I was kinda disappointed that the fight between Gil Tae Mi and Ddang Sae wasn't included but your inclusion of…
I agree that Scarlet Heart (the original Chinese version) is one of the best Asian dramas I have seen. The music and cinematography was breathtaking. It's a must watch. I have watched it three times. (Unfortunately, don't watch the sequel to it--it was very weird and the plot and photography was bad.)
Sorry I dropped SFD that's why I didn't add it. But I remember that I love Moo Hyul coz he's so innocent.,. :)…
I really wanted to finish watching SFD (Six Flying Dragons), but I just couldn't do it (I finish almost all the dramas I start watching). I loved all the actors and the storyline but there was one main character (Yi Bang Won) that was just really bothersome and seemed unrealistic, so I finally gave it up. I have seen the actor in other dramas that I really liked, so I'm not sure what it is with this drama. I have thought about trying to watch it again because I know it's so popular.
I really liked this drama, but I felt that the first 20 episodes were slow. After that I couldn't wait to watch every episode. The actors were good and the storyline interesting. I love Zanilia Zhao--especially in "Princess Agents." I'm hoping the sequel will be out soon.
I love Chinese historical dramas and i thought this was a good one. It wasn't always the most realistic but it isn't wuxia. I liked the characters and although the ending wasn't perfect, it was okay--surprising but not disappointing. I would recommend to watch it at least once! PS I really liked watching Austin Lin (Dong Fang Shi) in this drama--I will be looking for other dramas with him!
Nothing like revealing spoilers in the introduction on Mydramalist! Why do they do that? -- Although I have noticed that a good percentage of the time it's wrong!
The low rating on this is still the most puzzling thing ever. "Lie to Me" is such a really good drama. Even with a bit of a weak ending, it's still the best and funniest comedy/romance I have ever seen. I love all the actors and I've watched it again so many times--My rating is a 10! PS I just watched "Runway Cop" with Kang Ji Hwan. He has the exact opposite role from this one which makes it even funnier! Now I'm feeling like watching "Lie to Me" again.
Best ever movie. Very funny. Great actors and good ending. I especially liked Kang Ji-Hwan's complete opposite role from "Lie to Me." If you haven't already seen that drama you should. It's one of my favorites that I've watched a few times now.--some of my favorite actors. I rated it 8.7--loved it!! (Another hilarious and heart warming story.) PS I saw this on Viki.com
so in the end our 3 heros.. muyuan sheung- he is going out there to find his magical powers.. so he just left…
I agree—we really, really need a season 2! This is such a great drama!! The questions you have will probably be answered in the next season. I most certainly hope they make one. Soon. It would be such a shame to drop this fantastic drama. I love long, intriguing historical dramas, but I have to say I’m beginning to get a bit disappointed because it seems that they seldom follow through with the second season. And it takes so long! I’m still waiting for the sequel to Princess Agents! (In most American dramas, season two follows right after season one—you don’t have to wait a year or two. Although I still love mostly my Asian historical dramas the best.) Take care.
I would like to watch this, but if it has a bad ending--I'll be skipping it. Nothing I hate worse than getting to the end of a drama and having the last episode or two ruin the entire thing!
Absolutely amazing. The story, the actors, music--everything! I love this drama. I have watched it 2 1/2 times now. A must watch--I gave it a rating of 10/10.
I put off watching this for really long but now that I've watched it, I regret not watching it earlier! Fav drama…
I feel the same as you. I can't believe I didn't watch this sooner! So Ji Sub is one of my favorite actors but the drama I like best with him is "I'm Sorry, I Love You." I think about that drama to this day and have watched it a few times! Now that I'm thinking about it, I want to go watch it again!
Excellent drama. Just the right amount of drama and humor. Loved all the actors--So Ji Sub, Shin Min Ah are favorites, and Henry Lau was perfect in his role and added a lot of his own style to this show! (He is so musically talented--I would love to see him star in his own drama--something like "Tomorrow's Cantabile.") Great job everyone--really good ending too! I will recommend this drama to all my friends--and you! I give it a rating of 9.5 out of 10.
Hi Henry! I was so surprised to see you in the drama "Oh My Venus" with So Ji Sub and Shin Min Ah. I recognized you right away because I found you on you tube last year playing the piano with Yiruma and the violin in other performances! You are amazing and I am definitely a fan!! I watch every you tube video I can find and hope to see you in many more. Will you be performing in the states (especially Southern California) soon? I would love to see you in a live performance. I've been to KCon once in Los Angeles. I would be sure to go again if I knew you would be there. You are so adorable and very talented. Take care and all my very best to you. (from Lana)
So Ji Sub is here that's enough for me.. I watched the Chinese version it was good. I'll watch the korean also…
I don't usually like sad dramas and I don't know how I found this one, but now I am a fan of So Ji Sub and have watched this a few times. I can't describe how amazing this drama is. You should watch it if you haven't. I gave it 10/10. What is the name of the Chinese version? Thanks.
I love Zanilia Zhao--especially in "Princess Agents." I'm hoping the sequel will be out soon.
PS I really liked watching Austin Lin (Dong Fang Shi) in this drama--I will be looking for other dramas with him!
PS I just watched "Runway Cop" with Kang Ji Hwan. He has the exact opposite role from this one which makes it even funnier! Now I'm feeling like watching "Lie to Me" again.
