This episode has the banquet already over and XiGuang and Lin making plans. Once Uncle and Auntie give curfew, our new couple go out to see the city. They share their first kiss and end up at his place.😍🥰 He gives her the condensed version of his family history and how he got into medicine. His plotting uncles let him know right before deciding major what happened to his dad so he swapped from business to medicine. They had no clue how well he would shine there. Once his surgeon status was ended, he took his bitterness and tossed it into business. In this dark period, he was probably most like the plotters in his family keeping score and climbing the ranks. I am glad he has grown and matured away from this side of himself. He ended up at the branch XiGuang was working in and I don’t think that was on accident. He wanted to know her and made sure they were in close proximity. I like how Lin sees himself back in medicine. This seems to be where he is his truest self. He has even been approached by an old colleague to consider joining her team. It looks like a promising venture of bio ware that would combine his neurology training with his business acumen. It seems like a very good prospect for him. He is so sweet when he shows concern of not being such a standout in a new field. XiGuang looked him right in the eye and aid there is no doubt he would do well no matter what he did. When called in to see Gpa, he is offered Gpa’s shares in the company. Lin tries to bow out but Gpa isn’t giving him any options. He was let in on Lin’s plans to get back to medicine and just told Lin to use them as he saw fit no matter what he ended up choosing. We move from our sweet couple to the Uncle annoyed that his son has lost face. He then wakes Nie up to tattle about his scheming nephew and Nie’s daughter making their own plans for the company. He already has Nie plotting to help his son get a good bid for the project so he looks capable. It is the last attempt of the Gpa to give him a shot but I find myself annoyed he had to send him where Lin has been making progress. Now there is a nice band of saboteurs who will want him to look bad and sell off the company.😝 I can see Rong and that ass of a cousin trying to run the show now.😝 What was a pleasant surprise was the duo of cousins that looked like they would fit right in with Jiang Rui.😂🤣 There will be a good counter to all the plotting but I wish it would be smoother sailing for them. They had to have fake terminal gf make an appearance and even Nie isn’t falling for the scheme. He tells her to shut down the incense and to quit prattling.🤣😂 These two are definitely a match made in hell and I really want to watch them go down in flames together. Hopefully the rest of the plotters will follow suit.😝

idk where Tam's mom popped-up from, but the evil mother-in-law persona wasn't appreciated. as the one that was hurt & jilted in that relationship was Phi & yet his mother is the sweetest, warmest, kindest towards Tam. so the over protective mother act is annoying. she should come hat in hand groveling in gratitude that Phi took her son back. ***************************************guess the whole Te issue getting resolved by karma while there still 2 to go - makes me wonder what final hurdle the pair gotta overcome before their happily ever after

This episode shows the life of Lookpeach. I love how he open up to Thee and bringing him to the orphanage. Also, I love how they are now open and communicating each other. The last scene is the most unforgettable the lines, emotion, and love they pour to each other

even though this plot is moving along now, it somehow feels sloth paced & kinda boring. maybe just me - idk - but after the revelation & everything else that happened in this ep, i aint left energized. i am bored & uninterested - which is a pity cause i still like Phi & want to see his come back. ********************************************************************************************1st off i don't get how Paul knew something that was only between Tam & Yong. 2ndly why didn't Yong mention the truth, that could be a reason for Tam's sudden break-up & disappearance?!? he had 4yrs to tell Phi the truth, he for sure had no problem blabbering about it to others - like Paul... & 3rdly if Phi was so bad or not ready to be in from of a camera. Tam resigning was enough to push Phi into the spotlight? what, there were no other interns in that TV station?!? or the country?!??? like plz with this b.s. plotline - *********************************************************************************************************************but i get Tam's decision & i am glad he deleted the initial text, cause that was b.s. - we all know that if he had stayed or told Phi about the real reason, Phi would've resented him as he was the one that had verbalized the dream to become famous & if Tam (who was more or an introvert) would achieve his goal 1st, it would've broken them up for sure. *********************************still if i was in Phi's place i couldn't forgive as i would be worried if there would be a next time. hard to trust someone who just ups & bails every time sh*t gets tough or complicated

Whaatt? Ning An is half demon also? Honeslty I wouldn't believe this cunning human king. He could just be making things up to get what he want. He is a king after all, and we know kings had to betray and lie to get the throne

PEAK CINEMA scene, as soon as ML called her name and showed up, FL ran towards him for help, and helped he did! I hate how her old friends just allow that Rong girl to insult and demean her like that. Her crush also never steps in to help her either. Contrast that to the scene where FL fell off the roof, ML immediately scolded his friend for startling her. Meanwhile, her crush refuses to scold his childhood friend even when she's clearly wrong. ML deserves FL the most, hopefully FL realises that soon!

I’m glad this was on Amazon Prime in my area. This was a pleasant procedural drama with a bigger mystery encompassing. I like the friendship they had and the funny banter. I hope the lawyer will be part of their group! In the last episode you see him as one of the figurines.

Nice to Not Meet You Episode 16

Every episode made me laugh! As someone who has only seen Squid Games, seeing this felt like a parallelism with the ML’s character and the actor himself. The FL lead started out strong but I felt like she became weak and helpless even like deer on headlights around the end. I was looking for the girl who drank the alcohol bowl, dressed up like a hotsteas and charged on the idol’s bodyguard. I felt that was somehow lost. The FL’s brother was a scene stealer and did a good job as support. I wish there was more story on the second lead couple.

I love Ningan/Hongye timeline!!XY's detective skill is just top notch! Another amazing episode that I can't get enough with. Also, HY using the excuse to kidnap XY/NA to have fun at the nightmarket was just too cute.

Good that Yun Xiang did indeed manage to capture Qi TianFeng without bloodshed, per his promise to Shu YaNan. However, the interrogation of Qi was an exercise in dissembling by the latter. If you paid attention closely, Qi didn't reveal anything about the Luo family massacre that Yun Xiang didn't already know. He repeated already known facts and simply claimed he was a weak young itinerant who had nothing to do with it. He threw Tang out as the main villain, but Yun already knew Tang was involved. So this was clearly just a ploy by Qi to get Yun to take down Tang, since Qi is mad at Tang for paying off the pirate Guan. So none of that provided real new information to Yun. The only 'new' info was implication of a connection between Tang and the Yuntai's rival sect. Elsewhere in the episode, more minutes were wasted on Su Mingyu's pathetic can't-seem-to-ever-grow-up subplot. It's really painful to watch the writers portray a character as stupid and pathetic as they are making MingYu out to be.

If she died in 2013 why does she have a new iphone. Lmao. Im being annoying. Pretty lack luster start to a sure that I think will be phenomenal. I wonder how they are gonna split the couples up. I think they could have done more with this, like a little more lore but not all of it, like this could have been better with it. But I think they could have set this up better because I just feel confused and it was a little boring. 7.5/10 okay bye!

I feel so bad for Ji Yeon. Her husband is such trash. He blew 30 billions dollars on and investments an now needs to try to sell his wife company.

The love story begins here, two broken hearts work on self-healing. They serendipitously run into each other. The pursuit begins for one, while the other embarks on a reluctant journey of self-discovery.

XY and HY riding the Hawk reminded me of Condor Heroes, and the Gold Cave was so pretty. Another great episode.

This episode was so good! I am impressed with the entire cast especially Pond and Phuwin. This episode was just perfect. The timing between the the two is awesome. I was also so glad to see Perth and Santa. They added an extra layer of perfection.
