For Athena you either stand to watch it until the end or drop it on the middle or probably, not even when you are close to the middle. You can choose to leave it there or finish watching just cos. I chose the second option because I don't like leaving my dramas unfinished, I just can't live with it. Athena is a good drama, has a nice plot though if you kind of miss something then you might get lost and not be able to tell what's going on, maybe it's because of the terms, sometimes you get to miss the smallest details as to what a character is doing in a place at that moment. Of course like people say "There's nothing better than the first one" or well in this case, the spin-off can't be better than the original series, Iris in this case. Iris has no flaws in my opinion, while Athena..it's not about flaws, it's more about the pace of the events, you get a really dynamic story at the start, at a really fast pace that hooks you, thenit drags for around 5 or 6 eps then it gets good for two or three, then it drags and it only gets good in the three or four last episodes, especially when Athena makes its formal entry. Cha Seung Won does a formidable job as the main villain, and Jung Woo Sung as the hero, well he's cool, sometimes funny (I dunno why but I sometimes found him funny)though he's not as awesome as Lee Byung Hun in his role as Kim Hyun Jun, but well, two stories, two heroes. It's nice to see some of the characters of Iris here, I really am so much into the main cast of Iris that I really wanted to appear more often. You will sometimes find yourself frustrated with the pace of the events, but the acting makes up for it when you see the action scenes. So if you have the patience to put up with some filler episodes and have the patience to wait for things to pick up again and are up for some good action then eah, stick to Athena until the very end. It has its own story to tell, its own characters and well, its own pace to tell events but in the end, it is a nice watch, just have a little patience and well try to pick up as much info as you can so you don't get lost with all of the nuclear terms being mentioned. Acting is flawless, my only issue as I've mentioned is the pace of the events. Music, I choose a 9 for my review when it comes to music because I seriously loved the tracks that were being played, from the ballads, to the music in the credits, to the orchestral score which name I don't know but you could clearly hear that they were saying something about Athena, that score is a masterpiece. My rewatch value is 6 because I wouldn't rewatch it right now, but probably in a few years..two or three, when I feel the need to hear the sound of bullets and bombs
