Recommendations

Even though these dramas are from extremely different genres, I watched one practically right after the other and both gave me a roller-coaster-like feel:
- Both are long dramas and have so much going on, that by the end when you look back at the beginning, you feel as if you watched the first episode so long ago.
- Both have unexpected twists and turns.
- Both of the female leads are naive with the male lead being more powerful/rich than the female lead.
- The cast in both dramas is AMAZING and both were released recently (2018) so the effects and cinematography are pretty good in both.
- This doesn't really relate to the similarity of the plots of the dramas but I absolutely loved the music in both even though I usually don't pay attention to the music.

Both of the Melo genre, where the main leads meet in multiple stages of their lives. Although the young couple’s paths keep crossing over the years, the timing never appears to be in their favor.

The synopsis revolves around bullying. The drama/movie starts with the suicide of the bullied student. Bit by bit, their surrounding try to undercover the truth behind this seemingly happy student. Also, Kim Yoo Jung plays in both.

Both have competent male detectives dealing with female counterparts who are passionate for solving mysteries and crimes. Once they get started, they can't stop following leads. And in both, the male detectives have to "clean up their mess" and make sure to save them from any trouble. Both couples have a Tom and Jerry relationship yet they work so well together. I love both of these dramas so far!

Same production team, very similar story, but both charming in their own ways. The production quality of Eternal Love is not quite as good as Love and Destiny but I personally preferred the story and progression of Eternal Love. However, I really appreciated both stories immensely.

Zebra is way more grotesque and brutal but Final Life is tragic and pretty gruesome. BROMANCE heavy and about people struggling to fight darkness.

Both movies are BROMANCE heavy and brutal. Final Life is just as tragic but honestly way more. Both are beautiful to watch and with characters that you'll fall for.

Beautiful and grotesque at the same time. Both movies are brutal but I still feel the cruelty of Zebra is more scarring and nihilistic where Grasshopper feels more sad and at least Ikuta's character will bring you some respite. That said I still prefer the starkness of Zebra's grotesque world and theres a fundamental difference between Aka and Semi -- Semi is more self-mutilating, kills because it's a job, where Aka is more self-aggrandizing, kills because it's also fun.

Fluffy, pure romances with little extraneous drama. The leads have great chemistry in both. When you're looking for a sweet romance, these fit the bill.

Both complex thrillers play with the idea of power. Both are slow pacing dramas with unexpected twists and character dynamics. It gives the same feeling of suspense.

Both are indie anthology dramas. Each episode tells a daily life story through dialogue. Cote d'Azur No.10 is a slice of life, while Two Girls is a sketch comedy.

One of the Camouflage stories is a prequel to the movie One Million Yen Girl, where Aoi Yu plays the main role. If you liked one you might be interested in the other.

The male lead fall for the female lead but does not acknowledge his feelings and approach her in order to take revenge for someone else without knowing the facts of the situation in detail.

ML In TBSC is less mature, intelligent and more aggressive than ML in Lying Heart.

Both have different stories for each episode. Till Death Do Us Part is more dark than Persona, but both have crazy plots.
