Plot was interesting and acting was superb. My jaw dropped when i saw that sex scenes. Koreans always have problems with kissing scenes and man to man scenes done with such a high quality was really surprising.
Everything in this movie was unique. Story, acting, music, even fight scenes... everything was done well.
I really liked the movie and i would recommend it to those who aren't against of watching man to man scenes but love interesting and original movies.

a story about a woman who gets into lots of ridiculous situations just because she wants to prove an arogant playboy that she has what it takes to seduce a man. Watch and see how it goes with all her attempts ;)

Just when you think it's over and they're showing NG clips, it cuts back to extra scenes, so keep watching until the credits start rolling.

Story : Doesn't have a bad idea. A normal family, more like a happy family, perhaps perfect in the eyes of Japanese Society. A father, that is a priest and a mother whose, apparently a demon. I find the idea a cliche, why ? Is easy. The idea is that something a good, a pure servant of God to marry a demon ?! And the fruit of their love to be a being half? And as I understood from the movie, the demon, Yuki's mother to chose a better path ? Ok, as I said, the idea is not bad, but, is still a cliche for me. I saw stories like a big, naught , bad-boy mafia leader fall for a naive, pure heart, kind and poor woman ? Oook ... Revenge like revenge, I am a person that wants revenge even for a bug, but ok.If he could, director Go Ohara would thrust on the whole idea with revenge. Maybe for others would be easy digested or . . . not. Well, mister writer Hisakatsu Kuroki,I might cheer for him when I am not so horrified. From the plan, that is at least realistic, is passed, more than three quarters of the movie to the fantasy side, sorry, horror-fantasy.Even if I listed so many bad ideas, the story itself is at least, unique. Offers to the watchers a unique way to express themself (not killing others) but to understand some concepts about life in Japan (more like the bad side) and life itself.
Acting/Cast : The characters are quite reliable. Family, which does not exceed a frame too impersonal, is normal and celebrate a happy day, Yuki's birthday. The bad guys, five at number, failed in a manner in art killings, crucify Yuki's mother ? Each of the 'bad guys' have some special powers (or abilities ?) Well, I felt angry or pissed about Gerao Yuro (Psychic Teacher), I was like : O_o WTF man !? Almost all the battle only flew across the gym and, like from magic, Yuki finds a way to kill him !? Okkk, this fight/flying scene annoyed me very much. I can say, i would give them a 9 because were great, specially Yuki with all her 'seek revenge'.
Music: Maintained the atmosphere properly, and even at the flashback to the birthday, supposedly forgotten, the music (or the one with it) did a great job.
Rewatch Value : I thought about it and well, I better watch the bees. Second time doesn't exist me for this movie. Like how it is said : Once in a life time.
Overall: Because the rewatch value was low, all the movie was drag down, very down. I would give it a 7, with a big indulgence from me. I truly love Japanese Movies, but this : no words. I can say, guys, watch it even when the night comes, if your not weak at heart.

The story is plain and simple, but it manages to keep you on your toes due the the interesting technique used by the director through which the story is present through puzzle-like parts to the viewer.
I wouldn't call this one a romance movie, more than that I really found intriguing how the 2 leads evolved on a personal level:
She was stigmatized by her blindness, thus she would prefer to isolate herself from the outside world, which was unknown and scary and she would only interact with her close friend; she was also emotionally scared by her mother leaving her an her father when she was very small, so the feeling of abandonment made her to not want a relationship that could possibly make her relive such torment.
He was the loner that felt out of place, no matter where he was, just wanting to find somewhere he would belong; rather than compassion, however, he would be treated harshly and coldly by those around him, which made him even more reluctant to human interaction; on top of that, he was half Chinese, half Japanese, which meant he wasn't looked fondly upon by neither compatriots, which worsened his acute feelings of loneliness and alienation.
The both of them, however, not only start to understand each other, but they start to depend on one another, they find themselves comfortable and finally 'at home' in one another's company.
It is a wonderful movie of finding ones self, of self awareness, of overcoming your fears and emotional scars and finally feeling fulfilled.

I give the story an 8 because it's a bit expected, but there are scenes that are carefully placed within the movie that really grab and add to how hard you will sob when watching this movie.
The acting I will have to give a 10 because of the little girl who, in all honesty, made the whole movie. Her acting was so real that you could feel her pain, just watching her made your heart ache.
I watched this awhile ago, but the music isn't memorable but it isn't distracting either. It helps create the mood, and doesn't overshadow the movie.
I gave this an overall 10 because I watched this movie on a Korean airlines plane, in broad daylight among many other passengers and still managed to shamefully sob because the movie really does break your heart. It's especially fun to watch a stranger watch this movie next to you and laugh when they try so hard to not cry. This movie will stay with you, I suggest it to anyone who doesn't mind crying a bit.

So I rated this movie so high because I really wasn't expecting to like it, but by the end I was bawling like a baby, and any film that can do that is a good one in my books.

I adore Jang Geun Suk and I was really looking forward to this movie. And I usually try hard not to compare remakes to originals, so that I can better appreciate each one on their own merit. But this movie was an absolute mess.
Sometimes a movie/drama is vastly different from the original source material and I'm glad of it - Paradise Kiss is one example. Didn't like the original story, loved the movie (just my opinion, don't slay me). But You're My Pet is not one of those situations. The manga is awesome. The Jdrama was great, even though it didn't feel complete. The movie? Totally lost sight of the original story and the motivation behind the characters' behavior. It was shallow, trite, and farcical.
I know there's only so much that can be done in the short time given to a movie, and that was part of the problem. If there was going to be a Korean remake of this manga, it should've been a drama, not a movie. I think, given a different writer and director, the same actors could've done a much better job in a drama setting where the story and the characters could've been fleshed out and so much important stuff wouldn't have to be skipped for the sake of time. So I don't blame JGS or Kim Ha Neul, I blame the writer and director and whoever thought it was better to make a movie and not a drama.

At first, main theme of the story might make you remember a French movie series called "The Transporter", but, no need to give a damn about that...'cause, "Quick" is one hell of a movie which'll make you laugh so hard that your mom sitting next room might end up thinking her kid's gone mad (at least, my mom thought so...LOL)!!
And, GOSH! the cast was totally PERFECT for this movie...they made those funny dialogues WAY-TOO-HARD-TO-TAKE-IN without going L-O-L...I mean they were AWESOME...specially when CURSING (and, your little-bit-Korean-language-knowing might add some extra saucing to the fun)!!!
Definitely, it's a movie which you might want to enjoy on a holiday when you've nothing to do and there's some extra lazy time to spare!
So, I say...grab some snakes, go get cozy in front of your PC and have some good laughs watching Lee Min Ki riding a HOT BIKE going nuts while cursing like HELL!!! Anyong!!! ^-^*

Casting: Cha Seung-Won won 2003 Baeksang Arts Awards: Best Actor for this movie. I not need to say more. He just too versatile and has wide range of acting skills.
