you expect someone who think they were rape to think logically after they woke up? damn you have high expectations. Just because she is a psychiatrist does not mean she doesn't get emotional, scared and lost. It's not that uncommon for people who dealt with a trauma to rather force themselves to "forget" about it and put it behind them and try to live their lives as if nothing happened (tho it's in most cases not possible). Most rape drugs are out of the system before you can even get the sample. Again tho, expecting to see her act rational after it is a bit much.
Also, this show is not telling you anything as it's not here for educational purpose. How she reacted is not out of ordinary.

Out of all the ones you named, I only watched Khun Mae Suam Roy, and only coz you recommended it hahahah

for me emotional aspects go into mental aspects and are parts of it. It's all mental coz it all comes from brain, whenever it's emotional, behavioral or cognitive problems.
And exactly because his whole life (both personal and professional) revolve around taking care of people with disorders, that's the reason his relationship with MY would be bad for him.
I was growing up with someone with BPD and I am finishing my master's degree in clinical and neuropsychology. Would it be healthy for me to be with someone with any PD? No. First my previous experience would influence my action and "trigger" all the bad memories from childhood which would lead to some emotional problems in my part. I would feel exhausted as the "professional" in the relationship that was trained to deal with people with disorders which would make it easier to my potential partner to emotionally manipulate me. I would hate that, but I would feel bad about it coz "they have this and this disorder so it;s not 100% their fault". There is way more reasons. I actually relate to KT quite a lot and his love line here is my biggest nightmare. Coz the moment I was able to free myself from my family a little bit and live my own life, to get trapped like that with someone else... exhausting.

Is the relationship toxic? yes. Can it make them better? MY maybe, KT: nope. More likely than not in real life it would F him up mentally even more. Does it make the drama bad? Not for now. But it all depends on where they will go with it.

I don't enjoy toxic relationships that "lead to happy ending" coz it's such an unrealistic concept I cannot deal. That's why I'm dropping for now and might come back to it when it's finishes airing and I know how it ends.

I think my biggest problem with the drama was the fact the plot was so unrealistic. But YSH did really well in the role given :)

I totally agree on the forgiveness part. I appreciate how by the end of it the forgiveness was leading factor in how characters interacted with each other.

I really liked how Bok Soo was street smart and not book smart too. I like how it gave the students that teamed up with him some purpose as the brains of the plan.

I totally agree on the twist they gave us, with the female lead being the one needing the character development and the guy supporting her through it. It's true it does not happen that often in shows...

I know many people might have been annoyed with Bok Soo's "forgiving nature" as you put it, but I loved it. He was not a high school kid, he was a grown up. And as much as I think the plot was over the top and at times childish, the mature approach to solving emotional issues was really well done here :)

50% outlandish school life plot < omg yes. I don't know if I'm too old or if this school life made no sense at all.

"your opinion will most likely change if you keep watching." I wish it happened to me. I guess my disdain towards her character was just too much for me so the few last eps could not save it.
As for Kwak Dong Yeon, YES. He is truly an impressive actor. I want to see him as a lead in a popular drama asap so more people can appreciate his talents.

omg yes, they put tooo much emphasis on the romance, and not enough on the revenge and overall the dynamics between Bok Soo and Se Ho, which should be the highlight of the show...

Kwak Dong Yeon definitely aced the role. I wish we will be able to see him in a lead role soon :)

True. I think most writers go with what the public already slightly knows about and what is the easiest for them to understand... Everyone heard about ASD but a lot of people never heard of high functioning autistic people. So writers basically doing what is easier for them.
That said, in context of this drama it would make little sense if Moon Sang Tae was high functioning, coz that would change the whole background story and his dynamics with Moon Kang Tae and the whole story would basically have to be rewritten.
