Mind Blown!! What can I say about this drama! Family dramas are probably the ones I watch the least; however, I have been very fortunately in watching some of the best and this is definitely one of them! Im Soo Hyang as Sa Ran and Sung Hoon as Da Mo, if you don't fall in love with this couple, you're immune to love! I cannot even say I hated a character; even Da Mo's crazy father has his endearing characteristics! My one complaint is the possession storyline, that could have been dropped and condensed this drama below 50 episodes. But what I did like about this drama was that you got to explore their relationship from start, to dating, to heartache, to marriage and finally children! A complete story!! What is absolutely amazing is that this was Sung Hoon's first drama ever!! Sure, he starts out the typical chaebol, spoiled brat but his transformation is like no other. Sure, you are going to look at the 52 episodes and say, this is too long but to give you an idea how well the acting is, just watch the last 10 minutes of episode 33. I guarantee in those 10 minute, you will want to watch the other 51 hours and 40 minute; guarantee!! I call those 10 min my emotionally stunned moments!! Only one other drama has ever affected me the same; one!!

To be loved like this! I'm trying to imagine it! This was truly a heart-warming story as it explores the relationship between a man and a woman handicapped by her illness. The romance between Kyoko and Shuji will remain deep in my heart for awhile. Kimura Takuya has now been added to my list of favorite Japanese actors. He so wonderfully portrays Shuji who unselfishly loves and cares for Kyoko regardless of the objections of her brother who only wants her to be happy. Takako Tokiwa as Kyoko, this was my first time seeing her but guess what, she is making her way on my list too! This is not a story for everyone but anyone who appreciates a good drama will recognize the beauty in this. Excellent!!

With 135 episodes, definitely not a drama that I would watch again. I thought it was well acted by all. I especially liked the fact that Heo Joon's character wasn't a squeaky clean character from the beginning but morphed into the great man that he became over time.

Only the second time seeing Kim Ju Hyuk (Heo Joon) in a drama but definitely a fan of both Nam Goong Min (Do Ji) and Park Jin Hee (Ye Ji). Go Doo Shim (as Heo Joon's mother) as always is a consummate actress. I was impressed with Park Eun Bin (Da Hee, Heo Joon's wife) because there is a 20 year difference in their age (yeah, I was shocked too) but she held her own from start to finish. The rest of the cast was great. There are a couple of the younger actors (who remain nameless) that I will be looking forward to in the future.

Overall, this is a drama only medical and sageuk watchers would possibly appreciate. I don't recommend it otherwise.

This is kind of a hard drama to rate. Why? Because even though it is a sageuk and it's 20 episodes, I wasn't ever bored but there were some aspects of the story that just could have been better. When it came to the acting, I must say the supporting cast out shined the main characters. Everyone from Im Seul Ong as the Crown Prince to little miss Kim Yoo Bin as Rang were stellar!! Will someone just give Song Jong Ho his own drama to be the lead already?!! I've been saying that since Princess's Man; repeated it for Reply 1997 and now Heaven's Order!! Enough is enough!! He was exciting to watch, funny and just carried every scene he was in; especially his back and forth with Kang Byul as Woo Young. Those two and their romance made the romance between Lee Dong Wook (Choi Won) and
Song Ji Hyo (Da In) pale in comparison! I think everyone who watched cared more about their relationship and that's simply because of chemistry. Sung Woong as Do Moon simply stood out to me throughout the drama as Da In's father's henchman. You wanted to hate him but simply couldn't help but love him and his beautiful (and real) mane of glory! I will remember his name for now on.

Overall, if you like the genre, it really is an easy drama to watch. Sure, the usual machinations of the royals and nobles but get past that, there are so many funny and fun moments to see and characters to fall in love with!!

This was definitely an attempt to capture some of the excitement of You're Beautiful. Other than a female acting like a male, the similarities are totally different. The OTP recognize their attraction pretty quickly and the male lead, Park Yoo Hwan and female lead Go Eun Ah did a pretty decent job in acting. My only problem is this was obvious cut back in episodes so the last episode made no sense to me at all. I felt rush and a lot happened that was glossed over. But if you enjoy Kpop, the singers are very good and a lot of recognizable groups play supporting roles.

The premise of identical twins separated is not new to KDramaland; however, this story is quite different as it was a twist of fate that separated them and the lives they lead was totally different. The acting by Uhm Tae Woong was excellent. It was believable as it acted as both twins that were so different; night and day. The revenge was sadden at the fact that the brothers had so little time together. The love story was not as important because the main characters were in love from the very beginning. I really enjoyed this. It had its slow moments but I enjoyed watching each of the players responsible for the deaths to get their comeuppance. Is it worth watching? Only if this type of genre is your cup of tea. As I love suspense, crime stories; I recommend this highly.

Kim Tae Hee dramas have always been a hit or miss; some I liked (My Princess); some I hated (Stairway to Heaven, too freaking sad) and some I'm just indifferent to (Iris and Jang Ok Jung); however, this drama I found on a fluke and absolutely loved it; from start to finish. I was pleasantly surprised at the story. It kind of reminds you (somewhat) of the The Bodyguard without the dangerous backdrop. This was my first Hidetoshi drama as I have a lot of his dramas on my watchlist but now I have something to look forward to as his acting was solid. The drama was a joint Korean and Japanese production and a nice surprise side story with Taecyon as Yuna's long lost brother.

My take on the movie? Watch the dramas first and foremost. My complaint on the movie is that they spent too much time on Rio's story. This movie would have been perfect if they blended her story in with Seiichi and Hotaru traveling and seeing the sights with her doing stupid stuff. There were some moments when it really was funny; especially when they went Goro..goro..goro down the stairs (you have to see the dramas to understand). The acting of the leads was still great. I fell in love with Seeichi (Buchon/Boss) even more because he was truly willing to accept her as she was. Talk about oil and water, it is definitely these two but their love for each other is definitely true. Watch the movie only if you've seen the dramas and want to see more; however, be prepared to be a little disappointed. And the ending? C'mon, we deserve to see what happens next!!

I must say, this was the most beautifully filmed drama I have ever seen. The camera techniques alone should be copied by other cinematographers in the future. I could review just on that alone and I couldn't do this drama justice.

Overall, I liked it, damn near loved it. True, the ending was what I wanted but not expecting. I have to say the acting by all of the characters was stellar! From Jo In Sung to Song Hye Ko as well as Kim Bum and Kim Tae Woo as Moo Chul.

Do I recommend it? Absolutely! Welcome to one of favorites for 2013! And Jo In Sung, I am happy to finally see you in a drama that I finished, loved and will cherish!

Can't believe I am just now reviewing this! If you want to see a female in a seriously stupendous action role; this is for you! I was simply blown away with Han Groo; especially with the fact that this was her first role and she was so young! The acting; professionally done; the supporting cast; blew me away also. Kim Jung-Tae was tremendous in the role and made me a believer for the second time of his acting capability! If you have not seen this and warning, there is a lot of violence, this is for you!! Han Groo is now on my watch list of up and coming young actors! Excellent! Excellent! Excellent!

There is something about a good sports drama! And this is definitely one!! I loved it from start to finish!! Yamashita Tomohisa has gained a new fan!! Naoki and Riko's love story was so precious! Starting from heartbreak to acknowledging the love each of them had for the other as well as respecting the dreams for their future. Kitagawa Keiko as Riko was a treat. This was the first drama I have seen her in. I must say the more and more that I watch JDramas, the more and more that I like them and how the stories are clean and to the point! The silly season, thankfully lasts for 1/2 of an episode. And a handsome Yamashita Tomohisa sure doesn't hurt!!

I had to think long and hard before writing this review. This was my first daily drama! And to add the element of revenge to it was gold! The child acting in the first few episodes was superb! When I first started the drama, I could only watch a few episodes at a time because it was a story line hard to watch because of the sheer meanness of some of the characters towards the lead Kang Yi Kyung played by Seo Woo. The things that her family did and allowed was amazing. I have to say that the writing did a wonderful job the first 100 episodes; however, the last 20 episodes were either unnecessary or just plain filler; leading us to an ending that was rushed beyond belief!.

Acting: I have to give high props to both Seo Woo (Kang Yi Kyung) and Kim Yeo Seo (Kang Seo Yeon). These two women did an excellent job in making you love and hate them. The things Seo Yeon did to her sister, wow! I cannot give anything else away on that.

The two male leads, Lee Ji Hoon (who I love) and Park Jin Woo were at best decent. It was my first experience with Park Jin Woo, such a handsome guy and I look forward to see more of him in the future.

Overall, unless you have hours and hours to invest, these short 30 minutes will sweep you into a story of family, revenge, and murder unlike any you have seen before (okay, Yellow Boots is next)!!

Oh my goodness, I don't know where to start. This was truly the first drama, more modern that represented to me as an epic! Sure, there have been sageuks that I could name but this was the first slightly modern drama that truly showed you a complete story. I especially loved the child actors here as their portrayal helped catapult the adult actors tremendously! All of them, not going to just mention one, all did a great job. The story was the best. It helped the viewer to not only understand the politics of the time in S. Korea but also how those same politics (and politicians) could be manipulated for personal gain. Do I think it was an exaggeration? No! Was I shocked and bothered sometimes by it? You're damn right! Even though this drama focuses mainly on the construction business; I'd have to classify it as a political drama more so! The acting by all the cast was stellar. Note worthy performances has to be given to all of the main cast which I would include the secondary cast under that same umbrella; Lee Bum So, Park Jin Hee, Joo Sang Wook, Hwang Jung Eum, Park Sang Min and especially most props to Jung Bo Suk, play our sadistic leader of the baddies, Jo Pil Yeon. Of all of the dramas I've watched, I have to say the romance that developed between Min Woo and Mi Ju was absolutely one of the best! As they fell in like, then love, then hate (maybe); you felt every emotion with them! I found their romance more convincing and heartfelt than the leads. So much so, you prayed for a happy ending, who cares. But the writers did an excellent job in grabbing our emotions, attention and making you invest a lot of time to watch this. I highly recommend this!!

I don't know one KPop group from another so when I watched this, it was simply for my enjoyment. In ways it reminded me of the short drama called Fight; however, there was not a group of people, just one. I like it! Maybe its the me who likes violence but it was a deep story. When the main character found himself so into the violence that he really could not stop, that's when it really got interesting. Definitely a different take on the causal effects of bullying!

I had an adjumma crush on LJK after watching Iljimae and wanted to see everything he had starred in, both dramas and movies. I came across this on Netflix. I watched the first disc from Netflix and immediately went and ordered the entire drama! I've never done this before. Never have I been swept into a drama so thoroughly that I immediately wanted to own it! The action, superb; the story, excellent; the acting, phenomenal! I became an obsessed fan of LJK after this. This drama is on my computer, iPad so it travels with me. There are very few moments where this drama is uninteresting. It takes you to Korea and Thailand; showing you the darker sides very well. I was hoping when LJK returned from service he would do another action drama but because I have totally faith in his acting ability, I am looking forward to whatever he does in the future. I don't want to give away any plot lines in this review, let's just say I highly recommend this to all, you will not be disappointed!
