But my favourite is “Moonshine and Valentine”. I love it in modern setting with an ML who’s an immortal with at least a human SML.

I feel like you'd like Ashes of Love. It's a beautiful romance xianxia about gods and magic kinda like Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms. Both are good if you haven't watched them.
