Jang So Yeon is confirmed to star alongside Wi Ha Joon and Jung Ryeo Won in a new K-drama
Hello Venus' Kwon Na Ra will reportedly be joining the upcoming K-drama Nightly Photo Studio.
On April 5, it was reported that Kwon Na Ra will be the female lead of actor Joo Won in the upcoming romance fantasy K-drama Nightly Photo Studio.
Kwon Na Ra's agency CJES Entertainment shared their side and stated, "Kwon Na Ra is currently reviewing the offer to star in the upcoming K-drama Nightly Photo Studio."
If Kwon Na Ra confirms her casting, this will be her comeback drama after two years. She last appeared in the 2021 K-drama Bulgasal: Immortal Souls with Lee Jin Wook, MBLAQ's Lee Joon, Gong Seung Yeon, Jung Jin Young, and UP10TION's Kim Woo Seok.
Kwon Na Ra made her debut as a member of the girl group Hello Venus in 2012. In the same year, she also ventured into acting and since then she has appeared in several K-dramas. She was part of the K-dramas Take Care Of Us, Captain, Cunning Single Lady, Entertainer, Suspicious Partner, My Mister, Your Honor, Doctor Prisoner, Itaewon Class, Secret Royal Inspector, and more.
Last year, Kwon Na Ra joined the entertainment program Young Actors' Retreat together with other Itaewon Class co-stars.
Nightly Photo Studio will tell the story of a lonely photographer who is tied to a contract to take photos of a dead person from every generation. He will then meet a woman who will protect him from death and will make him know the value of life.
The upcoming K-drama will be directed by Song Hyun Wook (The Beauty Inside and Another Miss Oh).
Kwon Na Ra got the offer to play the role of Han Bom, a former successful prosecutor who is now living as a lawyer.
