This drama is really worth sinking your teeth into it -it's so good! It is inherently an investigative procedural with a supernatural twist that doesn't make you cringe because you may have a what the heck was those fx effects for. With each episodes the writers peels away layers of the story to ultimately reveal motives of the human heart. Our leading man Yun Jung Hoon in the role of prosecutor Min Tae Yeon uses his Vampiric prowess to solve violent crimes and I have to say that his portrayal his just perfect if you can look away of the eyeliner that in my opinion is just put a little to excess. The truth is in the blood--a taste of a victim's blood shows him glimpses of the last moments before death. Thrilling, sympathetic and so fresh--this show is a pleasure to watch. The biggest mystery surrounds Prosecutor Min Tae Yoon, tragic past in tow, who was turned into a Vampire under murky circumstances by an unknown sire. We're given juicy tidbits of clues along the way, and episodes are getting more interesting as characters continue to develop and the story gains depth. Top ratings for this innovative new drama--one of the best I've seen. A big reveal in EP 11...what a twist! And season 2 is being strongly considered right now. My only complaint and just because of that I did not give the drama a 10 is Lee Young Ah as Yoo Jung In the daughter of a mafia leader ( reveal in ep 10) who to escape her upbringing decided to live for the law. I don't really know how to get along with her characters , her acting seems force and her action rash, it seems to me like the writers don't really know what to do with her characters. Other than that nothing much to say now.

Serina loves her husband a lot. She lives only to please him and is more than happy to do so. She doesn’t understand that this sort of clingy behaviour is the reason why her husband, Fumi-kun, doesn’t want to be around her anymore. But all that changes when she meets Jinnai, a private detective who was originally tracking Serina.

Serina starts working for Jinnai and each episode chronicles a case she’s working on. The case plays a role with her own love life and she starts to change for the better. Plus, it looks like Jinnai starts looking at her in a different light too.

There is also Fumi-kun, Serina’s despicable husband. He’s involved with his boss, the Chief. The reasons why he’s doing this is for Serina’s dad, but the entire situation between them is getting messier with each passing episode. The actor is quite good. You go from hating Takefumi, to liking him. I was surprised how my feelings changed.

The show has a great story, the characters are not only wonderfully acted but show growth as well. The last scene in the show was predictable, but it fit the light theme of this drama.

Definitely check this out! This is not only cute, but as the series goes on it really sucks you in.

This is the first K-Drama that I've completed that I wish I would've skipped. I was tempted to stop watching after the first few episodes, mainly because of the annoying main character, but I listened to posts that claimed that it would eventually get much better. Though the story started to unfold into a somewhat interesting revenge mystery, the main character's actions continued to annoy me up until episode 15. Her transformation took too long for me, and I had no sympathy for her at all, even in the fat suit.

I watched this drama without any excitement, sometimes taking two days to watch one episode, and it was a struggle to complete all 16 episodes. The only entertaining thing about this drama was Park Shi Hoo, who played charming and mysterious very well. Once he left the screen, I was no longer interested in what was happening. Some of the supporting cast were decent, but the 2nd male romantic lead was a complete bore. Eventually a secondary romance started to unfold, and it was extremely hard not to fast forward through their scenes. They should have made the drama shorter instead.

I gave the music a low score, because I often found it distracting, and at times out of place. During a somber moment, having someone belt out "GoodBYEEEE my princess", or listening to the korean version of "oops, i did it again", didn't really work for me.

The few cute romantic scenes, and a decent mystery, couldn't make up for a hard to root for main character in my opinion. Maybe I would have liked it better with a different lead actress. Overall, I did like the way the drama ended, but I was more relieved that it was finally over.

Yes this is a must see. You already know the synopsis, but after the first episode this drama is totally addicting, I was late for work, messed up on finals , stayed up till the crack of dawn to watch it. Although there is no romance , there is evil plotting, cool fights, love triangles, serious romance, and straight up tragedy.
This is what I like to call a romantic tragedy because throughout the whole drama your heart literally bleeds for the characters. You want them to be together, you want them to have a happy ending but you do not know this will end. I believe that speaks volumes to the actors performances. First, Park Shi Hoo, who is hot, but wayyyy hotter when he goes to the dark side than when he is all smiles. (fangirl faint) He was incredible against Moon Chae Won who could easily have replaced and been better than anything that Koo Hye Soon is in. Two were believable lovers and just by their gazes you could tell what was up. In a side note I almost always hate Hong Soo Hyun because she’s always playing a evil chick, but that ferocity was good here.
Character wise the characters were pretty stagnant, and I loved it. I absolutely hate it when the female lead is strong and speaks her mind in the beginning but in the end wimps out, but that doesn’t happen here and I loved it all the more.
I could go on forever but, the drama is lengthy but not boring- I must confess to a little fast forwarding through the fights. A great historical drama that will not leave you wishing it was a modern day one. This drama really makes you question if love could ever really be like what you just saw on your computer screen.

This show captivated me from the first episode. I loved how complex the storyline is: from the president, to the father, to the prosecutor.....every single link between the characters seemed real, believable, and relevant. It will get you thinking for a few episodes - and doubting characters. Is he "bad"? Or is he the "good" guy?

The acting was fantastic in my opinion. Lee Min Ho, Lee Joon Hyuk's acting chops were superb. Special mention goes out to Kim Sang Joong (Jin Pyo) and Hwang Sun Hee (Saehee). Sang Joong's portrayal of Jinpyo was so good, i hated him (and felt pity for him) so much! And i loved the character Saehee, although she was a supporting role. Chemistry between Min Ho and Min Young was amazing and you can't help falling in love with them ♥♥ (there's a reason why they're dating~~)

The cinematography was fabulous, all the shots, explosions, stunts were meticulously planned and it really got my heart racing a little bit faster. This drama was everything IRIS was not - it had amazing action directors and cinematography.

All in all, City Hunter is a drama worth watching. 10점 만점에 10점!

I admit, when I heard of the news that my favourite manga/anime was going to be turned into a live-action, I wasn't exactly thrilled. Look what happened to Paradise Kiss! Sure it was fluffy, but the content and depth of the story was gone. But well Ouran isn't exactly full of depth and content, but certain elements are still important, for instance Tamaki's concept of "family" and the deep "family" feelings that the hosts possess. And when the news was out, I was thinking "No one can play the role of hunny-senpai, no one will be as lovely as Tamaki, no one can portray the twins' devious-ness..." Yamamoto Yusuke didn't look the part of Tamaki (but played it well), the choice for hunny-senpai and mori totally crushed me; mori is supposed to be tall, dark and handsome, while hunny-senpai is supposed to be totally adorable ;_;

But... this drama turned out surprisingly nice! I must say, I WORSHIP DAITO SHUNSUKE. Is there even a better choice for someone else to play the role of Kyoya in this drama?!?!?!?! Daito was so... cool. suave. so dreamy x___x (especially in the bed scene KYAAAA) The twins had the look of devious-ness, while haruhi (played by kawaguchi haruna) was alright (much better than maeda atsuko in hana kimi remake). At least her cross-dressing didn't make me want to kill her and rip off her wig -_-

Whoops have I fangirled too much? I apologise. But isn't the point of Ouran fangirling? Yes it is. WELL ALRIGHT this concludes the review! This live-action didn't make me cringe, it didn't make me yearn for SOME characters (ohhh hunny T_T), and it has succeeded in making me anticipate the movie!! NICHKHUN AS A PRINCE, ANYONE? :>

This drama was rather disappointing, for me. I watched it for Ariel Lin, whose dramas I enjoy (ISWAK2, Love Contract, etc.). And finally, she was being paired with someone else other than Joe Cheng! This drama kicked off with a fresh new start, with a different feel as compared to the new Taiwanese Idol Dramas in the current scene. However, by the 6th/7th episode, it had turned itself into another boring drama with Li Da Ren as the Noble Idiot and Ding Li Wei being a man bitch. Not going to spoil any further, but I must mention that the last episode totally made up for the lack of fluffiness and sweet scenes between the two leads!

Bolin Chen shone in his role as Li Da Ren, the perfect boyfriend and best friend. Sunny Wang, fresh to the entertainment scene, is rather good-looking and charimastic but he is covered in tattoos (which is rather frightening), but he played the role of Ding Li Wei rather well. Sadly to say, Ariel disappointed me (maybe my expectations were too high), she carried her role well in the first few, but turned into a crying mess halfway through the drama. Well, maybe the script writer is to blame for this incident.

Yup, that's it for the review. I must say I love the title in spite of the disappointment I faced! "In Time With You" : isn't it so much better than let's say... Love Keeps Going, Momo Love, Romantic Princess... please don't bash me; I love Cyndi Wang and Wuzun, but I just had to state some examples T_T

So What to say about this one, if that it's really not a drama that should be compared to Coffee Prince , because in my opinion they have nothing to do with one another. Don't get me wrong I like 1st Stop Coffee Prince , but I have to admit that the story line in this one is better. This is probably not one of Ariel best characters but there's no doubt in my mind that she's a really talented actress, for that her and Wilson make you come back week after week to find out what they are going to do next. In time with you is really one of the Best Taiwan Drama I have seen so far , and probably one of the best Asian drama I have seen this year. And seriously the ending was just perfect, it was really worth all those weeks of frustration. But this Drama is totally recommendable because it as the perfect balance of wistfulness, drama, humor and it's really childish yet mature. A real regal for the senses.

I decided to watch this drama as a sort of timepass and because it had Oh Ji Ho. Needless to say I wasn't expecting much but here's where Get Karl, Oh Soo Jung surprised me somewhat. Here's one drama, which gets rid of the traditional Miss Goody-two-shoes self-sacrificing Kdrama heroine who cries buckets whenever things go wrong in her life and embraced the idea of a strong woman who unabashedly confesses to be a gold-digger, as its lead. And who better than a great actress like Uhm Jung Hwa to do this character justice?! The story was a bit unconventional, so was the relationship between the leads...but both Oh Ji Ho and Jung Hwa had terrific chemistry throughout. The plot drags considerably after episode 10, when stupid misunderstandings crop up. Instead of being brave and fessing up, the hero chickens out and gives the bad girl the advantage and they take this long meandering route towards reconciliation. I was expecting more spine from Oh Ji Ho's character and in that respect I was sorely disappointed. Coming to the side characters, the friendship between Soo Jung and her two girlfriends provides lots of comic relief and Karl's manager who speaks Korean with an artificial American accent and Soo Jung's teenage brother are hilarious as well. All in all, a good watch but not remarkable.

This review may contain spoilers
-Note: contains minor spoilers, read at your own discretion.-

I was a little disappointed with this drama mainly because it started out very promising. The beginning episodes were perfect in every aspect possible, but unfortunately, the story just dragged on. We had the same premise for 12 episodes: boy and girl have been best friends for years, boy is secretly in love with girl, girl is in a relationship with someone else... nothing more. While I was ok with this premise, I did not expect it to be the ONLY aspect of the entire story, which is how it turned out to be. But this is my biggest complaint about this drama (granted it is a very large issue).

The three things I look for in a drama are story, acting and directing. I have discussed my issues with the story, but there are also praises to be given. There were many deep messages and metaphors hidden in this drama were very well though out. I was enjoying these but they started to become scarce as the story progressed.

The acting was exceptional. Ariel Lin never disappoints, and while I have never seen any other work Berlin Chen has done, he was very well suited for the part of Li Da Ren. While Ariel and Berlin had great chemistry when they were just friends, that chemistry didn't extend to when they were a couple. It may have been due to their being friends for nearly 13 episodes, but I just couldn't see them in a romantic relationship.

Now for the directing... The directing in this drama was beyond brilliant for the first 5 or so episodes, and again, it began to get a little lazy, though never bad. I loved the whole clocks appearing everywhere for a woman who is obsessed with time and aging. The dream sequences were also filmed nicely, but my favorite part of the directing was the phone calls. I absolutely adored how the director portrayed Da Ren and You Qing's close relationship by having them appear to be so near each other, when they were actually cities, or even countries, apart.

My final evaluation of In Time With You is that it is a very enjoyable drama. While not perfect, I do not regret watching it nor do I think anyone will. If I were to review this drama based on the first half of the series, this would be a very different review, but due to the laziness of the second half, these were my overall thoughts.

This was an absolutely brilliant movie! I have no other way of explaining it. At first I didn't want to watch it because I thought it was going to be a really sad movie, but it wasn't at all. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone. I'm surprised no one else has rated this yet, it was really good!

Okay so this drama has gotten a lot of heat for the topics that are covered and the outrageous of the show in general...

First, I found the topic of weightloss very interesting. I think they did a good job of covering all aspects such as positives and negatives of weightloss as well as her losing weight both in an unhealthy and healthy way. I know I learned a lot from watching the show. I did think it was annoying that she rebounded many times throughout. I think it was more than 4 times or something. Watching all the cakes being made really made me want to make some as well. They were so pretty and looked like they tasted like heaven. The ending was cute.

The acting was superb especially by the female lead. I thought the character was annoying and outrageously naive at some parts but it just showed what kind of an actress Saki is. Mokomichii was cute as always but his character was over the top as well. Somehow though they both make the perfect couple and complete each other. I liked the supporting characters they really added something.

Overall Rebound is silly but also serious at the same time. I rated it so high because I love the cast and it was very very entertaining.

This movie is so beautiful... Why ? First, the actors are great. We feel the love between the two caracters. Secondly, the story is moving to the point of crying. Finally, throughout the film, you never get bored, you cry when the Queen is crying, you smile when the Queen or the hero smiles, you're part of history !
Tip: watch it !!

Well I can tell you that you certainly won't be bored while watching this series!

From the very beginning you are rooting for Jang Geum, our heroine. And a heroine of her time is something she truly was!

She faces every problem with a strong will and pure heart, she is a true fighter in the sense that she never gives up.

I recommend this drama to anyone who likes historical dramas that also contain drama, a well developed plot and a broad cast of characters that will make you laugh, cry, be infuriated and much, much more!!!

I hope that anyone considering this series will give it a go because anyone who doesn't watch this will have missed a great show!!

It will always be warmly recommended by me and I hope others will feel the magic of this show as well...

When I watched the first episode of prosecutor princess, I thought it would the same storyline of many Korean dramas - a spoiled girl learns lessons in life and falls in love.

I'm 100% sure this is the best drama I've ever seen, it's my favorite. There's romance (not your standard Korean romance, too. At least not with the male lead choice), amazing acting and a wonderful cast, mystery, and emotional drama.

I recommend this drama. It will make you laugh like hell (I scared everyone around me), make you go "awww", and cry (I had to keep a box of tissues around in the last couple of episodes).
