Jang So Yeon is confirmed to star alongside Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won in a new K-drama
Go Kyung Pyo will reportedly return to the new season of "D.P."
In the first season, Go Kyung Pyo made a special appearance as Park Sung Woo, a D.P. Corporal. He worked closely with the main lead Jung Hae In the first episode.
On November 25, media outlet SPOTV News shared that Go Kyung Pyo will star in "D.P. Season 2." They also shared that the actor recently participated in the filming of the series.
There is no official confirmation yet if Go Kyung Pyo will return as a cameo once again or if he will officially join the series as part of the cast lineup.
"D.P. Season 2" will continue the journey of Ahn Jun Ho and Han Ho Yul, the current deserter pursuits (D.P.). The story will revolve around the two who will catch and chase military men that attempt to desert from service. The k-drama is based on the popular webtoon of the same name by Kim Bo Tong.
The first season was released in August 2021. It became loved not only in South Korea but also around the world and even entered the top 10 Netflix worldwide ranking.
The new season will be led by Jung Hae In, Koo Kyo Hwan, Kim Sung Kyun, Son Seok Koo, Ji Jin Hee, and Kim Ji Hyun
"D.P. Season 2" is currently in the middle of filming. There are no official details yet on the premiere of the second season. The series will exclusively premiere on Netflix.
Go Kyung Pyo has been busy all year long in 2022. He starred in several films such as "Haruki Urakai," "Decision to Leave," "6/45," and "Seoul Vibe." He also led the k-drama "Love in Contract" with Park Min Young, Kim Jae Young, Lee Joo Bin. Kang Hyung Suk, and Jin Kyung.
Before the year ends, Go Kyung Pyo will also star in the k-drama "Connect." He will also work with Jung Hae In the series along with other casts Kim Hye Joon, Jung Dong Hoon, Jang Gwang, and Kim Roe Ha.
