Title Quartet
I think it's safe to say that jdramas are the best in making such seemingly simple story interesting and those food for thought dialogues created due to talks about the most trivial things is brilliant.

A plot twist you won't see very often. Brilliant idea very original and I like how the atmosphere turns in the middle of the movie. Strong performances by the cast and definitely Nakajima's breakthrough performance. But that plot twist is what made this to me so special. That feeling when you've watched something good that you pause the movie to gather yourself, just what the hell was that? it is freaking brililant.

It's been subbed?
I don't think it's been subbed yet. I watched it here in our country, some cinemas show it for 2 days.

Most of great films were not subbed sigh. That newcomer award is still a headscracher for me, I don't know how they consider them newbies, they have been in the industry for years and some made names for themselves.

So they are showing this simultaneous with the anime. I am watching the anime right now and I was thinking that this could be a great material for a good live action series so to my surprise that they are already doing it. In my mind the main lead actress is screaming fumi nikaido but at the same time I was hoping for a fresh new actress to come out and do a daring role. I first saw yoshimoto miyu in the girl who leapt thru time adaptation drama and I was already captivated by her screen presence with that gorgeous smile. I haven't watched any episode yet but I feel that the role is too much of a challenge for her but let see, hope she will prove me wrong.

Title A Life: A Love Spoiler
I also disagree with those negative comments below. Nothing new yes, but if it works then why fix it. To me it comes down to the execution and I think they have done it well just like how that last scene played out, I've never experienced that kind of chills in a long time. Solid cast and epic soundtrack.

Title Evergreen Love Spoiler
I remember reading a few chapters of the manga for this a while back and decided to check it out. A pleasant watch…
Yeah just like the movie beautiful mind it's just that that is about friendship but still her personality really tells me that she's only imagining him that she was delusional. I would like this movie more if it was like that though.

I love this drama so much! Can anyone give me some advice on a Japanese drama? I've only watched 2 so far…

I'm a guy and I really feel for the main lead here. The hell with this girl, had she realized that she made the guy suffer so much. It is the worst feeling ever, not knowing if she loves you or not. Well just my personal though, but overall a pretty good movie, the message is conveyed so well, it's straight in your face.

Title I Am a Hero
I don't know if I should watch it or read the manga first. I've been looking forward to it for a while.
It's been a year since a last read it but I think it is not a part of the manga.

Strong year for J-Movies. Hard to pick which movie is the best but I kinda agree with "when cats disappper in the world", though I prefer bride for riple winkle and the one that is not nominated "Sweet red bean paste". I also agree that chihayafuru is the best live action this year. Again strong movie year for japanese movies, I am very much happy about it especially thinking that we have lackluster j-dramas this year.

I wonder what happen to those guys who said that hoshino gen is not perfect for the role that he is too short and that it should have been their favorite ikemen actor. I hope that their opinion changed now.
