Kim Ha Neul is returning to KBS after eight years.
On April 25, media outlet Star News revealed that Kim Ha Neul will be the main lead of the upcoming KBS K-drama Let's Get Caught by the Neck (literal translation).
The upcoming K-drama Let's Get Caught by the Neck will be directed by Lee Ho. It will tell the story of a reporter who gets accused of being a murderer. The drama will showcase her process of finding the truth to clear her name. The series will be based on the popular Naver web novel.
Kim Ha Neul will play the role of Seo Jung Won, a special reporter who will be suspected of murdering a person.
There is no other confirmation yet on who will work alongside Kim Ha Neul in the upcoming KBS K-drama.
Let's Get Caught by the Neck is scheduled to begin filming in the second half of 2023. The upcoming K-drama will premiere on KBS and is planned to air in 2024.
This will be Kim Ha Neul's comeback to KBS after eight years. She last appeared in a KBS K-drama in 2016's On the Way to the Airport.
Before she stars in Let's Get Caught by the Collar, Kim Ha Neul will first lead the upcoming 2023 K-drama The Rich. She will be working alongside Rain and Shin Soo Jung.
Kim Ha Neul was last seen in the 2022 K-drama Kill Heel with Lee Hye Young, Kim Sung Ryung, Kim Jae Chul, Jung Eui Jae, and Moon Ji In.
