Actress Cha Chung Hwa announces her marriage plans!
On October 11, Cha Chung Hwa's agency IOK Company revealed that actress Cha Chung Hwa is tying the knot this month. The actress will marry her non-celebrity boyfriend on October 27 and their wedding will be held privately in Seoul.
The agency also shared that because the husband-to-be is not a celebrity, they asked for understanding for not disclosing more information and details about him and their upcoming wedding.
According to reports, Cha Chung Hwa and her soon-to-be husband have been friends for a long time. Their relationship turned into romance over time. Reports also stated that the soon-to-be husband is younger than the actress and he is a businessman.
Cha Chung Hwa started her career as an actress in 2010. Even before she appeared on the big and small screen, she already dominated theater plays since 2005.
The actress became known not only to locals but also to International fans through the K-dramas The Fiery Priest, Crash Landing on You, Mr. Queen, Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha, and See You in My 19th Life. She is known for being a scene stealer in famous K-dramas.
Cha Chung Hwa recently appeared in the Netflix original K-drama Song of the Bandits led by Kim Nam Gil, Girls Generation's Seo Hyun, Yoo Jae Myung, Lee Hyun Wook, Lee Ho Jung, and Lee Jae Kyoon.
The actress has starred in several K-dramas and films such as Shopping King Louie, Black, Eccentric! Chef Moon, Dr. Park’s Clinic, Why Her?, Kokdu: Season of Deity, Pawn, Recipe For Happiness, Train to Busan, and many more.
Before she gets married, Cha Chung Hwa will first star in the upcoming film Brave Citizen which will be out in Korean theaters on October 25. This will be her next project with actress Shin Hye Sun.
