Pacing issues, but a nice message
LIKE:The friendships developed due to the love of music.
The message: never give up, believe in yourself and you can achieve anything.
Music score was nice and the repetition was limited for their competition song.
Location shots, lighting, cinematography.
DISLIKE:
Directing: Many overly long pauses or lack of anything happening/being said. Whether delayed reaction or change of scene or someone thinking, all of it was very delayed causing pacing issues. At the end the face of the ML, his expression looked like he was about to take a big poop or die of a heart attack. It didn’t match the moment.
Writing: The coming together at the end, was ridiculous in a few ways, especially the dancing and celebrating being so comedic. That just didn’t fit the atmosphere that was created. Almost like they were ridiculing the efforts of those involved. (Trying not to give a spoiler). The writer tried to create romance with a few characters, but it was just thrown in, especially with those at the end. Had there been more backstory then that could’ve been done, but wasn’t really needed. Very cliche/usual trope with predictable ending.
Production: Shaking camera, which tried to show POV, but it didn’t work or fit.
OVERALL: It was nearly as good as expected, like a bad version of Aogeba Toutoshi. This movie’s teacher had very little impact, even though they tried to make him more human towards the end. Time management became an issue, as noted in my dislikes and that took away from what could’ve developed the story and characters. It was cute, average and not something I will watch again. If this is your first viewing of music/school/youth genre, then I recommend it. If not, I wouldn’t bother watching.

Dude, I can't get ENOUGH of this show!
An 8.0 rating? HA. This show deserves WAY more. I remember when I first started and finished, Sing My Crush had me giggling and squealing like a little girl from beginning to end of the show. Everything about it was amazing, the chemistry of the actors, the acting, the music, the plot, EVERYTHING! I'm positive I was smiling throughout the entire show!!! The kiss scenes give you butterflies and the music is absolutely beautiful. Deff in my top 10 Kbls of all time! If there is a season 2, we will be IMMEDIATELY watching! Was this review helpful to you?

Initially, I had no idea what to expect from the show. However, as soon as Seongho and JunSeong appeared on screen, I knew they were going to be the ones to watch. Their dynamic was electric from the start, and I found myself rooting for them with each passing episode. Their dates stole the show for me. The chemistry between Seongho and JunSeong was off the charts, and every moment they spent together was a delight to watch. From their first date sparks flew everywhere. I eagerly anticipated each new episode just to see what they would do next.Overall, Seongho and JunSeong were the best part of the show for me.

Over the course of seven days, we see the contestants get to know each other in a way that feels both fluffy and authentic. There's no manufactured drama here - just real people trying to make a connection in a high-pressure environment.

One of the standout features of this drama is the chemistry between the two leads, which is amazing from the very first episode. Unlike many other shows that rely on tired tropes like bromance to create a sense of connection between characters, Guardian manages to forge a genuine bond that feels authentic and meaningful.

Second Season Changing the cast !!
It is disheartening to see the decision to change the cast in the second season of this series. This change has left many of us feeling that the show has lost its essence and may not live up to the high standards set by the first season. The replacement of both the female and male leads, who were truly exceptional in their roles, is difficult to accept. They brought a unique and irreplaceable charm to the series. It's challenging to imagine that anyone else could match their brilliance(According to first season). As someone who eagerly awaited the second season due to the excellence of the first, it's disappointing that the new cast doesn't evoke the same emotions and connection. The magic that the original leads brought to the show seems to be missing. It's hard to believe that this change will yield the same results and capture the hearts of the audience in the same way. Frankly, it doesn't make much sense to replace casts in second season. This has certainly dampened our enthusiasm for the second season. Was this review helpful to you?
While I can appreciate the effort that went into creating this show, I cannot say that I would recommend it to others or even consider watching it again myself. The storyline lacked depth and failed to evoke any real emotion or investment from me as a viewer.

The way the movie portrayed the struggles of the main character, who was relentlessly bullied, was both realistic and heart-wrenching. It was impossible not to feel empathy for them as they navigated the harsh realities of high school life. The film did an excellent job of showing the long-lasting effects of bullying, and how it can impact a person's life

Despite my waning interest, I continued watching, hoping that the show would recapture the spark that had initially drawn me in. Unfortunately, this was not the case, and as the final few episodes played out, I found myself skipping through scenes and fast-forwarding to the end.

The chemistry between the two actors was undeniable, and their performances were nothing short of exceptional. The way they brought their characters to life was truly remarkable, and it was evident that they put their heart and soul into their roles.

However, as the show drew to a close, I couldn't help but feel disappointed with the ending. It just didn't seem to do justice to the rest of the story. Despite this, I still highly recommend this series to anyone looking for a thrilling and entertaining watch.

The show had me hooked. The characters were well-developed and the plot was engaging, with just the right amount of twists and turns to keep me on the edge of my seat.
