I initially picked up "Lie to Me" to see Yoon Eun Hye in a new drama. I was very excited and immediately fell in love with the show. The premise was a little rediculous but I loved how the story flowed and the character interactions.

If I were to review this show at the first 10 episodes I could give it great marks. It was really my favorite drama at the time. But once the writer change happened at episode 11 this show became one of the biggest disappointments.

In the beggining Ah Jung's relationshpi with Sang Hee was great and I couldn't help but root for him as a second lead. Ki Joon was a little cold at first and it seemed like it took a while for Kang Ji Hwan to feel completely comfortable in his role but once Ki Joon started to develop feelings for Ah Jung it was great. It was fun to see him jokingly tease her but still be a little cold to her. They also had great chemistry, the 'cola' scene was one of the funniest and romantic moments I've seen in a drama.

At episode 11 the whole show changed with the writer change. All of a sudden Ki Joon's character was nice and friendly and Sang Hee (as well as the secretary) seemed to be no where. The side stories/relationships changed quite drastically as well. The whole atmosphere, including the music, became lighthearted and brought back more of a 'comedy' feel. But it was a very different 'comedy' feeling than the first half.

I feel like I could go back and rewatch episodes from the beginning but as a whole this show was too much of a disappointment for me to ever consider rewatching. I loved the cast but the writer change really killed my love for the show.

I'm not 100% sure how i feel about this drama because there were some parts I really liked but then there were some aspects that I just didn't like.

I just want to say how refreshing it was to see a female lead who stood her ground. She was strong, had a good job, and thankfully there wasn't any unnecessary drama because both sides didn't dwindle on anything for more than a few minutes in the episodes.

Story was a little..too unrealistic but it is a drama. typical rich guy, average girl just with a different twist on how they meet. But I liked both of the main characters and the supporting cast. Yoon Eun Hye and Kang Ji Hwan had good chemistry together. The funny scenes with them were probably the best thing about this whole drama.

I do feel that this drama was dragged on and shouldn't have been 16 episodes long. somewhere in the middle is was getting a little boring and you'd (possibly) start skipping through scenes. I could see this being 14 episodes and still being good. Also, I don't know how to say this without spoiling so I'll try and describe this without much detail. There was something I didn't like about how the two leads started to get closer. It didn't seem right, like there wasn't a flow for Kang Ji Hwan's character. It seemed his personality did a complete 180 and though adorable, threw me off a little. Maybe that'll make more sense when you watch it.

One thing I really did like was the music, especially one song by M to M. It was a perfect insert song and has been on repeat for a while.

Not sure if I'd ever rewatch this entire drama again, maybe i'll watch an episode or two that I know I liked but once was enough for me. I would recommend this drama to those who are bored and have nothing to watch.

this was boring. I couldn't even get through half of it. The main problems are the weak premise and setup, and the *annoying* lead character. She's overacting the WHOLE time: constantly flipping her hair around, flailing her arms..nobody acts like that in their daily life...and she is constantly whining while exhibiting this overdone quirky behavior. Its unnatural, annoying, and doesn't help to endear you to her or her humanity as a character at all. The director should've told her to tone down the quirkiness so that her emotions and feelings could be discerned amidst all of her excessively *spastic mannerisms*. You'll see what I mean when you watch the first episode. If it were cute or funny, it wouldn't be a problem but it is too extra and unnatural so it stands out in a bad way. The main character nor this show are funny or interesting enough to make up for the strained writing and acting.

I liked the show at the beginning, but it started feeling as an anti-climax as the end was near. I was really disappointed by the final episode. I don't know, it just wasn't what I expected.

I liked the story though, I just kinda felt the magic was gone in the middle of the series.

The music was really great, I loved every song (and downloaded them).

The actors were also good, although it wasn't always believable (partly the story to blame), I enjoyed watching Ah Jung's crazy outbursts.

Re-watch value is low, since this is a series I won't forget so easily and I personally don't like re-watching things, but that can differ for each person individually.

Overall, I would give this series an 8, because it kept me interested till the end and that is the meaning of a show, so they succeeded in this. This drama is recommendable, since I really wanted to keep watching and knowing what happened next. That's the thing that counts, isn't it?

I hope this helps ;)

I was excited to watch this because I was impressed with YEH\''\''s acting in Take Care of the Young Lady. It was a different role. However I was quickly underwhelemed by Lie To Me.

The story starts off really funny like most romantic comedies but soon went off to an angsty direction. Some episodes were more entertaining than others but overall the plot was shall i say boring? I feel liked nothing happened and as the episodes went on it became harder for me to finish each episode. The ending was cute as least.

The entire cast was really great. If it wasn\''\''t for them I definitely would have stopped watching. The supporting cast really was wonderful.

The OST is another plus. Went on my ipod right away.

I don\''\''t have any plans to rewatch this because the story is tooo forgettable.

Overall the cast and OST are what make this drama great.

Lie to Me was my very first drama. It was recommendation for my netflix queue. I clicked on the because the title was catchy and the cover image was intriguing. My first thoughts watching it was that, please forgive me, it was stupid . . . but I continued watching it! The story had me hooked! And the lead actor wasn't bad on the eyes either.

This drama was truly amazing, I loved every second of it. Though some people said it went downhill from episode 11 because of the change in writers or whatever I didnt take notice to that much of a change. The two lead actors- Yoon Eun Hye and Kang Ji Hwan had great chemistry too. At first I didnt really like Ki Joon and Ah Jeong together, actually I liked the younger brother better but that all changed. As the drama progressed I loved watching Ki Joon change because of Ah Jeong and I eventually started to love his character. There was even one point in the drama where I thought Wow! Ah Jeong has Ki Joon wrapped around her finger... what I also liked is that his feelings toward Ah Jeong didnt waver. The OST for Lie to Me was awesome to, I have most of the songs on my ipod now. Lastly I have to say Kang Ji Hwan looked like one Hell of a kisser! But, seriously, you have to watch Lie to Me :D

First of all: Is not a wonderful drama. Is funny, cute, romantic, but not wonderful. This drama had everything to be good: great actors, good director, interesting story ... But it was not quite what happened.

By the 10th episode the story is great, full of kisses and scenes, but over the course of chapters 12 and 13, the drama was in a strange rhythm and had no history.

There is nothing to be expected by the villains. They did nothing! Anyway, it's a good drama to spend time and give a few laughs, but make sure it will not add something in your life.

Love both of the main actor and actress's chemistry. They act naturally and look so compatible with each other. There are a few episodes that made me laugh and enjoy throughout the drama. Although I was expecting a few scene of marriage, they just end off nicely with narrations and few of the plot was incomplete such as Sang Hyi's life and whether the President Hyeon's aunt accepted Ah Jeong or not. Definitely will re-watch again some day especially Yoo Eun Hye is acting.

This is a really great drama but it was one of those normal dramas where the two main characters fall for each other but despite their differences in wealth it brought them trouble. It was just a normal drama for me but I still loved it. I love Yoon Eun Hye and Kang Ji Hwan's acting in this drama. They had really good chemistry. At some points the drama was boring and a lot of the things were very obvious and you would know what was going to happen later but it was still pretty good. I really enjoyed watching this drama. I laughed and cried like I normally did in a drama. It's definitely cute! Many times though it was a bit dragging and some of the events that happened in the drama didn't need to be there at all and were useless. The drama has its good points and bad points but it was still a good drama to look forward to every week. Another good drama is finished, sigh!!!

This drama isn't very original, but that isn't what matters here - what matters is the chemistry between the main couple. They're both lovable right off bat & with two compromising personalities you're definitely in for a fun, speedy, enjoyable - - not original - - watch. The soundtrack also corresponds perfectly with the theme & situations. One of my favorites so far in 2011!
