I have not watched the drama you mention, but I guess this is an office/business setting with a competent woman who has the upper hand (emotionally) over the ML at least in the beginning. So here are my suggestions, hope you find something.
Revolutionary Love : Not my fave, but she's competent and hardworking and he's funny/clownish. He falls first.
The Queen of Office : The romance is not the central focus from what I remember. But the FL is definitely mysterious, collected and talented, while the ML is kind of ludicrously/cutely arrogant yet, not the brightest. He falls first.
Queen of Reversals : This may not be the best drama ever, but the plot was very refreshing, at least for the time it aired. It shows a very competent and serious FL (we see her grow) and an equally competent but fun loving ML whom she really doesn't take seriously at all. Once again, their relationship is not the main focus of the show, the FL's growth is. No mystery here though.
Ode to Joy: Andy and Bao Bao are both successful but he's an heir, whereas she is a financial wiz. She's annoyed with him at first, then amused. He falls immediately. She has a mysterious past. The problem is, this show is an ensemble cast.
The Beauty Inside both the FL and ML are as you describe and merely find the other one intriguing. The feelings grow at the same time.
