I wonder if human emotions of love are easily swayed. I never thought of "true love" as something that exist but it became such an integral part of dramas and tv that we know it exist there. However in this one, emotions seems to be flying everywhere and I felt confused since it doesn't follow the pattern. We love predictability so when something doesn't follow our fashion we feel frustrated. In spite of liking repetition we get board easily. Same with love, you like someone but do you like them forever? don't feeling fade over time? IDK
I can't say I enjoyed it (I did feel the frustration for the fickle attitude) but I think it might be closer to reality.

Title Hello Monster Spoiler
Now when its ended... i dont know what i want. On the one hand, i am glad that it has actually a happy ending…
I think that's the beauty about the ending, there's no question that LJ was a bad guy and Min as well. However everyone was a victim of circumstance and lack of love and understanding. With such an open ending you're left to ponder about the characters and how they will carry out living. You can think that LH will catch LJ one day.

Definitely a great drama that's worth watching. If you like criminal psychology and have an interest in human condition and mind then look no further. What I like about it, is that it'll make you ask questions and have a conversation about the motives of the characters and why they came to be the way they are. The drama itself might not offer you the answers you want but it'll spark your curiosity and imagination.

The original is definitely better. Like one of the reviews said if you haven't seen the J version you might enjoy this more. My issue is the little bit of forced romance (at the end) it just doesn't suit the story at all. and of course too long it could've been better if it was 3-4 shorter.

I love ALi and carry on is great but I think i love i'm sorry by her is better since the meaning pertains so much to the drama.

Bungee Jumping of their Own, always makes me wonder about love and the idea behind the movie. People were arguing on another site about why not be with "him" "why go through the pain of having to find eachother again in our respective genders?" and idk it's a good question I mean do you love the person? is there gender part of that? and if you love them hard enough can you overlook that? and again you can argue that maybe there's a physical aspect to it and it might be 'coz of the time and society won't accept it. How do you categorize this kind of undying love?
Like you said I get immersed in their fantasy and have all kind of Qs, but ultimately comeback to reality and say I don't really believe in such love or in love in general.

What's up with the reviews? the drama has just started. this way of scoring is unfair to dramas, more than once people rate and review almost haphazardly. Unless you've watched all of it don't rate!

Just playing devil's advocate here...but Lee Jun Yeong's story is quite tragic (just as most of the stories are…
Totally with you. I think mainly his character what makes this series so interesting. How psychopathy come about is an intriguing conversation and can be argued from different sides.

I have to say Lee Jun Yeong is an interesting character. I just don't get how his brain is wired. He has the empathy (saving those who are similar to him but at the same manipulating and killing w/no regret. People who exist with smaller areas for compassion in their brain how do you deal with that and integrate them into society. Obviously not all are criminals but how do you guide children who show signs and have all the risk factors? would you always live in fear that a stress factor might lead them to commit crime? idk

I always had the same questions regarding friendship and what defines the borders between that and romantic love. I remember having a conversation with my best friend about if we were to be the opposite gender would we be eachothers romantic love. Platonic love between friends exist for sure and it can be beautiful without having the physical aspect of it. Some people see love as friendship while others see love in it's physical form and as a bond that can not be friendship.
For this movie I saw it as a very deep friendship where friends love each other as much as if they would've loved their girlfriends.
