It kinda has the same storyline...as the lead actor also had lived for a few hundred years and lead actress is also an actress though she plays the second lead actress in this drama. This drama has scenes that touch my soul by its beautiful lines??.

The Lead has a similar personality to the lead in Cuo Dian Yuan Yang and even looks a little like him.

Male lead also falls in love first/is about 20 episodes b4 they get married, I think

The female lead in Lan Ling has a similar personality to the female lead in in Cuo Dian Yuan Yang

The relationship between the two leads is similar and evokes similar feelings from the viewer, I think, albeit a bit more passionate is Lan Ling

Differences:
There is more plotting/intrigue
There is more melodrama (I cried my eyes out in the last 10-15 episodes)
There is more violence
The female lead in Lan Ling is a little less perfect in terms of accomplishments
The male leads 'vision/dream' conflicts with his love a little while I think the male lead in Cuo Dian Yuan is more likely to throw everything away for his lover

I recommend pretty much all adaptations of Itazura na kiss. The personalities of the leads and some elements of the plot are very similar.

It has the same concept of a young, teenage girl caught up in her own little world. In Heroine Disqualified, the main girl is stuck on the idea of her life being a manga/drama, while in Switch Girl!!, the main girl is stuck on the idea of being a role model to her peers. Both dramas are very animated and the main girls are both very lively. They also have similar best friends, and the main love interest are both kind of calm and collected. Also, I think that the main girls kind of look like each other.

Both are love stories between a secretary and the CEO/director. Funny and sweet.

It has the same feel to it. 49 Days reminds us that we only have a short time on earth, so we need not to take advantage of it. Come Back, Ahjussi reminds us the same.

Both dramas about dark magic and also a historical drama also same actress acting as evil queen mother.

Both have four different story lines and explore the main characters' relationships. In Plus Nine Boys, each brother is searching for love where as in The Lover, each couple is already living with each other. They both have a similar feeling to them: fresh and unique. I also loved the comedy that each drama brought and greatly enjoyed both dramas due to this.

Double face is a remake of Hongkong Movie, Internal Affairs, meanwhile The New World is a movie that is inspired by Internal Affairs movie. You'll find a lot of similarities between these two.

Similar shoujo appeal, terrible misunderstandings but endearing plot lines! Untypical main leads, but both are undeniably loveable. Second male lead is played by the same actor.

The main female lead has the same characteristics and the plot of the story both consist of the female lead being born with a specific illness/disease. The love story between the two main characters are epic.

Same actress/magic but I personally think it is better than The Legend of Zu as main character/actress is in EVERY episode with the emphasis on her experience/journey/love

If you're curious about Moon Chae Won (Swan) then you should watch this drama. It's similar to Goodbye Mr Black.

Aside from the first 4 episodes of Monster, they're pretty much the same: two guys competing against each other, one being the illegitimate child of the company head, and of course one girl both are interested in.
