'Time Slip Dr. Jin (2012)' is the Korean version of the Japanese drama 'JIN' (2009) and 'JIN2' (2011).
Both deal with medical, history and time slip.

While the Korean version plays more with the romance by adding a male character as love rival, the Japanese version gives a more acceptable reasoning to why the time travelling happen.

Both of these dramas depict a male lead with two distinct and contrasting personas as well as a feisty female lead who grows fond of the male lead's gentler side. These dramas share similar tropes, yet are different due to their execution and plot devices (for example, SHNPT has a supernatural element).

Both of them have a funny Sequence and they are both comedy a ugly girl and a pretty one fall in love with the same person. and the main couple in the first are in the contention.

The both have a guy who was forced to be the bodyguard for main girl. The girl is a school girl bad guys want to kill her.The other one is she's CEO big Campany,forced to get married to a guy to be bodyguard he's from Korea...

Low key hero with special ability. Beautiful Gong Shim is still airing. So will be lot of fun to watch & discuss with other MDL'ers!!!

I watch both live action movie and they are really look a like to me. Both in Kimi ni Todoke and in My love story both have a cute love story and they also have a cute couple you really want to come together. Both have drama in it and both are so cute and heartwarming to watch

Both MC have the abilities to read people's mind, but this kdrama is about revenge and there's also a romance involved.

Both plots take place in a similar time period involving college/graduate students dealing with first love problems.

Both plots have a superficial lightheartedness with moments of darkness and underlying regret.

Both cdramas have a theme of unique twisted plot based on a psychological thriller theme. Both dramas have leads that are committed to one another-each with their imperfections, their ghosts, that they have to overcome.

If you enjoyed the brotherhood from Nirvana in Fire then definitely give Heroes in Sui and Tang Dynasties a try. This drama is about heroes who band together and rebel against a cruel and thoughtless king of Sui Dynasty. Like Nirvana in Fire, Heroes in Sui and Tang Dynasties is highly plot centric with little to no fillers. However there are many main characters because it is based on a chinese book about 18 heroes of the Sui and Tang Dynasty. At the beginning many characters will be introduced, there are funny characters, silly and dumb ones, intelligent good looking characters and heroic self sacrificing characters. I draw parallels to Nirvana in Fire because the humor, romance, and brotherly bonds between people with similar ambitions to do good and bring peace to their country.

Same concept. A little bit confusing. Almost same storyline. Full of confusion, mystery and love. Both have same ending

Both of these dramas start from a similar point, a young rich heir who seems to have everything going in his favor is thrown into dark despair and pain due to a relative's destructive greed. The kids narrowly escape, but return years later harboring secrets to realize their revenge. While both of these kids, now turned men, are ultimately seeking revenge, they display countless acts of kindness to the people around them. They both also use a sense of humor and disarming smile to hide their grief and pain. The leading ladies are both strong, smart women who have lead troubled lives but love their mentally challenged, poor family more than their life. Monster and Can You Hear My Heart have addictive plots with emotional depth and character.

in both movies, the lead male and female are shy, but in kimi ni todoke, the main leads are a bit or a lot more shy.
both female leads are not popular and socially awkward.
both male leads are cool, popular and kind.
both movies are about love stories!!!!
