OMG, a powerhouse of a story
I wasn’t sure what to make of this drama so I restarted it a few times (ok the first 20 minutes depressed the heck outta me) but then…Bam… I was hooked. The story is heartbreaking, heartwarming and so powerful. Jackson Yee’s performance blew me away and his grandmother was incredible too. The Golden Rooster was deservedSo refreshing to watch something like this that highlights the struggles people with physical disabilities face.

Would I watch it again? Absolutely

toxic drama the FL sucks , she is such a red flag
After episode 8, for me, this drama's rating dropped from 10 to 2.The SML things that he is the boss in their House and family. Is so upsetting. How can you impose yourself in such a way between members who try to raise and make a program for a baby. The words and the way he speaks to Tae Hyeong is crazy. Is like in the Positively yours drama.
The FL is such a red flag.
The FL does not have any connection with the baby. Do you see it? She is not amused at all. it's crazy how he let herself be in a connection with her boss, the first love. Immature, not attractive, luck of emotional intelligence. and fisicaly she is looking like a teenager not a woman. Please eat something.
The baby and the ML needs a new house and a mature woman.
And other thing that I don't like is the father. He does not deserve anything from his son. The better way is to stay away, and only if the son want s to connect to be their, but I hope not. A parent that treats his own child like this does not deserve any future connection. The father is intrusive. and talks like an unloved child to the neighbors with Woo Hyeon Jin he wants to have a relationship with his son like nothing happens.
if you will have a father like this one, don't forget you have the right to say to him NO, you can protect yourself mentally and emotionally from a trauma like this. You can forgive him, for yourself, to set your soul free, but you can say no, I don't want to see you never again. You can choose the type of relationship you want, even if he is your father. Dont let yourself cut in the story of a good family. If is not real for you is correct .
The way they put again in 2026 the abuse of a child from adults, as the child is blamed for the father mistake with money. It's unlivable how the Korean adults treats children.
I love the baby, I love how Tae Hyeong green flag is. I hopped for a good drama. I love his talent with photography. And for the fist time I feel a FL deserves another woman in his life, not a teenager like Woo Hyeon Jin.

Dreams
Short but still complete. There are parts of the story that I wish had been included, but in only 30 minutes, this film manages to present a multi-layered and complete narrative. The main story takes place in the past, but we also see the characters in the present. The central theme is first romance, but there is also a subplot about high school life. The driving force of the story is music and art, but the most important message concerns our life dreams. So, on one level, this is a reminder of our first love, but it is elevated to deliver an important message about life dreams. The act of dreaming is sometimes even more important than the achievement itself. The actors and the production are very good. Better then in some feature movies. This is, all in all, a nice story — something we have seen before — but it is still refreshing and pure, and I can recommend it to everyone.

A Beautiful Xianxia With Great Visuals Working As A Healing Ointment For Princess Agents Fans
This Xianxia was beautiful with gorgeous visuals. There is nothing to say about the lead's chemistry. The story was good, even though not great. The ending was very beautiful, and I loved that there was a whole episode of the leads leading a leisurely life. This was a healing ointment for the Princess Agents fans like me. The story started a bit slow, and I felt it dragged a bit in the middle. It could have been a bit short. The cinematography was absolutely beautiful, and the CGI Chicken (Phoenix Bird) was a bit too cute. It was a great one-time watch. Was this review helpful to you?
Slow paced but all in all pretty good
This drama is really slow paced, but the cinematography is just perfect. Also the lighting was on point. Won Ji-an really surprised me—her acting in the emotional scenes feels pretty good. Pair that with Park Seo-joon’s more grounded, mature vibe, and you get a story that’s super moody and authentic. Honestly, a vibe. Was this review helpful to you?
Finally A Dark Creepy Mystery Thriller That Manages To Deliver What It Promised
The script was absolutely great in my opinion. The cases were actually mysterious and managed to keep me engaged as a viewer. The drama has managed to maintain its dark vibe till the end. The cases felt unique and actually creepy to me. Wang Xing Yue was brilliant here. This is not a romance drama, and I loved that it did not focus much on the romance. Those who might be watching this drama for romance might be really disappointed. But the relationship portrayed between the characters was natural and nice to watch. The only downside is that it really dragged a bit in terms of episode number. Towards the end, I was really impatient to know who Yesha was. But still, he really was a formidable, dead smart villain that I enjoyed watching. Both the protagonist and antagonist were toe-to-toe and were outwitting each other. It was really refreshing. The script and cinematography were solid. I would absolutely recommend this drama. Was this review helpful to you?
Masterfully Crafted Drama with Outstanding Acting and a Powerful Ending”
Overall, the drama was impressively crafted. Despite the slow pacing and the complex narrative at the beginning, the story gradually unfolded into something far more engaging and meaningful. What some viewers interpreted as “flaws” in directing were, in fact, deliberate choices that added depth and psychological weight to the plot once you looked at it from a broader perspective. The standout element of the entire series was undeniably Ryeoun’s performance. From the very first episodes, he portrayed a calm, emotionally restrained, and psychologically intricate character with remarkable precision. His acting elevated the drama and carried its most intense moments.
Since the script is adapted from a novel, the narrative was already well-structured, and the director succeeded in translating it into a visually compelling work. Most of the cast delivered solid performances—especially Lee Woo-Gyeom and the lawyer—while a few roles felt less fitting, such as the prosecutor’s.
As a whole, the series achieves a near-perfect balance between tension, emotion, and moral ambiguity. I would confidently rate it 9/10.
The ending was especially striking. The final two episodes were the strongest in the entire series—powerful, emotional, and beautifully executed. Although a few details remained ambiguous, the conclusion was artistically satisfying.
The choice to have the public believe he died—as both a serial killer and an unexpected savior—served as a meaningful closure to his arc. His “death” symbolized the end of his suffering, the end of the failed treatments, and the end of the life that was taken from him.
Yet the reveal that he is still alive, known only to the lawyer, offered a subtle, poetic resolution. He wasn’t kept alive to continue saving others, but to finally reclaim the life he lost because of those who exploited him.
In the end, his character embodies both justice and tragedy—deserving death for the lives he took, but also deserving life for the people he saved and for the injustice he endured. It was a bold, thoughtful, and emotionally resonant conclusion that made the drama truly unforgettable

It would not fair to pick your favorite drama of the year from the first drama you watch
Love Between Lines offers a refreshing twist on modern romance by blending a murder-mystery game world with real-life relationships. The three-layer dynamic (game partners, landlord-tenant, and boss-employee) keeps the story engaging and gives the romance space to develop gradually. The immersive Republic-era game arcs are visually striking and emotionally symbolic, adding depth beyond a typical idol drama. The chemistry between the leads strengthens over time, especially once the emotional walls start coming down. However, the early episodes can feel confusing due to timeline shifts, and some romantic developments feel slightly rushed.
Overall, it’s a stylish, layered romance with a unique concept. Not flawless, but memorable and more ambitious than the average modern C-drama.

Best Thriller Series of 2026
For me, this was the best mystery-thriller drama I’ve watched. I lived through every emotion with it — anxiety, tension, overthinking, sadness and crying, even laughter. Every single moment in the series grabbed my attention and made me think and analyze what would happen next. Bloody Flower is truly one of the best mystery-thriller dramas. Some people may disagree, but for me, its story is unique, complex, and revolves around a difficult moral dilemma.Ryeoun’s acting? There’s no question about it — it’s absolutely phenomenal! Honestly, even though I knew he was talented, since this was his first psycho role, I was a bit worried he wouldn’t pull it off 100%. But he nailed the role of the serial killer and the savior of the world. He managed to bring to life a complex, mysterious, provocative character filled with coldness but also subtle kindness — all in one character: Lee Woo Gyeom. One of the best psycho characters in K-dramas. Ryeoun mastered every scene, portrayed the character exactly as required, and even the Korean audience is impressed with his performance. And even if some people think the story itself isn’t strong, Ryeoun carried the entire series on his shoulders 🤍.
The courtroom scenes were so enjoyable, especially when Lee Woo Gyeom provoked them with his confidence that he wouldn’t get the death penalty. The scenes with the lawyer were beyond words. Their chemistry was incredible until the very last episode. I loved their relationship, even though it was complicated — “killer and lawyer” — but it captured my heart and emotions. The father-daughter dynamic, the lawyer doing everything for his daughter, and Lee Woo Gyeom’s determination to save her also deeply affected me. From the first episode to the last, I have to admit — this drama is strong, amazing, and high-quality, with all due respect ❤️.
As for Song Dong Il — honestly, he was amazing. This was my first time seeing him act, and his performance was really good. He matched perfectly with Ryeoun’s acting, creating an incredible mix. He conveyed the emotions of a father worried for his daughter — a lawyer who compromises his morals to defend a killer just for his daughter! Truly brilliant 👏🏻.
As for geum saerok — this was also my first time seeing her act. Honestly, her performance wasn’t very strong, maybe because the role didn’t suit her. I think this type of role isn’t really for her, or this particular character was a bit unfair to her. If another actress had played it, it might have worked better. That said, I really liked her chemistry with Ryeoun — it was really, really good 🥹🤍.
After the last two episodes, I can confidently say that the series is extremely strong and well-rounded. They clarified the important and ambiguous points, and I'm happy that it ended with a logical conclusion.

A Healthy Portrayal of Enemies To Lovers
This drama had a nice, healthy relationship portrayal of the Enemies to Lovers trope. I felt the character of Wei Shao was toned down a bit too much from the novel, almost making his character a bit unrealistic. The drama version was a lot better, though I felt the writers toned down the novel's dark vibes a bit too much. But still, the casting, visuals, and OST were great. I loved that the leads had a respectful and healthy relationship. They always talked things out between themselves. It was a very nice change. The cinematography was gorgeous. The costume and makeup of the female lead were top-notch. Song Zu Er was looking so gorgeous that I could hardly take my eyes off her. I enjoyed watching this drama. Was this review helpful to you?
One of The Best Xianxia Drama With Electrifying Chemistry Between The Leads
Though this is basic Xianxia drama, I was pleasantly surprised. It had great visuals, acting, ost and absolutely insane chemistry between the leads. The cinematography was absolutely gorgeous. It's been a long time since I watched a good Xianxia drama. Arthur Chen as Sima Jiao was absolutely brilliant. He suited the character really well. Wang Yinglu was great as well. The flow of the story was good as well. The only problem I had was that the Mortal Realm track was too short, while the Demon Realm arc was dragged a bit. They had followed the novel pretty well, and though I would have loved to see the original ending of the novel, they could have shown one more episode of the Mortal Realm. But still, I am happy that they gave the audience a happy ending. I absolutely loved this drama. I would love to watch Arthur Chen and Wang Yinglu together in another drama in the future. Was this review helpful to you?

short sweet sad adorable but enjoyable!
Definitely an unexpected drama with an unexpected ending and unexpected emotions and a lot of unexpectedness! It was a lot of sadness wrapped up in a lot of cuteness. It kind of had a bit of everything. This storyline without it being too much. It was an easy watch for me but by the end I was definitely feeling very emotional.
I almost felt a bit sad in the end. It was a happy ending but it was a sad happy ending. They all grew up and they all moved on almost not the usual everybody’s together. Everything is as it should be (though I guess everything is as it should be) but just seeing the brothers part was bittersweet.
It was a shame to know that the brother put his life on hold, but it was nice to know that their relationship was still a positive one although by the end I wasn’t sure whether it was but I think it did stay positive. He they do love each other. It was just odd how they almost adopted a parent child relationship when they were brothers.
Little lion was so adorable how cute was he throughout the series?! it was quite a heavy topic he was involved in in his mum and then the guy helping them out as well??
I didn’t feel sorry for the father maybe I am being harsh but we didn’t get much of a storyline for him..
There was a second storyline of a group of murders? I would have liked more on that I couldn’t tell if the father was involved or not I felt like he was but he wasn’t. I’m not sure?
Overall, I’m glad I watched this series. It was short sweet sad adorable but enjoyable!

Utterly joyous insanity
Fondly dedicated to all children, Demon of the Lute is a charmingly frantic mix of high-energy style and lighthearted but utterly joyous insanity. Bridging the gap between younger audiences and adult genre fans, the film is filled to the brim with outrageously over-the-top and beautifully inventive slapstick wire-fu, exceptionally vibrant colours and a truly magical atmosphere, all directed with pulpy confidence by Tang Tak-Cheung in one of only two films he ever directed, which in itself is a crime. A gloriously knockabout romp never takes its foot off the accelerator that gifts us Lee Hoi San with a big red afro, a hero with a gigantic pair of golden scissors, a fight between a hero and an Alsatian drawn carriage, dolls emitting fireworks that warn of danger, villains with extending beards and appendages… madness goes on and on to the point where you wish it'd never stop. Obviously, it's all a bit narratively uneven, and the characters are very much sketch work, but when it comes to the visuals, the film is incredible; plenty of lavish sets, heavy lighting, wacky visual effects and boldly spectacular action that drive the film consistently forward. The performances are all solid, with the cast clearly having an absolute blast with their roles, while the soundtrack is a bizarre mishmash of upbeat rock and roll as power, talent, and obsession blur together. Although it probably all ends up as a step too far for some people, Demon of the Lute marks itself out as a truly uproarious children's film that can be enjoyed by any age. Then again, how can you not love a film that ends with a rousing speech delivered by a talking parrot? Was this review helpful to you?
A Cinematic Feast
This drama has the perfect balance of Angst and Comedy. The story and acting were brilliant with top-tier cinematography. Cheng Lei especially looked majestic in his gorgeous robes and styling. By far, he has had the best styling among all the characters he played. His acting was the icing on the cake. He perfectly portrayed the role of a mad king. Wang Churan also did great. The entire cast did a great job. The flow of the story was great and well-balanced. Overall, it was such a visual feast, and I absolutely loved it.Was this review helpful to you?
I forgot how much I loved this show ~
After the second part, and after announcing this sequel I decided that I won't watch it because I had my closure and the HE in the second part already, and despite having some loose ends here and there, they were not enough to tempt me to watch what happens next. That been said, when I found out that it's actually the beginning of everything, a sequel that is telling the story of what happened before the first part, their meeting and how everything starts I was excited tbh~
Now about this sequel, it is as great as it can get, the thing is, you see it with a different eye since you already know what is going to happen and that everything will be alright sooner or later.
There is no mystery or anything, you just enjoy the moments happening between the two leads and how they slowly fall in love as spirits.
Personally, I think this is the best part out of the trilogy, despite being an original work and not in the source material, but it have the same feeling of the first 2 parts that you won't tell the difference, and because as I said we know what will happen, I wasn't really scared that something is going to happen, or that they'll surprise us with anything.
I love the two main characters, their interactions are the best and has some comical side too, I can watch them together forever, partially because the awkward panicking FL X calm and composed ML is one of my favourite tropes, also the two leads chemistry was spectacular, they just look good together and they also fit their roles like a glove.
I wanted to keep my review short, but obviously I couldn't, because this was really amazing and I've enjoyed it so much~~
it reminded me of how I felt when I watched the first 2 parts and how much I enjoyed them, I remember having some stuff that I couldn't stomach so I opted for not rewatching the whole thing all over and just enjoy these short 3 episodes and call it a day.
Highly recommended part, this is by far the only one that didn't piss me off somehow, cause no cliffhanger ends, no loose ends, simply a very light and cute short story that if you - like me- liked the first 2 parts, you will definitely love this one ~~
