The 2nd easiest 10/10 I give to a movie (in 1 day)

I've watched this movie after finishing "Love can't be said" , which has my 1st easiest 10/10. And truth to be told, I loved it.
My heart can't take , this movie made me so happy. It has everything a plot, good actors and my favorite aspect : FANTASY.
What more could I ask for than Fantasy+romance ?
The lines are also so touching and inspiring. I really wish to meet my soulmate, just like they did.
Please watch it! Otherwise you'll be missing out a real gem ^^
PS: was waiting for a kiss tho smh but that one at the end was so cute and heartwarming hihi ❤️

The easiest 10/10 I give to a movie

I've never watched a movie in daylight before !
I started this one not expecting much. Just because it popped up in my ytb feed and I was bored. BUT, thankfully there is a but, I loved every single second of it.❤️
I would've regretted not watching it. It went beyond my expectation, and the ending.. AAH the ending, I hate to say it but it's realistic. I share too many common points with the FL even the point of being in my final year. I wish to live a true love like hers and that my ending would be happier. Kudos to the actors they aced it! it's my first time seeing the ML and he is so handsomely talented.I'm a fan. He looks so much younger than 27 ?

Another nonsensical movie for the win.

The most surprising thing is: it was not that bad at the beginning. I would even call it decent. I went into it thinking “piranhaconda”, but got an opening of a not bad disaster movie. The joy did not last though, and it turned into a full on laughter about all the absurdities.

Trying to find logic and realism would be harder than finding Wally with blindfold on. Truly nothing made sense. The villain was comical, the physics did not work, the crocodile had some magical powers to do all the stunts he did. Most characters had a negative will to live too. As brainless as it was, I did have fun watching.

My favorite part was when the crocodile was running wild and everyone on set was looking everywhere, but the crocodile. Obviously they did not even use a toy electric car to give the actors indication where the animal is supposed to be at any given scene - unintentional comedy goals.

Have to say though, while the CGI was not great, it was actually better than many Chinese wuxia shows I have seen. Easier to make it decent with all the dark sets - you can care less about the details. Still, surprised with the not awful quality.

Overall, it’s a good fun watch with a group of friends. You can place bets on who will die first too, or who will survive till the end.

I wasn't expecting the plot twist but also i didn't watch the original movie yet

Its a light hearted story.

I clicked on this movie by mistake but continued to watch it ?
I stayed for the actor. Cuz i like his acting a lot ?

The start was really good.
The cast is also good.
Its more like ... Reality instead of being cliché impossible drama track.

I liked jin goo's character a lot ... And also the girl from all of us are dead ...
The plot twist ... I didn't like it at all ... Didn't except it.
You need to be mature enough to accept everything from the plot twist till the end. Cuz things happens.

But i liked the girl's story.

Time travel... They didn't make it cliché or unrealistic.
I liked that everyone accepted their fate at the end.
I hope writers stop making dramas so realistic i wanna escape reality that's why i watch kdramas. I don't want to face reality but here we are, 2022 kdramas r all about facing reality ? no thanks I'm happy in my unrealistic world ༎ຶ‿༎ຶ

Nothing more, nothing less

This is a great background movie, but just simple if watched thoroughly.

As the title mentioned, I thought that there would be a real emphasis on the use of social media (in this case, Facebook), as to how the plot would progress, especially on its introduction. I was confused on the interconnection of the characters at first, and even though I was able to know more of them as minutes went by, I felt "down" since I initially felt that there would be more interaction amongst their individual plots by the usage of the social media platform. Social media in itself here in this context felt afterthought. This is my breakdown as to how it was utilized for this movie between the 3 subplots:

a. Jin-woo and Kyeong-a - I will "dissect" them first since the bulk of the movie focused on their relationship; Facebook was somewhat helpful in that Jin-woo used it to stalk Kyeong-a's timeline. I think this is passable in terms of its relevance to the plot since we have to admit that we use social media to visit or even stalk a person's timeline/page, as what Jin-woo did here. Also, since this is where most of the scenes were focused, I have to say that I found this subplot to the better of the 3, and the acting and chemistry added more substance.

b. Su-ho and Na-yeon - in contrast to the first subplot, I felt that this was the most underutilized in terms of screen time, yet it had the most sense in terms of the usage of social media as the platform for their relationship to bloom; it was gutsy for Na-yeon to have the "first move" to Su-ho, knowing that he is a "relationship virgin" and as much as it felt rushed in terms of their progression as a couple, their ending was adequate and what I wanted it to be.

c. Seong-chan and Joo-ran - this is where it got tricky for me since I actually thought that they were exes, thanks to how Seong-chan acted childish when he saw Joo-ran as the stewardess on his flight, but then it was revealed that she was just actually his landlord and I felt weird about that. They had cohabitation after some circumstances, introduced Joo-ran to a Facebook friend for a date, and then realized that she had feelings for him after all, standard romantic movie plot blah blah. Nothing new, nothing old.

The climax of this movie which is the airport scene, felt too rushed again since the outcomes of their own stories are already evitable, but it was wise for Jin-woo to use Facebook to be able to confess his love to Kyeong-a since that is the main point of using social media as this movie's plot. Other than that, the other 2 plots were able to end their respective stories in a simple, predictable, and adequate ways. Shocking.

I think the saving grace for this movie was the acting and chemistry between the actors on their respective plots, otherwise I just played it in the background while doing something else, yet I was still able to understand the plot (as simple as it is) and just waited for it to end. I would have liked it more had more interaction between the 3 subplots especially in the ending, or somewhere in the movie happened, but this is just a personal preference.

This movie would be recommended as a background movie, or if you're in a mood to watch something just to pass time, as the plot is simple (though I'm disappointed for the not-much emphasis of social media as per its title), doesn't need any complicated scenes to make impact, and the ending, as cute and cheesy as it is, was predictable and okay.

A remotely intersting continuation of Oh, My General

This is an ok movie. The storyline is a continuation of “Oh, My General” where “Liu Xi Yin” (the generals female cousin) is transported 1.000 years into the future instead of dying from the poison she drank. Here she meets a male version of the General whom she loved so much. That is actually an interesting plot and I was looking forward to watching this because I absolutely loved “Oh, My General” (still one of my favorite shows).
Sadly this movie doesn’t live up to the show and even if I was entertained, there is nothing about it that stands out or is worth remembering. It’s just an ordinary movie.
Maybe it’s because I really disliked “Liu Xi Yin” in the original show and moreover I couldn’t feel the chemistry between the leads in this movie. Not even a kiss did we get let alone any kind of passion. We did get a lot of swirling and dancing but that isn’t all that interesting.
So, if you loved the original show, this might be worth watching, but don’t expect too much.

More Than Blue is more than a movie; it's poetic, it's heart-warming, heart-breaking, and it's unforgettable

PROS
+ Unconventional storytelling that avoids being cliché and stale
+ Excellent plot twist that changes everything about the film
+ While it has a emotionally dense tone, it's not a challenging watch
+ The lead character, Cream, is especially charming and is like an intriguing mystery to figure out
+ Surprisingly, there are some cool and abstract shots that are meaningful, metaphorical, and dream-like
+ There is some A+ writing that is outright beautiful with flawless delivery

CONS
- Admittedly, there are some slow moments that require some patience and attention to get the most out of the story
- The opening scene sets a contrasting, light-hearted atmosphere, that wears away so quickly that it's jarring
- The conclusion is one of those indirectly impactful endings that hits you after you've turned off the TV [spoilers for why this is a negative]
_______________________________________________

More Than Blue seemed like an interesting movie and it certainly was, but also it was so bitter sweet and meaningful that I think it could actually be life-changing to some viewers.

Just don't expect a nice, romantic drama.

"I want to live a happy life... But, that's just a dream. A sad dream. I'm done with dreaming." [tears begin to fall]

9/10

Very good casting and choice of music and storyline.

Honestly, I watched this movie because I was looking for Choi Woo Shik works and honestly this movie didn't fail me.
Nothing in this movie is missing, maybe a part 2. I believe there are still pieces left to watch of this movie but the storyline per se really really really involves who's watching. Making the viewer feel every single thing that happens.
Loved the cast a lot and I really enjoyed listening to the movie soundtracks a lot. It was like a way to hypnotise me and tell me "Watch me again." I've watched it like a lot of times already.

ODDINARY (out of the ordinary)

I really loved watching the movie.
As i finished a Korean drama before watching the movie, I was looking for something that would have made me thrilled or just something that would invite me to watch.
I was really looking forward something that was imaginary yet fierce. I really love the approach of friendship at first, just because it was something out of the normal but then it twisted to someone who can't get enough.
I'd love to see a second part of this movie.
Perhaps a revenge that fails? Or not.

More of a Taken lite

If you're here for a movie with MDS, you got one. Full of action, and a movie that doesn't take itself too seriously. It can get dark in some areas but it never gets as deep as some of the more serious contenders in this type of genre.

The story is ok! I wouldn't nominate this for any awards but the premise holds itself up for most of the film. Some situations are a bit ridiculous but since the movie isn't as serious as other high rated Korean crime films, you can excuse it in this movie.

Without giving too much away, I think one of the things that brings the story down is they try to throw in multiple elements and angles into the story and you can feel they don't flesh them out as well as they could've by the end of the movie. I think they could've done without some of the scenarios as well.

It kind of feels like they pitched all these ideas in and decided to only spend enough time on a few of them.

The actors are also just ok. Again, while this movie isn't as serious as other Korean films, it would've been nice if secondary characters from both the protagonists and antagonists were given a little more to do during the film. There are points where they help out for the most part and they did focus on the main good and bad guy but maybe it was a little too much you kind of just forget about most of them at the end.

For what the movie is, the music is fine. Nothing breathtaking or something I would nominate for an award but nothing memorable either.

Would I watch this again? Not likely but I wouldn't delete this off my list forever.

From the poster design, I think they made the right call by having it look like a serious movie since most of it is. There's some comedy sprinkled in that doesn't break the theme too terribly but the movie would've been fine without it.

Come in with low expectations. If you just need some time to kill, want to watch MDS beat people up, and don't want to get too invested in the movie, this movie is perfectly fine for that.

Main lead is on the verge of dying. at the very moment of him commiting s** he finds a way to spare himself and meets Main female lead. he finally sees the reason for living, very literally he lives for Hwa Sun meaning he would even be imprisoned for her since he feels he owes his life to her. when i see it this way, i don’t feel so tortured that an innocent man was imprisoned, as this was his only wish. rather than live his sad and daunting life, he finds peace in ensuring Hwa Sun and her niece are at peace. Suk Go’s was willing to protect her till the end. however the ending is bitter. he smiles while she cries. she is clearly suffering as in a perfect world they would just live happy and free. unfortunately a horrible monster came along and changed their lives forever.

What was the reason?

I haven't written a review in so long but I just feel way to *much* about this.
Also this might contain spoilers, if that's even possible though since the synopsis and preview tell the whole story.

It's been 10 years. 10 YEARS since you last saw this woman. Who, yeah, I get it. You loved her, but... come on. 10 years and suddenly she shows up and you aren't even together a whole day before she is asking you to kill her husband? My dude.... come on. and why the hell did you agree to?
I get wanting to do something. I do. Especially to protect someone. But again, you haven't seen this person in 10 years and you have a really good life... you're just going to throw that all away?

Maybe if they didn't start the movie off the bat like that or maybe they spent more time together to show us this "bond" they're supposed to have, I would care more or at least understand. But as is, I don't understand.

All through this movie and I do mean ALL THROUGH IT, it just felt like Nanae was using Rei. She was throwing out red flags like crazy. Even when they were teens. It felt like she knew Rei loved her and she could use that to her advantage. Rei on the other hand, I have no idea. It was weird how she constantly said she was lesbian but still ended up having sex with two guys. I get shit happens but, you didn't need to sleep with the dude to kill him honestly aaaand the second dude? I'm just confused.

This movie gave me one hell of a stress headache. It was a absolute dumpster fire. Even watching it on 1.5x felt like it didn't end it quickly enough. and the ending? All this went down and through the whole movie Nanae talked nonstop about wanting to die. like bitch, why did you get Rei involved in the first place then?! and for the last line to be "I'll wait for you" -- well you fuckin better. Though I doubt you will. Wish there was some after credits scenes or something cuz it ended with me more pissed off than ever.

Artistic and abstract display of emotions- good watch

This movie is colourful, creative, painful, fascinating. It holds a very artistic flair contained within the bright scenes and sets depicting gut wrenching emotion as lilico is trapped in a rabbit hole surrounded by her own greed- it has a nice mystery edge and is just generally very very interesting. the acting is good and the creative direction is superb, the story is interesting and keeps you hooked. a good watch, so watch it. I watched this a while back but recalled it just to write a review as i enjoyed it so much- this movie is true to its name in its nature and plot, quite a helter skelter

the cast and the acting was great!

Decibel is a sound terror action film that revolves around a bomb designer who wants to occupy the city center with a special bomb that explodes when the noise increases and a former naval deputy commander who becomes his target.

the combination of the great actors was awesome everyone was good.
KRW, JSH, CEW, and of course my dear LJS.(the main and the supporting cast are great)
lee jong suk as a villain is so damn good. same as BM liked the challenge he took for himself and hopes to see it more in the future.
the plot wasn't boring but the storyline felt ordinary, not particular. don't hope for something special well my main reason to watch was LJS and I enjoyed seeing him!
