Well, I'm going to be the total opposite of the previous reviews! I totally enjoyed this! As I watched one story to another to another, it just kept getting better and better. The oldest brother played by Sato Ryuta was quick and probably the least developed but by the time we got to the middle child, played by Koike Teppei, his story was so cute. The youngest, played by Nakamura Aoi was probably the funniest. And last but not least, I have to give the best story to the friend and only child, played by Ito Atsushi. His Kazuo was a stone trip and to see him fall for someone who was his polar opposite was hysterical because you definitely got to see a miraculous change in him.

All in all, they were decent stories told really quickly but the little over 4 hours of time invested was well worth it. Sure, whenever you watch these short special dramas, you always wish for more but I really didn't feel as if anything was left out. But the highlight had to be the parents of the Yamada brothers! To listen to how they talked about their poor sons in front of them was very, very funny! Talk about parents having no hope for their boys marrying! Definitely worth watching.

I was going to watch this anyway but a friend suggested that I watch it right away. The description does it justice. It is a very pure love story about two young people from seriously diverse backgrounds. I felt the acting was well done and I was happy to be at a place where I recognize the actors. Kamenashi Kazuya as Hiroto was wonderful and Ayase Haruka as Nao was a gem. This was not my first experience with both actors and I must say it will not be my last. All of the supporting actors were wonderful and seeing Toda Erica in an earlier work was a treat! The story definitely was about a pure love. Even the parents were tolerable in their pursuit of trying to make their daughter happy, there way. This really is a story worth watching! These 10 episodes went quickly. For once, too quickly!

At 81 episodes, this is a one time watch drama! 11 days later, I completed this and what was the longest historical based drama that I've seen to date. Jumong's story is every compelling! The writer does a wonderful job in conveying it, especially the fight and military training sequences were amazing! Portraying a master archer, every scene where Jumong picked up a bow was breathtaking! Every battle scene w so realistic, I had to wonder how many animals were hurt during the filming, it was so realistic! The love storiies were interesting but were not the main focus so if you are looking for a romantic drama, you might want to skip this one. All I can say, the portrayal of the two women that love Jumong was one you may never see again. Usually when two women love the me man, you get to see strife and bickering, they left that for Emperor Kumwa's Queen and Lady Yuhwa (Jumong's mother). I can remember each moment I cried because the moments were so sad: the death of Hae Mosu as Jumong watched, the slaughter of the Tamul Army's women, children and seniors at Mt Bonghe, death of Lady Yuhwa and Mugol. There were times where the story was just okay but those periods, thankfully were short! I found with the later episodes with the story of Yuri, Jumong's son to be the only period that I literally could not stop watching. This drama is truly for the historical drama lovers. If you are not completely into the nene, you might want to skip this because it is time consuming to watch.

Talk about a complete drama! Wow! I don't think I've ever seen a drama so complete! I don't even know where to start. There were several events that occurred and every single one was completed. I have to applaud the writing team! I enjoyed this immensely. A surprise, definitely an unconventional drama and those type always are the best.

Please, Please Please! Save your soul! DON'T WATCH THIS PIECE OF CRAP!! I am so disappointed in the writers who I will remember forever as having wasted my life of this drivel crap! I cannot believe the outcome! I believe these writers have just ruined the careers of these young actors! Writers, take heed, I will NEVER WATCH A DRAMA WRITTEN BY YOU AGAIN!!

I must have changed my review 10 times! If I could have left off at episode 19, this would have rated much higher. There are times when a drama is too long and it ruins the whole thing; this is definitely the case. The acting was wonderful. I absolutely loved the characters!! I learned about some new ones I'd never seen in a drama before and have come to love them; Lee Hye Young who plays Seon Joo? LOVE IT! Love her character and her portrayal!! Overall, I'd recommend me but be prepared to have a WTF moment beginning at episode 20!!

Basically its the Korean version of Sex in the City depicting the lives of 4 women. There is no wow factor in watching this. I was not bowled over by the acting. Yoon Eun-Hye was not impressive. Yoo In Ah was her usual sweet character. Would I recommend? Only if you are a super fan of Yoon Eun-Hye and must see everything she is in; otherwise, I think you can skip this! I can recommend much better movies out there.

Wow.. Mind blown. The ending, though sad, made sense. She knew that he loved him but I wish he also knew how much she loved him instead of a lie. I am hoping the last moments in the house she was decorating for Professor Chen was a testament to her true feeling; I hope. His last act made sense because how else to protect her from herself? Tong Xua just believed everyone and tried to protect everyone. This last time I wanted to slap her silly. So glad I watched this. Lau Hawick has gained a lifelong fan! Can you believe it? My first experience and it was a remarkable one.

Not good, DAMN GOOD! From start to finish, this continue the exciting, no it exceeded the excitement of the first, that is a rarity that a second season is truly better than the first. Even some of the lingering questions that were mulling through my head were answered. I still railed at Fujimaru sometimes and what his character would do but I gave up hoping that he would do things differently. J's character, of course was still brilliantly played by Hiroki! I do not recommend watching this before the first season, you would miss plenty. And where can I hunt down this OST? Before the week is out, I will be trolling the internet for each and every song! Fantastic drama! Fantastic cast!

From start to finish, not a bad movie! Shin Eun Gyeong did a fantastic job as the bad ass gangster,Cha Eun Jin! She was intense! Park Sang Myeon as Kang Su Il, her husband was fun to watch as he slowly learned about his wife. The scenes of the wedding and her attempts to get pregnant were memorable, you will not forget them! Loved this, and I know you will too.

I started this with the intentions of just watching a couple of episodes. 4 days left, I had completely finished all 36 episodes! I enjoyed this immensely. I love the history being told, the story and the love story that was not the main focus. It was a well told story that had me craving to learn more of this period during the Goguryeo period. I now have to go back and watch Jumong which was the predecessor to this drama! If you truly like historical dramas, you will like this. Superb acting by all!

One point shy from a Masterpiece!! What can I say about this drama other than the fact, Please jtBC, make more of them!! The acting was superb!! Jung Kyung Ho as Baksa did an excellent, excellent job!! Yoon Hyun Min, don't worry, I will NEVER, NEVER forget your name!! A new love for my drama life!! The ending was even as I expected. Son Chang Min as Min, again I will never forget his portrayal. But let's not forget Kim Yoo Mi as Jin Sook and Choi Moo Sung as Safari. I have never seen either of these actors before but it will be LONG, LONG time before I ever forget them again. The cinematography, while dark a lot of time, really fit the story. And I must give BIG props to the costumers for the men and especially for Jin Sook! I don't think there was even ONE outfit she wore that I DIDN'T wish I could find and where. There were a couple of characters who just dropped off of the screen without any explanation but that would be my only complaint. But let's give a hand to our Nine Lives player, Meth Kim!!

12 super short episodes of amazing songs and music!! That is the first thing that hits you! Plus K.WIll...acting!! I won't discount Han Hyo Joo, Kim Dong Wook, and Kim Dong Wook. At times, the short episodes didn't flow right but that was only for a couple of episodes. Other than that, it could have been an entire drama and I would have immensely enjoyed it. And was I the only one who thought the car was matchmaking?!! Why can't I find a car like that? Did I say it had great music?!!

Also known as Sacred Monsters is an interesting story. I learned a lot as I watch this drama. The fact that surrogacy birth is illegal in Japan was a fascinating tidbit of information to me. From start to finish, the story follows Shiba Kengo played Okada Masaki, a young intern who is dragged into a conspiracy to hid the fact of the surrogacy birth but also the events that transpired as a result of the birth. First time seeing Okada but he played the character well. Kasugai Yuka played Nakatani Miki, the nurse and sister of Fuga Keiko played by Kato Ai. Yuka was simply a sister willing to go to all lengths to protect her sister and her secret; a secret not totally known to the sister who is truly the second victim in all of this. A victim because she is so desperate to have a child after losing her own. This drama is definitely a mix of suspense and intrigue with a little bit of medical play. If you like these type of genres, you'll like this but if you are looking for romance, this is not one....at all.

This movie had a little bit of everything: sex, violence, murder, suspense, and believe it or not comedy. This was my first Park Hee Soon experience and I must say it was a good one. The story starts out one way and before you know it, it's flipped to a who-done-it or how did they do it movie! Park Si Yeon as the sexy wife? No words! And my sweetie, Joo Sang Wook was more of a supporting cast but I enjoyed his character throughly. I'm waiting for the final twist as I watch the last ten minutes!
