Jang So Yeon is confirmed to star alongside Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won in a new K-drama
Actor Ahn Jae Hyun will finally return to the KBS Drama Awards.
On December 26, media outlets shared that Ahn Jae Hyun will finally attend the KBS Drama Awards ceremony after eight years. Ahn Jae Hyun last attended the ceremony in 2015 because of his K-drama Blood with his ex-wife Gu Hye Seon.
The 2023 KBS Drama Awards ceremony will be held at the KBS Hall in Yeouido, Seoul on December 31, 2023. The upcoming ceremony will be hosted by Jang Sung Kyu, Rowoon, and Seol In Ah. It will be telecast at 9:25 PM KST.
Ahn Jae Hyun will be at the upcoming ceremony because of his hit weekend KBS K-drama The Real Has Come! wherein he worked alongside Baek Jin Hee, Cha Joo Young, Jung Eui Jae, Cha Hwa Yun, Kang Boo Ja, and more.
The Real Has Come! revolved around a Korean language instructor who got pregnant from her cheating boyfriend and a talented obstetrician and gynecologist who has no intention of getting married. Because of certain incidents, the two decided to enter a “fake” contractual relationship.
The K-drama received the highest rating of 23.9%. It aired from March until September 23 with a total of 50 episodes.
The Real Has Come! is the collaboration work of director Han Joon Seo and writer Jo Jung Joo.
The Real Has Come! was the comeback acting project of Ahn Jae Hyun after four years. This was also his grand return to KBS after eight years.
Ahn Jae Hyun is known for being part of the K-dramas Love with Flaws, The Beauty Inside, Reunited Worlds, Cinderella and the Four Knights, My Love from the Star, and more.
He is also famous for being part of the hit variety program New Journey to the West and Kang's Kitchen.
