Last Cinderella was pretty racey and a good story as well!
Fated to Love you was pretty good but an emotional roller coaster (I would recommend the Korean version I liked it more.)

Kuzu no Honkai- It has a lot of racey scenes, plus it has an interesting plot (at least for me) and it expresses well the fact that teens also want to get phisically on a relationship.  
It has been frustrating for me to watch some dramas, especially when the characters are above 25 years old and act like unexperienced teenagers, they may be shy and it might not be appropriate to show to much affection in public but there are some scenes at the intimacy of home and nothing happens.
