yeah goodrama.net is probably the only decentish website left for dramas, although they dont have as many, but some part of me feels that sooner or later that website will go next...

!!! THE APOCALYPSE IS HERE !!!

Well, I wonder to what extent closure of siters like DC will this impact interest in dramas on the whole. Things will quitenen down, some people will move on to different things in life...korean stations may lose interest in pursuing it perhaps?

Can't you wait until we are mentally stable again?

I mean this is just...really? I feel scammed. Show support for a place closing down? :/ Uh-huh. Really.

I don't know if anyone knows of the history fo Avidgamers or Acornrack (roleplay building sites) but it feels a lot like this.

It's not like they're asking you to donate money lol.
Never mind then.
Dramacrazy was the best streaming website and it had no ads (with ad blocker) and a wide range of dramas. Where will I get my fix????
If any of you have smart phones, there's an app (WatchWhat Asian Drama) that has a lot. Not as much as DC did, but sometimes they have things I can't find online.
i could never loose intrest i'll find a way somehow i feel like kdramas are a part of me
I'm sad..........can't access DC anymore! I just wanna hug someone and cry! :(

I can't agree more, the time of taking money from us is coming. So yeah, I'm going to be a ninja pirate. They can't touch torrents at least. Ehhh, bussines is bussines, and we can start talk about copyright and all this... stuff :P

Long live asiatorrents!

Piracy is the key. In public torrents you can't find dramas, only with privet trackers. Maybe dramas start to be more popular in public torrents sites? I'm kinda optimistic about it.
There's not much to say in an article because we don't have much info about the reasons, just that it happened.
DC said in their web that they didn't want to just shut down without saying anything to people, but, come on, to say such a thing on the same day? :( Didn't they make this decision earlier? What a shock! Now and then I've watched some dramas on other sites (youtube and gooddrama) but those were just 1/20 of the dramas I've watched. I watched my first asian drama on dramacrazy about 4-5 years ago. I'm really going to miss DC.

Good idea since the thread got so many answers in a few minutes. i would have applied if I had time (not the case not the case for the next two weeks, sorry), but I think it should be done by someone (or a couple of persons) who were really active on this website.
I'm really surprised to see how many people are bewildered by the news, but in this gloomy moment, it's quite comforting to see other people feeling the same.
I'm gonna miss both AC/DC :( Especially DC since that is the only site I know to watch English Subbed Dramas...
Yep...this thread kinda feels like a collective hug...
