I'm so so excited for this season ahh and it's 12 episodes, longer than the 9 episodes yay. But I have some questions~…
F wasn't caught, and we know nothing about him up to now. The killed Ji Hoon's GF to show him how it felt to be the family of the victim. I think Ji hoon found some clues that lead him to the dead girl but she had already committed suicide. Thinking that her partner was F, Ji hoon made it look like he killed her so "F" would go after her.
One thing I don't get is, him and the coroner manipulated evidence and all, and we see them after 1 year working in their posts as they didn't do anything wrong...
I'm really enjoying this remake, it's better than I expected, and as good as the Taiwanese version ;D This is…
Lets just hope she stays this way ;) As in she keeps being confidant in herself!
in the korean version, up to that point, I thought the character would be the type that defend herself more, but after the highschool segment, she kinda felt like a background character, more stalkerish :P
I.. actually don't encourage this :P well the rom-coms should be ok, like specia A & Maid-sama, and also The Series of Saiunkoku could be made into a nice solid kdrama but I don't see how fruits basket can bring the same effect as a drama. Fullmetal Alchemist is my ALL TIME Favorite anime and all time favorite thing I've watched Period, but its the 1 I mostly would NOT want to see it made as a drama.
Its just my opinion though, thx for the article tough it was interesting to read ;)
I do love scarves & hats... well hats were always my thing my scarves definitely since becoming an addict ;)
I love chopsticks they sure do make eating FUN + after getting used to them, I find them easier to use than forks :P
Instant noodle is so much fun to make, and eating it (while watching asian shows) is a total joy!!
Finally, when I really DO MEAN IT that I want to thank somebody, I say ARIGATOO!! with ALL MY HEART!! & when wishing somebody good luck on something, I really feel that saying Gambatte will mean SO MUCH MORE!!
So yea this article is SOO TRU (4/5 for me, my hair i too straight, I prefer curly :P)

I specially Liked him in the latest episode (episode 5)
I really like this version too, much better than expected, and I hope when it goes on they make Kotoko stronger than the other versions. I do see more values in her personality here than in the other versions, like this episode, where she goes after kin-chan when he left disappointed, even irie-kun was there looking. It makes her less obsessed with her crush but someone who's cheerful and whats to enjoy herself.
There is no way I'm watching another version of this story. I don't enjoy the verbal abuse the male leads of the…
After 5 episodes, I think up to now (just finished the highschool part) this version of Kotoko seems to be able to defend herself.. she even slapped him once :P + she has some cute scenes with kin-chan in episode 5 that shows how she cares for her friends even in the presence of her crush.
All this to say: IF you have any curiosity about it, I think it could be worth it to check it out ;) Very well acted too!!
I don't guarantee what happens afterwards though :P
I haven't seen most of those dramas, but from your reviews, I think what made you cheer for the bad guys was because the good guys weren't.. well good guys, whether its badly written or they just don't give you a good reaso to cheer for them :P
Thats one thing I don't get from the way they do their product placing! I mean every drama out there has chaebols and rich people where they can advertise their product their, so why make those that usually in real life situation would have other priorities than the latest trends of technology have all those high tech product?? I think it should be done better, right now its too obvious that its distracting
OMG great article!! I guess most non-asian have a similar experience when it comes to being introduced to Asia dramaland :P
I got a similar experience (if you read my profile you'll know :P) with starting with anime (my first and all time love) then while growing up watchin arabic tv series with my family, starting with egyptian, then got invaded by syrian series, which were awesome for the longest time (except recent years a lot of repetitiveness and wann beism) then got introduced to kdramas by kbs world channel we accidently got in our arabic sattelite!! It was awesome!! And it saved me from being invaded from the turkish shows that have taken over the arabic entertainment world that my sister is enjoying now lool
I think one day (soon) they will be doing studies on this asian dramaland and you can get your chance to present that thesis ;)
The main reason why I haven't decided to give this drama a try is the number of episodes. Ok, it may be a stupid…
Not wanting to watch because of the number of episodes is a very valid reason for me :P I've never watched I long drama but I gave this one a try for the main lead guy, and his character hasn't disappointed up til now. I found the episodes easy to watch so I've been up to date. I don't know if I'll continue watching it to the end, but for now I still find it well executed and entertaining. But I totally understand you fearing the number of episodes :P I guess a show like that its easier to watch week to week than all together so it won't feel too time consuming :S
I loved the scene of the conversation the brothers had on the phone, and the way Sun Woo expressed himself. Somehow in this drama people manage to express themselves more by phone than face to face (specially Sun Woo, he even confessed by phone :P) and the scenes are still emotional and effective.
I totally agree with you, often I find some of their actions weird and wonder if there will be repercussion later.. and there isn't!! But I think the worst is Hana Yori Dango... Its the one where people are actually getting hurt BADLY!!! And the excuse is: they're too rich with too much time on their hand & poor them parents too busy for them!!
lol Oh Ha Ni/Xan Qui / Kotoko this is the order she should win and I agree 100% has much I like my Itazura na…
True that character always drove me nuts no matter the version.. but I don't know what it is in it thats obsessive but I think its excuse is: That was the point of the story
On the other hand the main girl from To the Beautiful you I could not get AT ALL!! She grew up in the states.. more open environment but acts like someone who never went out of her room, does not get all the OBVIOUS hints that the guys like her, falls for every stupid trap set to her, and on and on...
this drama is sooo good the first 2 eps made me feel ehh but this is so different from any other time travel it's…
me too 1-2 were ehh.. 3-4 were like okay maybe it'll be more interesting but man 5+ (just finished 9) were soooo intense!! soo good!! But dunno how it'll last 20 episodes :S
