamed his name when I saw him arrive on screen for the first time (I seriously didn't know he was on this drama)! His entrance made the drama just that much better for me <3 (+ the fact I just had a feeling he was going to be the guy for Taesil). Gyeorae (Jae Hee) he doesn't have too much screen time in the beginning of the drama (actually the parents take up most of the earlier episodes) but by episode 10 we see him a lot more and his scenes are always enjoyable^^

Music: 10/10 - I fell in love with the ost <3 most of the songs were by Choi Wan Hee (but I can't find the ost to download at all :'( - Main song: Ne Ahn Eh Na <3 ) If I could find them I would listen to them immediately - the songs are so romantic <3

Re-watch value: 7/10 - I might re-watch at some point b/c it was such a sweet story <3

Wow, what a great show with a Daebak ending! Can't wait for season 2 to come - I've heard it's coming out in January!

Story: The Prince and his two guards/friends form the Three Musketeers. They, along with Park Dal Hyang go around causing havoc by trying to bring peace - it's a very enjoyable ride.

Cast: Park Dal Hyang (Jung Yong Hwa) a country boy who practiced hard enough to become a guard in Hanyang where he soon meets the Three Musketeers and their journey begins. He is a very sincere yet naïve person who I believe matured during the duration of the drama. Prince So Hyeon (Lee Jin Wook) my personal favorite character, he's always joking and laughing but he does have a scar that has prevented his relationship with the Crown Princess Yoon Seo - through the princes friends Heo Seung Po & Ahn Min Seo as well as newcomer Dal Hyang his heart begins to open to his wife <3 Their scenes together were some of my personal favorite scenes to watch^^ These characters are constantly going through ups and downs during this drama (and it's only season 1)! Mi Ryeong/Hyang Sun is basically the antagonist - she's evil any way you look at her. And I swear the King is the stupidest person on this show.

Music: I remember only 1 song and that's the song where the lyrics say one for all all for one lol - I love that song.

Re-watch Value: 10/10 I would LOVE to re-watch this at some point - but not until all 3 seasons are complete^^

Overall this drama is very enjoyable to watch, you will be laughing, crying, going WTH?! lol - all sorts of emotions and they make the show amazing!

Wow, one of the best thrillers I have seen! It's an exciting ride that will have you on the edge of your seat throughout the entire series! I liked everything about this drama - it's short enough to marathon in one day if you want to ;) Watch it - you won't be disappointed!

Cast: Cha U Jin - a righteous prosecutor who has erased a painful memory from 15yrs ago when his former girlfriend died. He meets Eun Bi who is nothing like his girlfriend besides the fact that she looks exactly like her. When he meets her events keep happening that bring him back to the case of his dead girlfriend - what really happened and why did she die? Who is this person called X? Eun Bi - a head-strong and very willful rebellious teenager - she meets Cha U Jin and his partners and starts to change. The prosecutor team were wonderful supporting characters - who devote their time and trust to Cha U Jin.

Music: I only know one song sung by the leading actress I believe. It was pretty and went well with the drama but isn't something I'd listen to outside of this drama.

Re-watch Value: 8/10 - I'll be picking this up again someday - it's a great watch!

I'd write more but then I'd be spoiling things for you. ;)

Story: About a man who's family has been torn out from under him and his quest to set the record straight - people ask him why he doesn't give up and his answer is "because I am soojung's father." - that quote always touched me and made me cry. I cried so much in the earlier episodes, then it got to the point of action where I was cheering him on & cursing the bad guys. and by the end I was crying again but this time it was mixed tears of sadness, happiness and the fact that the law made things ridiculous - my favorite thing by the end though was the quote the daughter said to her father <3 it made me cry with a smile - just like the dad did ;') The only problem I really had with this drama was the background stories of Kang Dong Yoon & his father in law - when I person is as evil as they are I really could care less about where they came from (I'd roll my eyes whenever they would talk about this stuff).
Cast: Baek Hong Seok (Son Hyun Joo) - he was perfect in the role of Soojung's dad - he really drew the emotions out of me, I cried with him, cheered him on, and hurt with him. Choi Jung-woo (Ryu Seung Soo) my favorite prosecutor/lawyer ever ;) Detective Cho *jo* (Park Hyo Joo) she is great as a female detective all grimy like and tough but tender and her loyalty to Hong-seok was the best ;) Park Yongsik (Jo Jae Yun) always made me laugh - I found him quite adorable several times with what he would say, how he would say things and his facial expressions = priceless ;) I hated to the core of my being Kang Dong Yoon (Kim Sang Joon) he was so evil, I found myself cursing him more than once. basically I didn't like anyone in that household except the Reporter daughter Seo Ji Won (Go Joon Hee) she was sweet and placed justice over family. Her older brother was "ok" he wasn't the best person but he wasn't as evil as everyone else in that household (+ I do like the actor that played him). Shin Hyera (Jang Shin Young) I hated her just as much as I hated Kang Dong Yoon - they were so evil and always claimed to want to make justice for all - liars to their core.
Music: Beautiful - I loved the ost - it wasn't necessarily memorable but it was perfect for this drama.
Re-watch Value: 7.0 I will probably end up re-watching this drama at some point when I have time.
