Yoo Jae Myung to meet Kim Soo Hyun in a new Disney+ K-drama
Actress Kim Hee Ae will join Sol Kyung Gu and Do Kyung Soo (EXO's D.O.) in the upcoming Korean film "The Moon".
On February 10, it was confirmed that top actress Kim Hee Ae will be joining the star-studded cast of the upcoming film "The Moon".
"The Moon" is about a man left alone in space, while another man on Earth is trying his best to save him.
Kim Hee Ae will play the role of the general director of NASA's space station. Do Kyung Soo will play the role of a man who is stuck in space after an unexpected accident. On the other hand, Sol Kyung Gu will be the man on Earth who will try to rescue Do Kung Soo's character in space.
Kim Hee Ae is one of the top actresses in Korea. In 2020, she dominated the drama world with "The World of the Married" together with Park Hae Joon and Han So Hee. She also starred in hit dramas like "Mrs. Cop", "Secret Love Affair", "Midas", "My Man's Woman" and more. Kim Hee Ae has also acted in many movies such as "Moonlit Winter", "The Vanished", and "C'est Si Bon" .
Many are already anticipating the movie because of its star-studded cast and unique plot. This will also be the return of Do Kyung Soo to acting after he was discharged from the military.
The production company behind the upcoming film Vlad Studio stated, "Please look forward to the synergy of the three casts' acting, new story to be presented by director Kim Yong Hwa, and the amazing visuals of the universe".
Filming will begin in the first half of this year. The movie will be directed by Kim Yong Hwa, who previously worked on the "Along With The Gods" series.
