The leads are the same. Sang Doo is the first main role for Rain and he acted very well. Rain acted a father who adored his daughter and his love in both dramas. CBM is more hilarious than Sang Doo. They don't have same plots and Rain's character in Sang Doo is more miserable.
Both dramas are must-watch! ;)

Another short series about delicious tasty food. I Order You tends to go more into melodrama towards the end however, and in this drama it's the male lead that has the culinary skill.

Another short series, this one involves a cute veterinarian heroine and an arrogant CEO. It carries a lot of the same mood as Choco Bank and has the nice, short episode format.

Kai is a member of boy band EXO, and this short drama features most of the members, including Kai! It's a cute little drama and the heroines remind me a fair deal of each other, though the heroine in EXO Next Door is a bit more eccentric.

In EXO Next Door, Baehyun and D.O. tend to be the starring members.

Both are medical dramas with a healthy slice of disasters. D-Day is more medical with higher disaster, and a sweet romance, while DOTS has heavier, sweeter romance.

Again, similar theme. Love from the past reincarnated in the future, both dream same dreams and are searching for clues to who that person in the dream is. and again, I thought 'Snow Lotus' was the better of the two. But if you enjoyed one - you might enjoy the other. Snow lotus has a better ending.

Both are about a past love in a different life - both about finding the "reincarnated" one in the present - both have similar things - like a tomb being found decades later... clothing, hair, letters ectra... I personally enjoyed 'Dream of 400 years' more - as there was much more to the story and the development and end were much better.

Female lead: Jang Na Ra who dresses up as a boy to hide her identity.
Both historical chinese rom-coms, but personally, I think the original my bratty princess was much much much better.

Both historical dramas are about female doctors which at that time was unacceptable for females to be doctors, and both dramas involve love triangles between the emperor and the female lead.

Both dramas show the similar stories of growth of the female leads, and in both the female lead and the evil second female lead work in the same company, which belongs or belonged to the female lead's family. Both the female lead and the evil one are sisters in some sense (not by blood, but you will understand what I mean while watching).

Although the beauty that is Healer can never be compared to DOTS, I feel that these dramas are strikingly similar. Firstly Healer is saving people's lives, or destroying them, which is comparable to Si Jin. Additionally, they would do anything to protect the one's they love and thus are in pain (several) if not many times for said people. There is also a lack of a love triangle in both dramas allowing for the main characters to develop their relationship without a third party interfering. This is important as viewers are more connected and embellished into the relationship of the characters and feel the emotions they feel. There is also an abundance of politics thrown into the mix with a sprinkle of betrayal. Overall these dramas are quite difficult to compare since they address different topics but overall have similar elements thus making Healer enjoyable for any DOTS fan. Happy viewing.

Both are short web dramas about two people falling in love over Line, whilst speaking little or none of the others language.

Both dramas focus on two couples who don't have a lot in common, who fell for each other in a short space of time, and involves a school-transferring theme. They also both feature the actor-musician Lee Jong Hyun from kpop group CNBlue, as either part of the main cast or as a guest role.
